June 12, 2019 at 12:00 amI would highly recommend this nursery, my daughter loves it and has already learnt so much from going to nursery. It has a really friendly atmosphere and all the team are great and I never have any worries in regards to my child’s care.

June 12, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son has been here for a few months now and we absolutely love the nursery. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They make every effort possible to make the kids feel at home. The nursery always looks very clean and neat. My son is actually having a good time.

June 17, 2019 at 12:00 amBoth my sons have attended this nursery, one who’s now is in school and one who is in the toddler room.
Before my son left for school he had the confidence to attend school and make new friends. I believe the nursery team has made this possible for him. All the staff are friendly and always happy to help and greet me and my family always with a smile.
The food is outstanding and both my children have enjoyed all meals provided.

September 24, 2019 at 12:00 amI had to go back to work full time after Maternity leave I was very worried about who I was leaving my child with but this nursery is amazing and all the staff care for each and every child so well and with such love, I shouldn’t have worried, they totally put me at ease. My son started in the baby room and his key worker was outstanding, for a while he called her ’em mum mum’. He then transferred up to the Toddler room and his new key person is just as loving and attentive of him. Every morning he can’t wait to go in and runs in without me!
I am very fortunate to have a confident, caring and sociable child and I put this down to the staff and how they have taken care of my son. He is going to the preschool room so and I have no worries that he will love that room as much as he has the baby and toddler room before.

January 24, 2020 at 12:00 amSince the day I walked in looking for my little one’s nursery place, I knew that Spring Nursery Northumberland was the right one. My little one was happy to be there. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The staff are kind and caring. My little one has learnt a lot since she started attending the nursery. I extremely recommend this nursery.

They also have an app, which is great, so you can check what your child has eaten and what they have achieved and always great communication with all the staff; I can’t fault them in no way.

All so friendly and welcoming, and the best reviews come from my child who is excited to go there and happily tells me tales of their day. The app is useful for daily updates and important notices.

September 27, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter absolutely loves going to nursery here. She knows all the staff by name and always mentions them at home. She’s made loads of friends here, and we’ve got to know some of the parents.
They are very good at doing activities. We see plenty of photos of her doing crafts and making things. She has also learnt so much over the past 15 months there. Her vocabulary always surprises us.
Generally, a really pleasant and comforting vibe all-round in Spring.

The staff were so helpful with getting us all set up, the charges are reasonable, and it’s a lovely nursery for our son to go to. The staff are always so lovely to us and our son, providing regular updates in person and on the app. We have no complaints at all, and are very happy that we chose to come here!

September 28, 2022 at 12:00 amI mean, what can I say, especially when you see your child running to the nursery in the morning like he is always looking forward to seeing his teachers and friends?
There is such a huge amount of growth and development that I see in my son, and not only that, every day I see him being emphatic as well towards so many things, which is a skill that develops over age, but the staff are so lovely and fantastic, that they imbibe this at such an early age for them to become great human.
I am totally impressed with this nursery, and the credit goes to the entire staff, including the cook, who gives them amazing food to eat.

The first week of starting (age 2 and 2 months), he was very emotional to leave me; the girls at the nursery were so comforting and tried their best to make him feel welcome and comfortable; he was well-settled within the week. I always recommend this nursery to anyone! All of the women are equally lovely, helpful and enthusiastic, and my son has the best time at nursery. They all want to push him to the best of his ability and encourage with at home (settling into his own bedroom, no dummy etc). As a first-time mum, I always remember our experience!

I couldn’t recommend it highly enough; the care my son receives has been great from his first day two years ago.

My daughter is on the ASD pathway, and the entire team bend over backwards to accommodate her. She gets extra one-to-one care and support.
The Senco is fantastic, and all the teams are great with SEN kids.
She is so so happy to go in every day she is there.
The management is amazing, and all the extra paperwork my daughter needs they have either done for me or guided me through.
Five stars aren’t enough!

November 21, 2022 at 12:00 amFantastic nursery! Everyone is so welcoming. All the staff know my son’s name, even without them working in his room. Made me feel comfortable leaving him when he was upset on drop-offs and providing regular updates to put my mind at ease. All staff are so friendly and genuinely care about all the children there.
Always recommend the nursery to friends.
