Busy Bees Bexleyheath

If your child has special needs do not send your child to this nursery. None of the staff have experience or training in dealing with special needs children. The SENCO was very vague on what my child’s target goals were as at the time my child was non-verbal. The keyworker would always say “X had a good day”. Also, my child would come home with soiled nappies or the same nappies I would send them to nursery with. This would happen every other month. The amount of times I had to ask for updates on forms to be signed and sent back to professional services, delaying my intervention programs was very painful. In the end, I had to withdraw my child from this setting. My child is now very happy at a new nursery making friends, talking (3 worded sentences) and had their diagnosis.

My daughter is and always has been extremely happy to attend Busy Bees. Everybody who I/she has ever interacted with have always been so kind and helpful. I am always kept well informed of my daughter’s progress verbally and through the app. She will certainly miss Busy Bees when she starts school!

The nursery has been so welcoming to my little one. He found it really hard to settle but the staff helped in any way they could, such as getting him involved in activities that he was interested in. He will often come home and talk about the friends he has made at nursery and about his keyworker. He is now really settled and asks to go everyday!

My child has thrived being at Busy Bees Bexleyheath. He looks forward to going and is always excited to tell me about his day when he’s picked up.
The staff are really friendly and attentive to the children, I can not fault them at all.

Very happy with Busy Bees, Bexleyheath. My daughter has progressed so much since being here. She’s happy and has made so many new friends. She does so many interesting and educational activities, whilst having a lovely day. The food always sounds amazing and we love using the app to check in on her throughout the day.

My son enjoys coming to Busy Bees every day. He has made lots of friends and loves his teachers. He looks forward to coming in and has developed so much more since starting at Busy Bees. He is now fully potty trained thanks to the girls in wiggly worms. The staff are great with the kids and always have a smile on their faces. You can tell they genuinely care for the kids.

Busy Bees, Bexleyheath is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has settled in very well and gets on really well with all the staff. she is well looked after and her development has gone from strength to strength. I look forward to watching her develop as she transitions into her new class after her birthday. I would like to see more regular updates on daily food/nappies. It can be difficult to know how much she has eaten when the app states ‘some’ and ‘most’. Also, updates are irregular and at times incomplete. I would also love to see more pictures posted using the app as these are also very infrequent.

I am very grateful for how caring and supportive the staff here have been since my daughter started. They have made sure that she is kept well, eating sufficiently (as she is very picky), and have looked after her really well when she is poorly. The meals provided have been healthy with a great variety and more importantly, my child is happy and excited to come here every day.

Absolutely brilliant. My child has enjoyed every minute of going to Busy Bees. Very helpful with any needs or advice and all the staff are lovely. Great play facilities for all children and a well-thought-out routine for the children to follow.
