September 5, 2024 at 2:10 pmEdmunds for 7 months now. We have had nothing but excellent experiences with every team member. Our daughter loves going there and has learned/developed so much since starting. She consistently comes home fed and cheerful. We adore that we can see what she has been up to during the day on the parent zone app which is updated regularly. They have made the difficult transition from being in lockdown and isolated to being an outgoing and curious kid highly easy. We are cheerful we chose Busy Bees in Bury St. Edmunds. Our daughter is almost 2 1/2 years old and has been going to Busy Bees in Bury St.

October 29, 2024 at 10:56 pmWe’re highly cheerful with them. They have dealt with the pandemic in a highly organised and expert way. We would definitely suggest them. Our eldest started at Busy Bees in 2015 and our youngest is there now.

November 1, 2024 at 8:48 amWe were already highly satisfied with the care provided but during the last 6 months my husband and I have been so impressed by how the team have managed. They have been calm, welcoming, and expert throughout. Whilst working on the ward, I was able to sense reassured that our daughter was still in the best care possible. We believe that they continued to provide a consistent and nurturing setting despite the changes that occurred across the country during lockdown. They went above beyond their roles by cooking for the kids when catering team were furloughed and worked tirelessly, consistently placing the needs of the kids first. One of the biggest stressors for team was working whilst without childcare arrangements and the childcare centre then looked after their kids, who were not previously registered with them. Team at the hospital will sense forever grateful to them for this. We thank you. Busy Bees Childcare centre team have been incredible during the pandemic.

November 4, 2024 at 7:49 amMy little boy has been coming to Busy Bees since he was a baby and the growth has been tremendous, we were nervous initially about him going to preschool but every day he is the happiest kid ever and can’t wait to tell us what he has done and how many friends we have including the team. Firstly I can only highly suggest this Childcare centre to all no matter what age your kid and starting time you will be made welcome and your kid will adore it here.

November 10, 2024 at 10:05 amBoth my little ones adore going. The team are lovely and all are welcoming and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for the kids! They are consistently cheerful to help and it’s truly reassuring as a parent. Also, the ParentZone app keeps you informed and is updated throughout the day, so you are aware of what your little one is up to while you are away! This is a fantastic childcare centre!

November 14, 2024 at 1:09 amBoth have attended and thrived there both being cheerful to leave mummy and go in for the day. The team are attentive and nurturing and I have absolute faith in their care and attention when I leave or have left my sons. They take time to get to know their individual personalities and ensure lots of activities are readily available. The app that details your kid’s day is highly useful too. Finally, the food and nutrition are varied and yummy.
Would highly suggest. Busy Bees at West Suffolk Hospital holds a special place in my memories of raising my two boys.

December 11, 2024 at 1:46 amBusy Bees was one of the last I had a chance to look at. After the visit, my choice was simple. Busy Bees had everything I was looking for. High cleaning standards, spacious areas indoor and outdoor, their own kitchen, absolutely lovely, welcoming and thoughtful team. It felt straight away like it was the right place for my kid when I have to go back to work. My son has been in Busy Bees childcare centre for 3 years now and he absolutely loves this place. I can check his development on a daily basis with the team face to face or by using an online journal. The updates I outstanding. And so much help with everything that concerns my kid. I can highly suggest this place to all parents for their kids. When looking for a childcare centre for my kid, I have had visited plenty of places in my town.

December 21, 2024 at 8:27 pmMy 18-month-old daughter has now been there for 6 months and is thriving. For us, we were anxious as she is hearing impaired and were unsure how childcare centre would be for her but she has loved it and all the team have been remarkable. They’ve undertaken specific training to help with her hearing needs and couldn’t have been more accommodating. It’s so lovely knowing she goes off for the day and comes out smiling (with a lot of artwork!) Thank you for all your assistance, it’s a fantastic setting and we’re highly cheerful to have such a lovely team look after our little girl! I cannot suggest Busy Bees Bury St Edmunds enough.

December 22, 2024 at 6:43 amI have noticed that my daughter has thrived during her time at Busy Bees and the development of her speech has been unbelievable. I have found that the team are consistently supportive, highly expert, compassionate and attentive. I also adore the app that is available for parents to keep an eye on what their little one has been up to during the day, especially when there is photo’s published as well. I cannot suggest Busy Bees enough. My 2-year-old loves going to Busy Bees Childcare centre and has built some highly strong relationships with her peers and team.

December 27, 2024 at 1:53 pmSince he moved into the Pre School room in January he has gained so much self‑assurance, has learnt so much and finally feels cheerful to walk in without getting upset.
All the team are welcoming and compassionate and I sense cheerful dropping him off knowing he’s having going to have a great time.
I like the use of ParentZone to update us on what he’s been up to and what he’s eaten. My Son absolutely loves coming to preschool.

December 30, 2024 at 5:48 pmHe was highly unsure to start with and it took him a few weeks to settle in. The team were so patient and understanding towards my son and myself. They helped him get settled in and sense comfortable. My son now loves going to childcare centre and often asks to go on days which he is not scheduled to go. I absolutely adore getting updates and pictures about his day on the app and seeing and hearing about all the fantastic activities he is doing. I would highly suggest this childcare centre! In the two months he has been going to childcare centre I have seen how much he has developed. He has truly come out of his shell and is becoming quite the personality. My son has been attending Busy Bees since September 2021.

January 9, 2025 at 2:32 pmMy son seems to delight in his days at the childcare centre. Wish I could see more pics like when we first started though so I can have a better idea of how his day went. Adore the team!

February 16, 2025 at 12:21 pmThey look forward to attending, have forged strong relationships with team and their peers. They provide innovative discovering opportunities and provide daily feedback and access to an app, UP, with lots of ideas to try at home. The food looks remarkable and my kids adore it. They are cheerful to share recipes. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other parents. Busy Bees has provided a secure and secure setting for my two little ones for the past two and a half years.

March 11, 2025 at 1:01 amMy son has consistently loved his key workers along with all the other team. Even the chef is a familiar welcoming face to the kids and she consistently makes time to smile and have a chat with either us or our son. The centre manager and deputy manager are genuinely exceptional people with excellent people skills and attention to detail. They are consistently in hand to help, answer questions and get involved with the kid care.
Busy Bees is spotless and has a excellent variety of toys, outside space and activities for the kids.
My son enjoys his time here and has lovely friends that he talks about a lot. It’s lovely hearing what he’s been up to while we’ve been at work.
Busy Bees also utilises a excellent app to allow for regular updates and live updates of what’s been happening in the day including what’s been eaten.
Exceptional! Our journey at Busy Bees has been outstanding; the care taken of the kids is remarkable and more than I’d assume would be possible with so many kids to care for.

March 16, 2025 at 1:15 pmHe goes to two separate nurseries on a weekly basis and Busy Bees are the most reliable by far. I am definitely more satisfied with the care they provide for my son. The team are incredible – welcoming, supportive and invested in the ongoing development of my son. The activities that they do are varied and I am provided with regular updates as to the development of my son. He consistently comes out with a smile on his face and tells us about how he has enjoyed his day. They provide great meals which are made on-site and they accommodate for various dietary needs with enthusiasm rather than seeing it as an annoyance. My son is dairy-free and there have been no issues with the meals and snacks that Busy Bees provide. It is rare that I write reviews for anything, but I know as a parent it can be a difficult decision to choose which childcare centre to use, so from my journey, I cannot rate Busy Bees highly enough. Our son has been going to Busy Bees since he was about 2 and he is now almost 4 years old.

The team have consistently listened and assistance our every need. The updates between us parents and team is lovely, we are consistently updated. My daughter has lovely relationships with the team and her key person. It’s like a second family to her. My daughter has consistently especially loved the food at childcare centre, consistently healthy and balanced meals. I have nothing but great things to say about our journey with the childcare centre. May 7, 2025 at 5:14 amHe was obviously not well settled, but we were quite updated about his activities from the app.
The team was supportive to understand the situation and helping the baby in settling. This is our first baby and first journey of the childcare centre in the UK.
We are based in India and we, as parents are highly new to the culture here.
Despite all these factors, our highly short initial childcare centre journey was utterly relaxing and overwhelming at the same time.
They posted a first-day picture of our 7 months old baby.

May 31, 2025 at 10:27 amI consistently send him with every self‑assurance he will be cared for as well as he would at home. The team are attentive, compassionate and compassionate. The food is outstanding and he consistently eats so well at childcare centre. I would suggest the centre to anyone. My son has been at Busy Bees since he turned 1.

June 29, 2025 at 12:32 pmHe has consistently seemed highly cheerful there and I could tell he loved all the childcare centre team as he would repeat their names at home highly excitedly! They also note down everything he ate every day and the areas he enjoyed playing in.
The childcare centre itself is in a lovely wooded area surrounded by tall trees. It is also highly convenient as my husband works at the hospital. They seem to take care of him highly well and alert us if they sense he might not be well or needing extra attention. My son has been at Busy Bees since he was about 8 months old.
