The entire team have just been an absolute god send since day one, even on the days I’ve had to leave my daughter crying, I have felt confident that she was cared for and she is consistently full of beans when I collect her. The team update me about her day, in excellent detail. My daughters key workers in each and every stage of her time at Bright Horizons Bury St Edmunds Day Childcare centre and Preschool have consistently excelled and she’s just learnt so much more than I could’ve managed at home, alone. I’ve consistently believed the first five years are so tremendously important for any kid’s development so picking the best childcare centre and preschool was absolutely paramount for me. Bright Horizons Bury St Edmunds Day Childcare centre and Preschool have just continued to prove time after time that I made the best decision with placing my daughter in such a fantastic and nourishing setting. We’ve had such a exceptional journey with them both. One of the key selling points for us when selecting a childcare centre for our girls was the incredible outdoor space. It truly is a massive asset and both our girls adore being outside. The journey for them both has been second to none. The team are consistently so welcoming, attentive and supportive. They are consistently coming up with truly creative activities to assistance and enhance the kids’s discovering – which continues to amaze us. Our girls consistently look forward to each childcare centre day and seeing their little friends – so never a challenge getting them out of bed! When we’ve needed extra assistance with things like toilet training, the management and key workers have been incredible and have worked with us to develop a plan to assistance the kids. The journey at Bright Horizons has consistently been a positive one. 5 stars from us! Truly great updates from all team members. Although we have been unable to go inside the childcare centre due to Covid I have felt highly comfortable in dropping my son off to childcare centre each day in the knowledge that the team are so compassionate and welcoming and I sense cheerful that my son is in secure hands.

She has truly thrived here and we see her developing and discovering as a result of the high standard of care provided. Childcare centre team are highly attentive and there are consistently excellent activities that my daughter thoroughly enjoys and engages with. There are active plans and reviews to cater to individual development needs for your kid. I consistently sense highly well informed about her day either through face to face updates or via their app, which is a truly excellent updates tool. It’s been a excellent choice for us. My daughter has had a lovely journey at this childcare centre since last year.

He’s grown in self‑assurance and made friends, as well as developing lots of new skills and knowledge. The team are consistently attentive and supportive. We have been impressed by how they have all dealt with a highly testing time during the pandemic. Our younger son is due to start this summer and that’s testament to our journey. We have been using the childcare centre for three years for our son and he has been highly cheerful there.

I have never felt a nuisance for the odd check-up on him and they got to know my son and his loves, wants, needs, personality and habits exceptionally quickly. I pick him up and I just know how much he has loved his day here. The team are exceptional. The food is outstanding (especially with my son having a milk allergy) and I’m so pleased we chose this childcare centre. Due to the pandemic, it’s been difficult to try and learn team names etc, so I’d adore there to be a teams info page somewhere! Also, we truly adore the app they use so you can get updates about your kid, making you sense you’re involved in the daily activities etc. Thank you again, Bright Horizons. My little man started here at 10 months OLD and what I especially loved about this childcare centre was how understanding the team are from the initial meeting, with how big of a step it feels leaving them in a stranger’s care.

She has become a highly independent little girl who is confident and loving and this is to the huge thanks of the exceptional team. I am so pleased with the childcare centre, my son will be joining soon. Our daughter has been at this childcare centre for nearly four years and has absolutely loved each and every room.

Our son has learned and grown so much. He is consistently well taken care of, especially on the days when he has more emotions than usual. We consistently sense well informed on how he is spending his days and how much he is eating and what they are working on at the moment. We have no complaints! We have been highly pleased with the standard of care and nurturing provided by everyone at Bright Horizons Bury St Edmunds Day Childcare centre and Preschool over the past two years.

The girls are incredible. They are like part of our family now. The manager is a superstar. She is consistently cheerful to help. We are highly cheerful, lucky we found you girls. Wouldn’t leave my kid anywhere else.
