Ladybird Nursery - Thornsett

The mini greenhouse, balance bikes and climbing frame outside are delightful. She is extremely content to go in every day and when she found the transition from baby to toddler room hard for the first few days the team worked hard to make her feel secure. The setting is well ordered and updates with team and management is extremely straightforward. The team are extremely warm‑hearted and loving and seem to genuinely caregiving for her. She has been supported to be extremely independent at things such as dressing, toileting, eating and tidying up after herself from a young age. She spent a year in the baby room, is currently in toddlers and about to progress into pre-centre. The menu of food offered is nutritious and balanced with no sugary puddings and a protein at every meal. My daughter is extremely content at Ladybird Thornsett. I would strongly highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

Team have always been inviting, warm‑hearted and approachable. There is a excellent size garden outside with climbing frame/toys and planting area. The pre centre have also recently been organising more trips/enjoyable days and links with the local Nursing Home‑like which have been fab! We have always had excellent feedback and reports from team. My youngest struggled to settle at nursery and team were always extremely kind and reassuring and we always had excellent feedback about her day and how she had settled. The inside is well laid out with toddler appropriate facilities. We felt reassured that she was going into a secure and nurturing place. Whenever I have had any contact with management or any queries, there has been a speedy and professional reply. Both of my daughters have attended Ladybird Nursery as Toddlers/Pre Schoolers and have been extremely content there.
