October 14, 2024 at 6:28 amThe team are incredible and have helped our daughter develop in many areas. We receive regular updates on her development and wellbeing. The setting is highly calm and all the attending kids appear relaxed and cheerful. I would highly suggest the team and facilities that Rockinghorse offers to anyone who is looking for outstanding childcare for their loved one. Our daughter has attended Rockinghorse Daycare from the age of 6 months old.

They do lots of different activities and learn lots of new things.
The team are highly approachable and consistently cheerful to talk to you with any concerns.

December 31, 2024 at 7:15 pmIt was pretty difficult to leave my daughter full time at 6 months, but they take remarkable care of her. She’s consistently cheerful to arrive at childcare centre and smiling when I pick her up. It’s so nice to get all the info and lovely pictures of her playing and discovering. They’ve also coped highly well with our washable nappies and vegan diet! I’ve been so pleased with Rockinghorse.

January 6, 2025 at 2:06 amOur son has attended Rocking Horse for the past 2 years. He goes 4 days a week and absolutely loves it there. His social skills have come on leaps and bounds as has his general discovering, not to mention they truly helpped us with potty training! A cheerful kid who can’t wait to see his friends, tell the team what he has been up to and tells us what he’s learnt while there. What more could I ask for. A fabulous childcare centre with dedicated team.

January 20, 2025 at 3:39 amThey now attend after school care. I have consistently been exceptionally cheerful with the level of care provided and have recommended it to others.
My kids have been highly cheerful there and I know they are in a secure and secure setting with a diverse range of activities and discovering opportunities available to them.
They also adore the food there!
Team are highly attentive and quite adept at assessing the kids based on the EYFS statutory framework and targeting individual needs. My youngest kid has been going to Rockinghorse since she was one year old and my eldest since she was four.

January 27, 2025 at 3:03 pmEach of them has enjoyed their time at Rockinghorse and the journey has been overwhelmingly positive. Team are inviting and welcoming towards the kids and take time to get to know them, their individual needs and interests. I have found team to be easy to approach and they are great at letting you know how the day has been for your kid.
My youngest son currently attends and consistently looks forward to his ‘Rockinghorse days’. Facilities are great and the outdoor space especially is a lovely area with lots of choice for playtime. Drop off and pick up times are managed smoothly and the kids are immediately made to sense settled and welcome each morning.
I am pleased I chose Rockingham for my first kid 13 years ago and have been more than cheerful to use them for childcare for each of my kids. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any parent. Rockinghorse have looked after all 4 of my kids since my eldest kid was 5 months old (she’s now 13!).

The team are welcoming and consistently maintain excellent relationships with the kids and their parents. Most importantly to us, they adore being there and look forward to going. My kids have been coming to Rockinghorse Daycare since 2012.

April 22, 2025 at 11:17 pmThey are well trained in all statutory requirements and develop each kid at their own rate and our kids have all formed deep attachments to them.
The food is excellent and nutritious. The setting is remarkable with plenty to suit and interest them right up to 11 years old.
Rockinghorse has been part of our family for almost sixteen years and we couldn’t have been happier for the care and adore our kids have received in this time. Our three kids have all been through Rockinghorse, from being 1-year-old babies, right through to after school care at primary school.
The team are all compassionate, nurturing and care about every kid at every stage.
