N Family Club - West Hampstead

We are beyond cheerful with the care our 2 year old little girl gets. She is so excited every day to go to “school” and is consistently smiling on pick up. We get updates via the app through the day which keeps us connected to her learnings. Her growth in language: social skills have been so fantastic to watch – we couldn’t be more thankful to be apart of this fantastic community. N Family Club West Hampstead is just that, an extended family!

The attention given to each and every detail, varied activities as well as diversity awareness are of the highest standards, alongside well trained and outstanding team are fantastic. The facility itself is incredible, the food menu incredibly accurate and the pedagogical approach very impressive. We have two kids of different ages at the N Family Club and are feeling very lucky to have found this perfect childcare centre!

The team are incredibly thoughtful and the way the playtime and education is set up is really unique. My toddler loves it there and is discovering so much.
Even through the pandemic they’ve been incredible and keeping us in touch with all that’s happening in our kid’s day which has been so important to us as parents. Love the childcare centre.

Our son is doing very well and has developed so much in the time he’s been there. The range of activities the exceptional childcare centre team do with the kids is remarkable and the team are consistently cheerful to give tips on enjoyable developmental activities items we can also do easily at home. The updates between team and parents is exceptional, I consistently know exactly how he’s getting on and they make sure at every pick-up and drop-off there is a great amount of time to do a verbal handover. The Famly app is really great and I get lots of pictures and videos. The food is of exceptionally high quality and a real variety is provided, in fact, I wish they did takeaways for parents! We couldn’t be happier with N Family Club and would suggest it to any parent looking for a childcare centre in West Hampstead. We are so incredibly cheerful with N Family Club West Hampstead.

I am very impressed by the work done by educators. My son is discovering a lot of things and the educators consistently make sure they share feedback with me on a daily basis and give suggestions on how to assistance and extend discovering at home as well. I am impressed by the breadth of activities they expose the kids to. I adore the variety and I adore the fact that they use top quality toys and materials. I can tell that they care about the kids a lot and they know them very well. The facilities are also excellent which is definitely a plus. I am extremely cheerful with this childcare centre.

As a parent, there are things you expect, like making sure it’s a secure, attentive setting that helps your kids develop. And then there are things you hope, like your kid feeling the same warmth as home, that their education feels tailored to their interests and they develop as you hope they may do with you there.

N Family Club West Hampstead really does deliver on our expectations and exceeds our hopes – our toddler moved over from a different childcare centre around 9 months ago and we sense so lucky. The care from his key worker has been exceptional – at one stage we told her he had an emerging interest related to volcanoes and a few days later she tailored a science experiment around just that!

Would suggest to all parents in the area! We couldn’t be happier with the childcare centre!

I am so lucky to have it in my neighbourhood and to be able to raise my kid in such a well-maintained and super-attentive facility that provides him adore and encourages him to explore the world in a very special way.
The team is very collaborative and welcoming, ready to assist in every need of the kid and the parent. You can really sense that they can see you and your kid and consistently try to promote the needs of both (my personal journey for example with the potty training, thanks to the key person of my kid he managed to make it through and now is independent)
The room is managed by a very dedicated person and an incredible team that assists and stimulates my son with very creative activities.
The food is delicious and my son loves it. The menu is very diverse and healthy – I wish could eat there as well. It is a pleasure to send my son to N family West Hampstead every day.

Their reputation from their other locations was outstanding and I’m pleased to say it is the best decision we have made. The facilities are outstanding; the team polite and expert (take their time to learn who all the parents are by name) and my daughter has loved it from day one. The structure of the classes is a excellent mix of activities and there is also a great focus on being outside. We’re kept regularly updated via the Famly App which makes all admin very easy to deal with. Our daughter loves the carers and has made a lot of friends. Worth a separate mention – the food and the kids’s weekly menu is absolutely incredible! The food is top quality right down to the choice of smoothies. Additionally, you get access to a whole range of N Family club classes (outside of childcare centre hours) a lot of which we have taken up – cooking; parenting classes; arts and crafts. We moved our daughter from another childcare centre to N Family West Hampstead as soon as it opened.

We adore everything about the childcare centre: the building, the rooms, the team, the food served to the kids, the activities and the discovering experiences. It is the best childcare centre. N Family Club arrived in West Hampstead at the end of 2019, a time when we struggled to find suitable nurseries for our then 1 year and 6-month-old daughter.
