Spring Nursery Milecross

He has been going since January and absolutely loves it and is consistently so excited to go. I’ve noticed his speech has come on lots since starting and comes home each week discovering something new. All team are super welcoming and welcoming, and truly care about my son when he is in there. I adore seeing daily updates on the app and weekly pictures of what they’ve all been up to. From the moment we viewed the childcare centre, I knew it was the place for my son.

Highly satisfied with the care of the team and management. Expert, highly experienced, polite, and keep us up to date with everything! They have been highly supportive of our son, who is bilingual and had a huge transition (from another country, a new language, and completely different caregivers). He has settled in nicely, has become highly “chatty” in both languages and seems highly secure and cheerful with the team. Thank you! Our son attends the explorer’s room.

Her self‑assurance has grown dramatically since joining, and her speech has shown rapid improvements too. She consistently looks forward to her childcare centre days. The team were outstanding when she first started and continues to be. We were worried about how she’d settle, but after a few settling-in sessions, she was loving it – one lady was incredible at helping her settle – it was a shame she moved rooms as my daughter took a shine to her, but the other team in navigators room have all been outstanding too. The childcare centre app is outstanding and I can check throughout the day what she’s eaten, when she’s had nappy changes etc, and it’s great to see the photos uploaded and the end of each week. Outstanding childcare centre – can’t suggest it enough. Well done, Spring Childcare centre Mile Cross. My three-year-old daughter has been at the childcare centre for almost nine months now.

She goes two days a week, and each and every team member is so compassionate, attentive and understanding.
They’ve done brilliantly to settle my daughter into the childcare centre as quickly as they have.
On collection, all the team are welcoming and have time to chat with me about her day.
The kids consistently have smiles on their faces.
The manager has also been highly supportive with my home life/change of circumstances and has supported me with advice.
My daughter has meals here and has had a variety of meals that I hadn’t even thought about doing at home, which I think is excellent for exploring new foods.
They’ve helped and worked alongside me with toilet training my daughter too.
Overall, a lovely childcare centre, and I am highly grateful to all the team. What a lovely childcare centre, they’ve done brilliantly with my daughter, who’s two.

The team are consistently highly welcoming and approachable and consistently take the time to tell me what he has been up to whilst there. I adore that the childcare centre is kid-led, and they are able to choose what to playtime with. I am overall truly impressed with the care my son receives at Spring. My son has been going to the childcare centre for around 3-months now.

My son has been attending since he was six months old and is now three. Welcoming and expert team with a spotless and inviting setting for the kids. Excellent range of healthy food and snacks provided at mealtimes. They get up to loads of activities, which are geared towards discovering and keeping them entertained. The app is a excellent tool, which is updated frequently, so we are aware of everything our son is getting up to during the day. Exceptional childcare centre.

Great updates with parents, telling us what kids are getting up to each week. Home discovering tasks are provided, and kids get to send in pictures to share their experiences with the class. Healthy meals and snacks are provided daily, and the childcare centre shares how much/little they have eaten, along with naps and accidents, via the app, which is truly supportive. My daughter truly enjoys it and is making outstanding development. Lovely, welcoming team.

The team are so attentive, welcoming and form lovely relationships with the kids. After my eldest left and hearing her talk so fondly of every part of her tike there, it was an easy choice to send my 10-month-old too; she has only recently started and is already so cheerful and settled. It’s lovely to see and certainly helped ease my mind before returning to work. The team truly do go above and beyond all expectations I could not suggest Spring enough.

I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone – everyone is welcoming, involved with the kids and cheerful! My little girl is highly cheerful to go and playtime every day.
