Ladybird Nursery - Anerley

It’s clear that the team truly caregiving about the kids and take the time to get to know them. The kids take part in a wide range of activities and the food is varied and nicely balanced, which is no mean feat when it comes to feeding little ones! He was just one when he joined and settled in extremely quickly. We had daily updates on how he was getting on and felt comfortable chatting to his key worker about anything that cropped up. The kids were so obviously content and well looked after, it was a complete no-brainer when it came to choosing it for our son. We adored this nursery from the moment we looked at it. Over the 3 years my son’s been there, he’s flourished. We’ll be truly sorry to say goodbye at the end of the month. He’s content, confident, articulate and has made a delightful group of friends.

She developed incredibly after starting nursery, her language is clear and at 18 months she is saying over 50 words. The menu is well balanced and she also now eats a wider range of food thanks to what she was introduced to at nursery. My daughter adored going to Ladybird Nursery. We are extremely sad she has to leave (leaving London). The management is outstanding, extremely well organised and communicative. I felt such as my daughter was in exceptional hands. The team took such excellent caregiving of her.

As he has progressed through the classes, his confidence and abilities have grown considerably. The team have always been attentive, with knowledgeable advice and always enthusiastic to greet the kids at the door. The food is fantastic with little repetition and the encouragement to eat new things is regular. Our son has been at Ladybird Nursery – Anerley since he was 12 months. It is a fantastic space with fantastic facilities inside and out, which are well-maintained and secure. The team have been incredible throughout, the thought and attention to detail make his day varied and interesting with age-appropriate development.

There is a delightful warm‑hearted vibe and all the team are so kind and approachable. My two sons have attended Ladybird Anerley (1st from age 12 months to 4.5 years and 2nd from 8 months to 23 months). Both my sons have always been content and thrived there. We are only leaving the nursery as we are moving out of London, and are extremely sad to be saying goodbye to Ladybird. They have a excellent system of updating you on your youngster’s day (via an app) and are also always content to answer questions over the phone etc. With my oldest now just starting centre I can attribute a lot of his readiness for centre to the preschool class at Ladybird – while starting to teach the basics of phonics etc they also gently give your youngster more independence so it’s not a big shock when they move on to centre. Each room has its main carers so they truly get to know your youngster well but it also feels such as all the team know all the kids so any team room changes are not a problem.

Facilities have been recently upgraded. Management listen to your concerns and are proactive. Team are extremely pleasant and we feel our baby is well cared for. Food is excellent but there is no opportunity to bring food from home‑like. We are extremely content with the nursery because our youngster enjoys going there.

Our little boy has been going to Ladybird Nursery – Anerley for the past couple of years since he was one. We considered other options – nanny, childminder, and nursery, we’re so pleased we chose Ladybird Nursery. Our little boy loves his time there, it’s such a nurturing setting in a family owned nursery – which has truly supported our son’s growth. We are sad to leave as we’re moving up north. We would (and already have) recommended the nursery to others.

I think extremely highly of this nursery, my granddaughter loves going and the level of caregiving is exemplary.

I couldn’t highly recommend this nursery more. Thank you, Ladybird! My youngster has attended Ladybird since he was a year old and has always been extremely content in all of the rooms he’s gone through. He absolutely loves all of his educators, and we feel that the educators genuinely caregiving and adore all of the little ones. We will truly miss everyone at Ladybird now that our son is going to centre.

We were extremely sad to leave this nursery. Their manners are above what we have taught them at home‑like. We will all truly miss coming here. Management has communicated truly well during the pandemic. The boys have adored every minute, they have been treated with kindness and they have developed so well because of that.

Our son attended Ladybird Nursery from the age of two until the start of centre. The management are easy to deal with – everything is extremely well run. The team provide a kind, approachable, nurturing setting and our son has blossomed into a confident, articulate little boy more than ready for centre. Before choosing a nursery, we scoped out several and found Ladybird the best by far. We highly highly recommend the nursery, and the Christmas playtime – Yep, it’s a cracker!!! We immediately warmed to both the team and the setting, and our son settled in easily. There are lots of activities for the little ones and opportunities for parents to get involved. We’ve all made lots of friends there and will be sad to leave. The food is fantastic – freshly prepared on site. (I think the little ones eat better than I do! We’ve received regular, supportive reports on our son’s progress. Throughout our son’s time there, we have found everyone to be open and approachable.
