June 17, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter loves going to nursery, she always has a lovely time and enjoys her time there which makes me as a mother feel very happy, when I pick her up from her day at nursery she always tells me she can’t wait to go back tomorrow, the staff are amazing, always friendly, always happy to assist me with any needs or questions that I have and most of all my daughter likes the staff too.

July 14, 2021 at 12:00 amMy child started out in the Baby room at West Street Nursery and is now in the Preschool room. She has been at West Street for about 2 years now. There’s this positive atmosphere at West Street Nursery that gives a parent confidence every time you drop your child. The facilities are really great and teachers always give you feedback about your child’s development. In addition to the feedback from teachers, the app gives you real-time updates as to what your child is up to and this just makes managing your child much easier. The staff at West Street seem very well picked as there seems to be a very high level of childcare competence across each of the rooms. A big thank you to everyone at West Street Nursery.

October 29, 2021 at 12:00 amWest Street Nursery has been a fantastic nursery for my child. I have seen him go from strength to strength and the staff are extremely involved, supportive and caring.
As a mother, I was always at peace with my child attending.
The staff always take the time to attend to and support the needs of my child, working closely with myself and other family members in supporting my child also.
My son had a speech delay and I was very well supported in the identification of this and in devising support plans at the nursery and home.

November 5, 2021 at 12:00 amMy little girl started here when she was a toddler all the staff are great helped her extremely well with her speech I couldn’t ask for more. I was so nervous about putting her in nursery but after the first visit, they made us feel welcome, and trusting in them to look after my child and do wonders with her. I also have my 2-year-old son in the nursery and he loves it and all the staff. I also like how staff report what they have been doing each day and if you have any problems they’re so easy to talk to. I would really recommend it to anyone in the area. My little boys has come on so much since being there.

December 1, 2021 at 12:00 amI have had my daughter attending West Street Nursery for over a year to date however my three older children went to West Street Nursery too. Firstly, all the staff are very professional and very organised – you always get regular updates about your child. All I can say is that my daughter always looks forward to going to nursery, to me, it signifies that my child is happy and that tells me that she’s being looked after there and she is in a safe place. I will always recommend West Street Nursery to family and friends because I have four children, three of them have passed through the nursery and my last child is there. All I know is it is a safe place for children.

I always knew she was kept safe and they would keep me up to date with any news using the app. They have many resources and fun activities for all ages. My daughter always had fun and was always making new friends. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

My son has been attending since he was 1 year old and is having his last day at the nursery at the end of this month ready for “big school”. My son absolutely loves it here, he is so happy and well looked after, the staff are so friendly, efficient and professional. Very clean, fantastic facilities, the app is a bonus also for updates and notifications. I would highly recommend this nursery to new parents and will miss it here very much.

She loved the setting, the staff, her friends and the fun activities and was always eager to attend each day. The staff are wonderful, supportive and friendly and are extremely attentive, calm and welcoming. The nursery manager is kind, approachable and professional. If you are in the local area, we can not recommend the nursery highly enough. The setting is clean, bright and warm and caters for young children – ticking all boxes. The nursery provides an app that you can track your child’s day such as meals, accidents and photos of activities. West Street Nursery is fantastic! We are so grateful our daughter was able to experience great childcare/early education there. Thank you so much West Street Nursery, we will miss you.

She has settled in really well and I’m very happy with the care she receives while she’s there. They do lots of fun and educational activities which she loves to take part in.

March 13, 2023 at 12:00 amExtremely happy with West Street Nursery, my child had a speech delay before starting here and with the help and support from the staff members and management, my child has managed to improve their communication skills massively within a short time period. My child genuinely seems very happy to attend every day and gets really excited when it’s time for nursery.

All the staff members are extremely good with the children and compassionate.
Their observation and feedback regarding the growth of my child regularly are good. The way they welcome parents and interact with each child and family member that comes into the nursery is brilliant. They have favourite activities for each season and festival period including senior citizens week which involves the grandparent. Keep up the good work you have been doing. I wouldn’t change my child’s nursery. Thank you all for what you do.

April 13, 2023 at 12:00 amWhere do I begin, it’s our son’s second home. Everyone who runs the place is dedicated and would want nothing but the best for your child. It would be quite difficult for our son to leave the nursery this year, as he will be starting school. It’s probably the best one in the area because they are willing to put in that human touch and connection which is lacking in most of the other places. God bless.
