November 27, 2019 at 12:00 amCatalogue of errors even admitted by the Busy Bees regional director. Formal complaints submitted for over 6 months before any real progress on resolving issues. Multiple Ofsted complaints still outstanding as well as a large volume of parents pulling children out of the nursery due to these complaints. Issues started occurring during the Busy Bees take-over. My child was coming home with full nappies hanging from the waist, potty training regression, no reports of development from anyone and room being managed by unqualified staff to name a few.

December 17, 2019 at 12:00 amOur kids have been attending this nursery since they turned six months old. Our daughter left as she started school and our son is still there. There was a change in ownership at the start of this year and it has been pleasing to see some very positive improvements to the place. The staff and management are incredibly warm, they know my child, they give good handovers and they keep us updated. The staff are very knowledgeable and I have been very impressed with them and their dedication to my child. The change in ownership has meant that the Montessori has undergone a renovation, which has seen improved health and safety features. The new environment is a fun and stimulating place and, along with the caring and nurturing staff, a place where we have seen our child be happy and thrive.

The nursery, in my opinion, has changed for the better, and the refurbishment has created a welcoming feel. There is also more focus on the activities and the children can clearly access the Montessori activities.

March 4, 2020 at 12:00 amProviding good daily updates when picking up my child. My child appears very happy and excited to go to nursery. Staff are professional, providing support and are friendly. The manager, words can not express how impressive the manager is, she is friendly, always smiling, professional at all times, supportive to the parents, supporting her staff in order for the children to progress and develop. She really listens to the parent’s concerns and worries and finds solutions to resolve them. Providing support to myself as being a first time dad, providing ideas and activities which can be carried out in the home setting to enhance the child’s development. Catering and providing individualised care of each child. The nursery is clean and tidy. Love the Montessori activities and my child enjoys it very much.

March 5, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son, who is 13 months, has been going to this nursery since I returned to work in December. Like all new parents I was very anxious at the start, but now I feel happy to leave my son with this nursery. The ladies here are attentive and fantastic with the children and my son has made excellent progress since starting. He is always happy to go. The provision is fantastic and I love that they take the children outside daily – as my son loves to be outside. The price is also reasonable compared to other comparable nurseries. I can not recommend this nursery highly enough.

Our children absolutely love it there and have developed an attachment to the staff and the environment. Overall, very happy with the nursery.

July 6, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son has moved from a nursery to this Montessori setting, and I couldn’t be much happier. In the last 6-months, I have seen him grow. He has recently turned three and moved into preschool. He is already talking about jolly phonics! The staff are always so positive and always provide constructive feedback to help my son, who is full of beans.
They made toilet training a breeze.
I can’t recommend this Montessori enough. Last but not the least, they have been amazing through this pandemic!

July 6, 2020 at 12:00 amThe nursery has come on leaps and bounds since following the acquisition by Busy Bees. Complete refurb, new equipment, toys for the kids and renovated garden. All of the nursery staff are friendly, highly qualified and professional. Our daughter absolutely loves it there and will be sad to leave this year.

I believe he has improved in his behaviour and learned a lot since starting there earlier this year.
I would happily recommend this nursery to family and friends.

October 20, 2020 at 12:00 amI have been taking my son to this nursery since he was 16 months and I am very happy with the way he progressed throughout this time. The staff are lovely and extremely attentive and I get feedback every day about his activities and all the things he has done through the day. Everyone is always very professional and they make sure to keep us updated. The Manager is absolutely fantastic, always professional and carrying and she will go above and beyond to make things great. My son loves it and I have peace of mind knowing that he’s on great hands. The nursery looks great, newly refurbished and the kids are taken outside in the big garden to play every single day. I highly recommend this nursery, I’m very happy we found it.

The staff are professional, personal and look after my son really well. I get an update on his learning daily. I would definitely recommend this nursery to my family and friends.

Putting my son into nursery for the 1st time after being at home with me for over a year, I had my doubts, however, the staff were amazing and made sure all my questions/worries were answered. They are professional and efficient when dealing with my son’s allergies which gives me great comfort. I’m really happy we found this nursery and will be recommending to friends and family.

Everyone in the baby room is very professional and friendly. The moment I went for a viewing, I knew this nursery was the right place for my boys. They’ve both settled in nicely and bonded with the staff looking after them.

September 23, 2021 at 12:00 amBusy Bees (Kenton) is an outstanding nursery. My son went to this nursery and absolutely flourished especially in the pre-school room. So naturally, when my daughter was born I sent her to the same nursery. I only have praises to sing about this nursery. My daughter who attends there loves it, initially, she was very teary and upset. The manager and her team made my daughter feel very welcome and loved. The whole team are fantastic, they are like family, they don’t just acknowledge my daughter when it’s pick up/drop of time but also my other children. The staff always have a very warm welcoming smile and always give a brief summary on how the child’s day has been. I always recommend this nursery to all my family and friends, I definitely rate it 5*.

The manager leads a team of knowledgeable staff who always have a smile on their faces and it is obvious they enjoy what they do.
This translates into the children flourishing at the nursery.
My child is very happy here and he will be sad to leave however looking forward to enrolling the baby here soon.

Everyone is so engaging and help with individual development. The management is what makes this place the gem it is.
