Busy Bees Norwich Airport

We could not be happier with the service we have had from Busy Bees. Our twin boys started at 10 months old in 2017 and loved the staff. We sadly lost one of our sons in 2019 to SIDS, Busy Bees provided us and our other son with unmeasurable support and our son remains at Busy Bees until he starts school in 2021. They have been key to his development and the survival of our loss as a family. Thank you all. xxx

My son has been attending Busy Bees at Norwich Airport since just after the first lockdown ended and I couldn’t be happier with them – he enjoys going to nursery (mostly), has fostered a few friendships with his peers, his speech and language is excellent and their communication has always been wonderful. They were great at supporting him through potty training and helping him achieve other milestones too. This is compounded by hearing the experience of others at other nurseries, who haven’t had the same positive experience as us.

Fantastic centre with a committed team. So grateful for all of their support during such a challenging time. Both of our children have attended the nursery and have loved going. We couldn’t be happier.

I cannot praise the nursery enough, my baby loves it here. I was so nervous to leave her for the first few times, but she has thrived here, thanks to the wonderful staff and the environment they have created. They truly care for each child and I’d recommend them to anyone. Our daughter leaps out of our arms every day, when she is greeted at the door!

My child has attended Busy Bees since June, and they have grown in confidence so much in such a short time. They now go running in with big smiles on their face, eager to start the day. Seeing this reaction is all the evidence I need that the nursery is five stars.

My son has been at Busy Bees at Norwich airport for almost two years now and we can’t fault them. Every morning we arrive, we are greeted by the management team, with lovely smells coming from the kitchen, preparing the day’s food. There are clear and calm routines every morning and my son feels both cared for and safe with the staff when he waves goodbye. During the day, we get updates on an app with how much he ate and often pictures of what he has been up to. They have a lot of space indoors and a garden area that has been recently re-done. The resources available are brilliant as well. At pickup, we get an update about what he did that day and because I have often seen pictures of what he has been doing – we can have a nice chat about it on the way home.
We have had experience with quite a few other childcare settings as we have an older child as well and Busy Bees is by far, the best.

My son thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery and will I not be looking to change until he moves up to full-time school. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and my son has come on leaps and bounds. He is naturally a very shy boy, but is always very happy to go and loves all his teachers! He has gained a fantastic amount of confidence, so lovely to see!

Having assessed all Nursery options we decided on Norwich Airport, Busy Bees ten months ago and we are delighted that we did. Our daughter really enjoys her time at Nursery and we put this down to a number of factors. Firstly, the staff are fantastic. Their friendliness and attention to detail shine through and we have complete confidence all of our daughter’s needs are catered for by the staff throughout the day. The range of carefully thought out activities delivered by the staff ensure our daughter has fun whilst being educated at the same time and we could not be happier with the role the staff have played in helping our child develop. The facilities themselves are second to none and the garden space is used frequently where possible which is an added bonus on top of the classrooms. The menus are varied and our child eats well at the Nursery, trying different foods all the time. Lastly, the online portal which gives regular and informative updates is well used by staff.

My eldest son has been attending the nursery for two years and has just moved into the preschool room. The change of routine has been a bit daunting for him, but I cannot fault the staff. They have been both caring and patient with him and I know he settles quickly after waving me off, he loves all the activities that they do and comes away excitedly telling us what he has done for the day, who he’s spent the day with and normally gives a rundown of what he’s eaten that day. I can’t thank the staff enough as I feel they’re a big part of why he’s becoming the little independent boy he is. With how pleased we’ve been with our eldest attending, it was a no-brainer in sending our youngest son to them as well, he has recently started in the baby room and has settled quickly with them. The staff again have been so caring and attentive, you can see that they want to see all the children thrive and help guide them along the way. I would highly recommend the setting to other parents.

Our daughter has been here for a year now. The manager and her staff have been very supportive to parents and children. The childcare staff are patient, caring and always looking after not only the safety but also the development of the children.
The app is also a great feature, giving little updates throughout the day or showcasing the achievements of your little one each day.
In summary – great team, great location with great ethics. Happy to highly recommend.
