February 24, 2016 at 12:00 amWe have been extremely pleased with first Place Radlett. Our daughter has been there for nearly two years and cannot wait to go to nursery in the morning. There is a wide range of activities from circuit computer, dance, drama, forest school, cooking and sports. Our daughter has made some lovely friendships and has total trust and ease with the staff. There is a good balance between fun and exploration and structure preparing for big school. It is very well run and the staff are passionate about the kids and the nursery.

April 29, 2016 at 12:00 amMy daughter attended First Place nursery from May 2013 to August 2015 and my son joined the nursery in September 2015. We are delighted with the nursery setting. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere throughout the nursery. The staff are warm and welcoming and really take the time to get to know the children. My son runs in happily for every session. The food that is provided is of a much higher standard than is offered elsewhere.

April 29, 2016 at 12:00 amFantastic nursery! My daughter absolutely loves first place and is there full time. The staff are extremely professional and I have seen my daughter progress really well both educationally and emotionally. Every day she tells me about the varied and interesting games/activities and they are creating an amazing learning journal with photos, artwork and observations. I could not recommend this nursery enough, I trust them implicitly with my childcare and daughters development. They also offer extra clubs for IT, music, drama and sports which my daughter loves.

October 3, 2017 at 12:00 amMy daughter attended First Place from May 2016 – August 2017.
She settled quickly into the warm nurturing environment that First Place provides.
Educationally she came on leaps and bounds whilst at the nursery. She left being able to recognise all her letters and numbers amongst other things.
Meals are excellent and staff encouraged her to eat a variety of different foods that she wouldn’t try and home.
Staff are all friendly and approachable.
I send my two oldest children here too – all in all, I’d say my children have had seven very happy years at First Place.

February 26, 2018 at 12:00 amSince my son has started first place nurseries he has become more confident. He has grown so much and the nursery have given him a good start from when he goes to school. He loves going into the nursery and I have had to increase his days as he wants to attend more often. They have a fantastic outside play area which means they can still go out outside in the rain which my son loves. They hold forest school trips where the children can go and visit a wooded area and do different activities. They hold different clubs which your children can do such as click it – computer, – drama – sports.

February 27, 2018 at 12:00 amMy Granddaughter has been coming to the nursery for a couple of weeks now and I can already see a huge improvement in her. She is very excited when she arrives at the nursery and the staff always acknowledge her when she walks in. The nursery has amazing facilities including a very large outdoor area, which she loves as she loves being outside.

November 2, 2020 at 12:00 amWe have changed to this nursery in August 2020 and it seems it has been the best decision we have made for our children. Our daughter became more responsible and organized, started tidying up. We are very pleased with the improvement in her behaviour and vocabulary. Our son also started part-time initially and now is on a full-time program, he is very pleased with the activities he does at the nursery. Every morning he takes my hand and shows me the door (he is 1 year old). I like being informed daily about their schedule and the things they learn. The staff is supportive, they show interest in teaching the children and care about their happiness.
Definitely recommend the nursery to my relatives and friends!

November 10, 2020 at 12:00 amMy child has flourished at nursery, her self confidence has grown, her speech has improved she has made some lovely friends and can’t wait to go in the morning, skipping towards the gate. They cater to each individual child’s needs making learning fun and giving her an environment where she feels encouraged and safe. I believe First Place played a big part in my child getting into our chosen school.

September 24, 2021 at 12:00 amExtremely well run and organised nursery. Staff are superb, all of them are well trained and attentive. Our son joined during the lockdown, and we were naturally apprehensive about starting a new nursery. However, we need not have worried. He has been very happy at First Place, and indeed, so have all his classmates. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you, First Place Nursery Radlett.
