Norwich Montessori School

It was so calm and engaging and personal. The school has a lovely, organised space and welcoming, welcoming and responsive educators. Each kid is cared for as an individual and their personality responded to and engaged with. My son has truly thrived in his first term at the school. He has made friends and taken part in a wide range of stimulating and enjoyable activities and formed a real bond with the educators. The outdoor space is just perfect too. I can’t suggest the school highly enough. From the moment we walked in, I knew that this was the setting that I wanted my son to be nurtured in.

All kids are treated as individuals with care and attention given throughout the day. All of the educators are calm and this has a fantastic effect and the kids develop and blossom as a result. My daughter is exceptionally cheerful here. The Norwich Montessori School is an incredible school.

Had the unfortunate journey of sending my son to this childcare centre. He is autistic and has limited verbal updates. Most of the team were nice and attentive towards him however the manager was particularly derogatory with her comments. My son ended up coming home in meltdowns. I was never granted permission to visit and observe my son at the childcare centre despite offering to help multiple times.
We did not complete the academic year with this childcare centre as the amount of discrimination we experienced: hurtful comments, lack of care, exclusion due to disability; to drop off my son later and pick up earlier were far too stressful.
They claimed hours of his funding (and more) yet did not allow him in for the normal duration of a session due to his disability.
In a nutshell: if you believe your kid may have special needs, avoid this place. My son still has trauma. This childcare centre is not SEND-welcoming.
This childcare centre broke my son’s spirit instead of building him up.

Both the boys were ready to start reception with all the skills and tools needed to succeed in the classroom and socially. They learned to be independent, problem solve, how to interact with others during playtime and how to socialize with others- adults and kids. All the team are incredible and I couldn’t suggest this setting more! My third kid will start this January and we can’t wait to see how much personal growth he will gain at the Norwich Montessori School. My second kid just finished his time here at Norwich Montessori and we couldn’t be happier!

It is a magical place to learn and we sense incredibly lucky to have found it. The Montessori method fosters independence, curiosity, empathy, respect for others and our setting and a adore for discovering through practical tasks. The Norwich Montessori School has a fantastic discovering setting with incredibly dedicated and responsive educators. The set-up is homely with timeless resources in neutral and natural tones that help nourish a calm setting. The educators appreciate the kids as individuals with kindness and understanding while supporting their discovering using the Montessori approach. As parents, we felt we were integral to the whole educational process and through the parents’ site we were able to see the educators’ thoughtful and considered observations of our daughter’s development. An outstanding childcare centre! It has been a joy to watch our daughter blossom and grow in self‑assurance through her time at the Norwich Montessori School.

It is the loveliest childcare centre setting and there is nowhere else I’d want my kids to attend. The team are so nurturing and attentive and truly take the time to get to know your kid. The principal is incredible and goes above and beyond. My son is thriving here and learns and experiences so much. We sense so lucky to have found it and would suggest it to anyone. I can’t speak highly enough about Norwich Montessori School.

The care and attention that the team gives is outstanding and the manager takes time to explain what my son has been doing each day in the setting. I’ve been truly impressed with the activities, and the life skills my son is discovering will be laying foundations for his future and his education. I couldn’t suggest it highly enough. My son has been going to Norwich Montessori for the last 8 months and I couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre.

The team are so welcoming and make every kid sense at ease, giving such a focused amount of attention to each and every one. The Montessori method suits him perfectly and is helping him develop his thought and skills even more. We can’t speak highly enough about the childcare centre as a whole and would strongly suggest it to any parent wanting the security of knowing their kid is in secure attentive hands, with a focus to help them grow and develop in every aspect themselves. There is a real sense of community amongst the team, kids and parents which just adds to the list of positive attributes this childcare centre provides. We couldn’t be happier with how our son is settling in to childcare centre at the Norwich Montessori.

It is by far one of the best nurseries I have used. The team are welcoming, highly experienced and qualified. Their approach is gentle and kid-centred. My kid loved it here! I adore that they encourage reading by allowing kids to take a book home to share with the family each week, along with letters for I-Spy. This is such a clever way to promote letter recognition (as well as a adore for reading). They involve the kids in snack preparation. And the harvest lunch, where the kids make a soup and bread and invite parents is so special.
I cannot praise Norwich Montesorri school highly enough! They are the real deal, not semi Montesorri, or Montesorri flavoured. Send your kid here and you won’t regret it! Norwich Montesorri is a darling of a childcare centre!

The principal and the other educators are just incredible. The level of care and attention they give the kids is incredible. My son has truly come out of his shell and just grown in self‑assurance so much. I adore that the activities he has access to are enjoyable and exciting but also educational. I would thoroughly suggest the childcare centre school. My son has attended the Norwich Montessori School for the last 18 months.
