She attended three settling in sessions before starting and this truly helped the transition to two full days a week. The team were highly welcoming, it was the first childcare centre that actually engaged with my kid on viewing and he responded highly well. When I first made contact with the childcare centre I explained that my kid had extra assistance needs, the response was outstanding, highly supportive and prior to visiting they had already thought about how to assistance my kid. It’s a scary time allowing someone else to look after your kid, I sense so reassured he is secure, cheerful and developing well. The app is fantastic, it shows toilet changes, naps and meal times and development. I truly delight in showing the pictures to my kid so we can talk about his day. My granddaughter started at aged eight months and the team highly quickly realised that after her nap each day, she likes to have a cuddle for a few minutes before venturing off to playtime. The team go to so much effort to make the daily activities interesting. Recently there have been celebrations of Australia Day, Chinese New Year and St David’s Day. She has a excellent relationship with her key worker. She eats healthy food, and takes part in some outstanding activities. We sense exceptionally cheerful with the level of care she receives and highly suggest this childcare centre. The childcare centre has a lovely, welcoming sense, and all of the kids seem highly cheerful there. When my daughter was upset at drop-odd and taking a while to settle, I was consistently kept up to date and reassured, and she highly soon settled and became comfortable at the childcare centre and with the team. My fifteen-month granddaughter has been attending for seven months and absolutely loves it. The team are highly attentive, welcoming and patient. Even though she is highly young, they help her to join in all the activities safely so she can learn and have enjoyable. The meals are outstanding and well balanced. Regular assessments are provided and my granddaughter has a clear affection for the team. Excellent childcare centre and lovely team. This is such a lovely, welcoming childcare centre.

My kid has been going for a year now and loves it! He runs in every morning, barely taking the time to say goodbye to me! I adore the app that parents can log on to and get updates throughout the day, it truly puts my mind at ease when I’m at work and I can see him playing with his friends. I adore the childcare centre ethos, to be outside rain or shine enjoying the outdoors and all there is on offer. My husband and I are sure this is why he is such an outdoor person, he’s happiest when playing in the garden and we think it’s down to childcare centre.

It was after a few stressful months and I was concerned about her reaction to such a change. I was amazed at how quickly she adapted and what a difference the last four months have made. The compassionate, welcoming and expert approach she’s received from everyone has helped her become the confident cheeky toddler she is. As much as I miss her, I know I leave her in a secure and welcoming place. She clearly enjoys spending time with her peers and gains new skills daily.
