The moment I went for a viewing, I knew this early‑years hub was the right place for my boys. Everyone in the baby room is truly professional and cordial.

The new space is a fun and stimulating place and, along with the caring and nurturing crew, a place where we have seen our youngster be thrilled and thrive. The personnel and management are incredibly warm, they know my little one, they give good handovers and they keep us updated. Our young lady left as she started school and our young lad is still there. The change in ownership has meant that the Montessori has undergone a renovation, which has seen enhanced health and safety features. There was a change in ownership at the start of this year and it has been pleasing to see some truly positive improvements to the place. The personnel are truly knowledgeable and I have been truly impressed with them and their dedication to my kid.

The nursery setting has come on leaps and bounds since following the acquisition by Busy Bees. Our little one absolutely enjoys it there and will be downhearted to leave this year. Complete refurb, new equipment, toys for the kids and renovated garden.

I believe he has strengthened in his behaviour and learned a lot since starting there earlier this year. I feel my little one is looked after well and he enjoys going there. I am delighted with the day nursery setting.

October 25, 2024 at 6:15 amThe crew are always so positive and always provide constructive feedback to help my boy, who is full of beans. He has recently turned three and moved into preschool. My little one has moved from a early‑years hub to this Montessori setting, and I couldn’t be much happier. In the prior 6-months, I have seen him grow. They made toilet training a breeze. Last but not the least, they have been remarkable through this pandemic! He is already talking about jolly phonics! I can’t suggest this Montessori enough.

November 20, 2024 at 5:30 amCatalogue of errors even admitted by the Busy Bees regional director. My youngster was coming home with full nappies hanging from the waist, potty training regression, no reports of advancement from anyone and room being managed by unqualified personnel to name a few. Issues started occurring during the Busy Bees take-over. Multiple Ofsted complaints still superb as well as a large volume of parents pulling kids out of the nursery setting due to these complaints. Formal complaints submitted for over 6 months before any real advancement on resolving issues.

The manager is committed to providing a safe, fun and most of all loving space for our kids an for that we are forever thankful to you all. The management is what makes this place the gem it is. This childcare centre is an incredible place.

Our kids absolutely enjoy it there and have developed an attachment to the crew and the setting. Went far and beyond what other nurseries did for us during the COVID-19 pandemic.

February 24, 2025 at 5:53 amMy youngster appears extremely pleased and excited to go to childcare centre. She really listens to the parent’s concerns and worries and finds solutions to resolve them. Providing good daily updates when picking up my kid. Love the Montessori activities and my kid enjoys it truly much. The nursery setting is immaculate and tidy. The manager, words can not express how impressive the manager is, she is cordial, always smiling, professional at all times, supportive to the parents, supporting her team in order for the youngsters to advancement and develop. Staff are professional, providing support and are cordial. Catering and providing individualised care of each little one. Providing help to myself as being a first time dad, providing ideas and activities which can be carried out in the home setting to enhance the child’s growth.

There is also more focus on the activities and the little ones can clearly access the Montessori activities. Nursery was taken over by Busy Bees and there was a period of change.

The manager leads a team of knowledgeable personnel who always have a smile on their faces and it is obvious they enjoy what they do. My little one is truly pleased here and he will be unhappy to leave however looking forward to enrolling the baby here soon.

May 8, 2025 at 9:10 amThe provision is fantastic and I cherish that they take the kids outside daily – as my young lad enjoys to be outside. The ladies here are attentive and fantastic with the youngsters and my young lad has made excellent headway since starting. My little one, who is 13 months, has been going to this early‑years hub since I returned to work in December. Like all new parents I was truly anxious at the start, but now I feel pleased to leave my young lad with this nursery setting. He is always thrilled to go. I can not endorse this early‑years hub strongly enough. The price is also reasonable compared to other comparable nurseries.

My little one joined in July 2020 and after some time settling in he is absolutely loving his time at early‑years hub. I would definitely endorse this childcare centre to my family and friends. The team are lovely and extremely attentive and I get feedback every day about his activities and all the things he has done through the day. The Manager is absolutely fantastic, always professional and carrying and she will go above and beyond to make things great. My young lad enjoys it and I have peace of mind knowing that he’s on great hands. I have been taking my young lad to this childcare centre since he was 16 months and I am extremely pleased with the way he progressed throughout this time. The early‑years hub looks great, newly refurbished and the kids are taken outside in the big garden to activities every single day.

The manager and her team made my little one feel truly welcome and enjoyed. The whole team are fantastic, they are like family, they don’t just acknowledge my young lady when it’s pick up/drop of time but also my other little ones. I always suggest this nursery setting to all my family and friends, I definitely rate it 5*. Busy Bees (Kenton) is an exceptional childcare centre. The team always have a exceptionally warm welcoming smile and always give a brief summary on how the child’s day has been. My young lad went to this nursery setting and absolutely flourished especially in the pre-school room. So naturally, when my girl was born I sent her to the same childcare centre.

Putting my little one into childcare centre for the 1st time after being at home with me for over a year, I had my doubts, however, the team were remarkable and made sure all my questions/worries were answered. I’m really thrilled we found this early‑years hub and will be recommending to friends and family.
