I adore the Montessori methods used, the team could not be more fantastic and my son is a brighter, happier, more engaged kid for having gone to the Lodge, which is in no small part down to the whole team. Thank you! The app with its regular observations and photos is remarkable, it helps you still sense connected to what your kid is up to. Highly suggest. This is truly a home-from-home childcare centre, or ‘big school’ as my little boy calls it, it’s so inviting and inviting.

My kid found childcare centre exceptionally difficult for quite a while, as leaving Mummy was a real wrench. I never thought he would actually allow himself to delight in it and worried I was doing the wrong thing. But because of your positive encouragement and patient demeanours, I saw it through. Last week has marked such a turning point for us, my kid looked at the building as we pulled up and shouted “Oh Childcare centre, hooray!” To hear him talk so happily about the place quite simply warms our hearts. I wanted to let you know the great you are all doing for my son, & how much we believe you are helping him grow and develop. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being compassionate, patient, attentive and helping him reach his potential. If you can make someone as stubborn as my kid fall in adore with childcare centre, then it truly is a special place to be! Thank you all once again, we definitely made the right choice with Lodge Day Childcare centre! I wanted to take the time to write a truly heartfelt thank you to everyone.

They have a excellent range of activities, the indoor area is big and consistently highly spotless and the outdoor playtime area is lovely too. Team often walk the kids to Christchurch park or over to school hall. My daughter loves being outdoors, it’s so lovely that she’s able to have so much freedom. I adore the app, it’s excellent getting updates and pictures of what my daughter is doing/discovering during the day. It has truly helped me settle back into work. I look forward to receiving the updates every day!
The team are incredible, truly attentive & spend lots of time ensuring they truly understand the kids and bond with them. I went into the childcare centre for a playtime and stay session recently. It was lovely to see what my daughter gets up to during the day. I was amazed how calm and well behaved the kids all were, especially at meal time. I recommended the childcare centre to a friend and they loved it too. Their little one joins soon. My daughter has a big smile and kicks her legs with excitement when we arrive at the childcare centre!

Our daughter has loved going from day one and is consistently disappointed when it’s not a childcare centre day! It truly is a home from home and I couldn’t suggest it highly enough. Since having a bad journey with a previous childcare centre we have never failed to be impressed with the care provided at The Lodge.

We are delighted with how cheerful our little boy is there and at how he has developed since he started there 9 months ago. I have already recommended the childcare centre to others and I cannot suggest the childcare centre more.

The team are consistently attentive and courteous and our kids thoroughly delight in their time there and have truly developed well since joining last September. We have recommended this childcare centre to all friends and family. Exceptional childcare centre.

Toilet and changing area is well kept and is perfect for small kids everything within reach and even a changing station for smaller kids. Also, space for kids and adults to hang bags and coats. Team are welcoming, supportive and all around inviting people, parking spaces available, stroller/pushchair shed, bus stop nearby. Security doors in place, sign in sheet and garden has a high fence, lovely and secure. I have taken my son to the stay and playtime a few times, the childcare centre where it is held is lovely, plenty of outside space and activities, inside also plenty of space and lovely toys.

Everything from the management to the activities the kids participate in.
My son can’t wait to walk through the door in the morning, the team are engaging and encourage the kids to be compassionate and independent. Proud to say my kid attends. A remarkable childcare centre.

The team welcome us every day with big smiles and my son often runs off to give them a big cuddle. They clearly know our son highly well and give him the opportunity to do his favourite activities such as messy playtime, be outdoors and tickle time! They regularly take the kids out in the local community to parks, pet shops, garden centres and recently the Elmer trail. The experiences they have are outstanding and truly assistance kids’s language development as our son often comes home trying to tell us about his day even before he has turned 2! I was genuinely delighted to pick our son up blue the other day, a sign of a excellent day! Even in such a lovely setting, this does not stop them getting messy and having enjoyable. All these fantastic experiences are regularly captured in photos and on video which is lovely to share at home. Thank you to everyone who makes our son sense so welcome and loved every day! We are so cheerful that our son receives such a high standard of care from The Lodge.

As soon as we had our first visit, it felt like home. All team members are welcoming and so lovely with the kids. I felt so secure sending our little one there, we have regular updates on his day and the diary entries provide all we need to know on food and naps etc. Our little one loves all the team in his room and he looks forward to his days there. The different areas of playtime keep him well entertained and he is consistently involved in something different and new. I cannot suggest The Lodge enough! We adore The Lodge!
