Busy Bees Stowmarket

My child has embraced going to nursery. The key workers and staff have been amazing at integrating him into nursery. They have helped me feel at ease leaving him as well. They have all helped with his development he comes home a happy boy. I feel we are lucky to have this nursery on our doorstep.

Both my children have been through the nursery. The communication is good, the key workers are good at supporting. The children are happy and settle quickly.

I love the nursery, I think the staff are all very professional and very welcoming. I feel very confident leaving my little boy in their care and they always try fun new ideas for messy play and songs and different learning techniques.

Due to medical treatment, we couldn’t get a clear answer from my son’s consultants if he could attend nursery. We were left to make that decision. We were recently told by one of the top hospital consultants that we should think about taking him to toddler groups and maybe start to think about nursery. He’s been attending for 18 months now, 4 days a week! In that time he has been fully supported with his development and social skills. Any suggestions from his medical team are always embraced. My son has a lot of time at hospital and away from nursery but he is very well adjusted. He is thriving at Busy Bees. We all receive great support. His social development is not behind as it is normally for children that are in hospital a lot. This is all down to the Busy Bees team. I love seeing him do things that he has learned at nursery. It’s hard to see the difference between my son and any other child. This is down to the great care, help and support he’s received. No one is left behind.

I have time to praise the operations of Busy Bees Nursery (Stowmarket).
Foremost, I am impressed with the security of the building. No one can gain entrance without recognition. I have witnessed staff leave unrecognised parents at the door whilst they seek verification from their peers.
Despite plenty of ‘messy play’, a high level of hygiene is clearly maintained.
Staff will always be able to give a detailed account of your children’s activities, and pictures/displays/photographs all help me engage with their activities whilst they are not in my care.
I feel confident leaving my children with such courteous, nurturing staff. All are professionally trained and are granted professional growth through a staff Academy scheme.
Most importantly, both my children have immense fun and have made their own strong friendships without guidance from me, preparing them for school and allowing them a life out of the home.
Food is nutritional and enjoyed with plenty of fresh fruit.

My daughter has grown and developed so well under the guidance of the staff at Busy Bees. The balance of activities between play, play whilst learning and learning has been set perfectly.

Every member of staff is friendly, approachable and they are all clearly adored by the children.

The transition from Busy Bees to primary school is being made very easy.

I shall be so sad when my daughter leaves and cannot rate this nursery highly enough.

I have been extremely impressed with the way all the staff in Busy Bees Stowmarket look after my son and genuinely care. His key worker has taken a real interest in helping him develop various skills, and I was so happy to see how quickly she connected with him. Due to this close relationship that the nursery staff have with my son, I totally trust their instincts about when he might be unwell and need time at home. You can tell as soon as you walk in, how committed to their roles and how much passion these ladies all have, I have a lot of respect for them and we are grateful for the care they provide our child.

Our son loves going to Busy Bees. The staff are friendly and approachable and our son has formed a great bond with his key worker, both when he was in the baby room and now in the toddler room. The nursery is great at communicating what happens during the day and we always get a full handover when we collect at the end of the day. They share learning with us and provide next steps so we can help at home too. We know our son is going to progress and develop lots of new skills! They provide activities based on his interests. Every child also has access to a great outside space whatever the time of year. The whole nursery has been supportive of our son’s medical needs, creating a healthcare plan with us which makes us feel confident that he is ok when we leave him in the morning.
Busy Bees was definitely the right choice for our family, we have said to each other several times how pleased we are with Bury Bees.

I am very happy with the care my child has been given since starting in November 2019. The girls who look after him have been excellent. They are all very nurturing and always take time to feedback at the end of the day. He is very happy in his room, feels cared for and safe.
On a different note, I am not finding the app very good since the update.

We love Busy Bees. They are so caring and educational. They provide feedback and ideas on how to help children flourish. I could not be happier to have our son go there and highly recommend sending yours as well.
