The childcare centre also provides a weekly activity booklet full of little tasks and enjoyable things to do as well as enjoyable little tasks they can do at home based upon what they have been discovering about during the week. The childcare centre team are consistently welcoming and cheerful to help with any concerns. I would and do often suggest this childcare centre. My daughter was highly anxious about going back to childcare centre but all of the team dealt with both our worries and anxieties highly well and now she loves childcare centre.

In all aspects, it stood out massively. My daughter is highly cheerful here and I sense content when I leave her too. Nothing is too much for the team. My daughter is highly cheerful informing me about her day at the childcare centre. It is lovely to hear. Thank you Bright Horizons! From the day I viewed this childcare centre I knew it was the one for my daughter.

On the whole, this childcare centre is highly great. The team are welcoming and genuinely care about the kids they look after. It’s been truly gratifying to see my kid develop and have enjoyable with the other kids and the team. You can tell they truly get to know each kid on a personal level. The app they have is a excellent feature to see how your kid is truly getting on there.
We’ve had some historical issues with the childcare centre that were ultimately caused by matters they didn’t have much control over (staffing during the pandemic, broken heating, and a roof leak). These issues did mean that my spouse and I needed to take time off work at short notice on a few occasions. However, these issues have been rectified, we haven’t had anything like them occur again recently, and the updates from the childcare centre has consistently been excellent. Highly suggest. Although I’ve put down my review as relating to February 2023, this is for the duration that my kid has been with the childcare centre (over a year).

They work tirelessly to ensure our son is cheerful, content and continuously developing. We are highly grateful for the team and sense so cheerful with how settled our son is there The team at Bright Horizons in Excellent Cornard do an incredible job.

This has eased his worries about moving on to primary school a lot. He regularly says ‘mummy pick me up late’ so he must be loving it!
He has a real soft spot for two members of team in particular and I know he will miss coming when he leaves in July.
He loves doing yoga and playing outside. My kid loves coming to Crocus, he has made a little group of friends who he will be moving to big school with.

It makes dropping him off that bit easier! Knowing my kid is highly attached to his key worker (to the point he’ll cry if she leaves the room) it makes it clear he is highly well cared for and loved at the childcare centre. Being a working Mum, I’m so glad I’ve found a childcare centre that my 1-year-old loves!

My kid comes out cheerful and proud to share what she has learnt through the day. The team at the childcare centre are remarkable and have plenty of time to explain what has happened through the day.

The team are so, so lovely and are so well educated, on how to ensure they are all able to provide the unique details to my kid’s childcare centre journey in order to fulfil the developmental needs she has, whilst supporting her as she is growing as her own individual self and also as she is discovering specific skills she will need when she moves on to primary school. The level of assistance and encouragement she receives, alongside receiving all of the developmental observations and updates, fills me with complete self‑assurance that she will be able to transition smoothly into primary school, when the time comes. This also reassures me of any developmental acceleration/deceleration, so we can address together as a parent/setting team. Furthermore my daughters key worker has been exceptional from day one, in keeping me posted of anything my daughter gets up to in her day. She has been the welcoming face, welcoming her in. Absolutely exceptional, flawless journey with this fantastic childcare centre.

The childcare centre team have supported her through all sorts of difficult times including being in a spica cast on and off for almost a year and more recently with a minor hearing impediment, which is impacting her speech and her self‑assurance. We could not be more grateful to her exceptional key worker for the special activities she has planned for the class to encourage and assistance our daughter. She has progressed in leaps and bounds and still runs into the classroom full of smiles every morning. Crocus Excellent Cornard might not look highly impressive from the outside, but the care and effort that goes into the kids’s education are incredible, and it’s what happens inside that truly matters. The team are full of energy and every day is packed with different activities. The meals are nutritious and interesting. We highly suggest this childcare centre/pre-school. My daughter has been at Crocus Excellent Cornard since she was one and she has loved going since her highly first day.
