Rookies Day Nursery

My son is very cheerful there. The team are welcoming and attentive. The team have excellent knowledge and are consistently willing to help. My son has formed a genuine bond with his key worker and lots of the adults there. He has made lots of friends there and I am so pleased to see him excited to go to childcare centre. They consistently have a big variety of activities and my son learns so much. I would suggest this childcare centre to everyone. Rookies is a lovely childcare centre.

They have helped so much with his development (especially toilet training when we was struggling). I was impressed when I first saw the building and the journey has lived up to what I saw. The management are so supportive. The extra classes on offered where really great too. The team have been remarkable with my kid.

The team at Rookies Day Childcare centre are so welcoming, welcoming and supportive. The setting looks spotless and appealing. The food seems to be nice and up to standard. My kid is consistently coming home, talking about her educators and what she has done, it seems they do a lot with the kids in the day and I like the fact they implement her routine and encourage health and hygiene (she consistently wants to wash her hands or brush her teeth). I also like the fact they have a big garden and have access to the football pitches, my kid also enjoys her weekly classes. I would differently suggest Rookies Day Childcare centre to a friend. Overall a exceptional childcare centre! My kid started Rookies Day Childcare centre in January and I can tell that she is enjoying her time there.

But following a number of changes in management and team leaving, I’m afraid I found all of the above suffered. The inconsistency with team, low level of teaching and journey had a massive impact on my kid’s development. In the last few months, he was like a different kid. So much so that we had to take him out of the setting. And what a difference we have seen in him since. Best decision we made. When my kid started with Rookies we were so impressed with the level of service, discovering and care he was receiving.

Our little girl really loves it here. The team are really bubbly, welcoming and attentive; they consistently go the extra mile to make sure your kid is cheerful and well cared for. Our little girl has formed a lovely bond with her key worker and other educators in her room. The team really help to encourage your kid to reach milestones when they are ready; they really helped our daughter with discovering to walk, brushing her teeth and toilet training. The team do so many different activities with the kids, and each day they do something new! External companies come in and conduct classes for the kids weekly. Our little girl has formed some lovely little friendships and continues to thrive every day. I would highly suggest Rookies to everyone. Rookies is an incredible childcare centre.

Both my boys have come on so much since starting and the team have been exceptional in keeping us updated on their development as well as asking our input in regards to what we would like them to work on more. All team we have met have been so welcoming and supportive, and our boys adore their key workers which is so lovely to see. We cannot thank the childcare centre enough for all the assistance in settling them both in! We have a kid in both cubs and rangers and could not be happier with the childcare centre.
