Busy Bees Stevenage, Great Ashby

I am so glad that my kids managed to get place in this lovely nursery. From day 1 both came home very happy and over the moon. Such lovely staff and management.

My daughter has attended Busy Bees, Great Ashby, since she was 10 months old, and graduated from pre-school just a few weeks ago. From the baby room to pre-school, in each room she has received the highest level of care and all the support she needs to hit her age-appropriate milestones. The staff are excellent communicators, and there is a constant 2-way ‘conversation’ between parents and key workers that coordinates learning at nursery with activities undertaken at home. My daughter has thrived in this environment; she is curious, kind, has lovely manners and interacts beautifully with other children, setting her up perfectly for reception. Management is accessible, friendly and any issues are dealt with quickly and discreetly. I can jut recommend this setting enough!

My daughter has been going to the nursery for nearly 2 years and absolutely loves it.
She runs in and is excited to see her friends and both my husband and I know she is happy and being well looked after.

An as anxious parent, I cannot fault the care, commitment and dedication to all the carers and management team who supported both my child and myself to adapt to a day nursery setting. Thank you. I would highly recommend the Great Ashby team. My son has developed tremendously since starting.

Our Daughter has attended Busy Bees in Great Ashby since September 2020, she always has a smile on her face when we pick her up and always is excited to go.
We can’t speak highly enough of the staff there, they are always easy to contact, give advice when needed and have gone above and beyond to enhance our daughters learning experience at every opportunity, whilst giving us constant feedback on her progress both in person and through the app that they use.
We visited a few nurseries when contemplating where to send our daughter and we were both impressed by the welcoming and knowledgeable output of the staff that our experience since our daughter has been going there has only reconfirmed we have made the right choice.
Can’t complement Busy Bees, Great Ashby, enough and we recommended wholeheartedly sending any child there from the experience we have had.

I have the utmost respect for every staff member at the nursery. My child has blossomed and grown so much; her speech has come on leaps and bounds, she is more confident socialising and has learned so much with her time at the nursery.
I love the structure they have in place for learning and child development. We’ve never had an issue with cleanliness and we have always been impressed by the nursery’s professionalism.
When I have another child I hope to put them in the same nursery.

My son has been attending busy bees since January 2022, and enjoys his days at ‘big school’. My son loves coming to busy bees, exploring, playing outside, and learning. His speech and vocabulary has expanded enormously while becoming confident in identifying his colours, animals, and bugs. He has built up a great relationship with his key workers and made friends. He is happy to come every day and talks fondly of school. Regular photos and daily updates mean I still feel a part of his daily activities when working, knowing he is happy and safe. Activities are fun and interesting for the children and the key workers incorporate new experiences; such as a trip to the dentist, into fun learning before appointments. I highly recommend busy bees, my son is happy while attending and I feel at ease knowing this. He also loves the food, a varied and fun menu daily. Thank you busy bees.

My son loves Busy Bees and his development has really been evident by his attendance. He’s always chatting about his activities and we’re always surprised to hear how much he’s been up to! The staff are always respectful of our choices and always check on things such as potty training, etc too, which really helps with consistency. They are really supportive and he loves them! Thank you so much to all of the staff who make his days such fun, in a safe and encouraging environment!

My daughter loves nursery and it’s all down to the amazing staff at Busy Bees Great Ashby! I would recommend anyone send their child here. My daughter is kept active and engaged all day and I’ve never had a day when she has said she doesn’t want to go.

Great Ashby, Busy Bees have been the best nursery for my child.
They all go above and beyond what I would expect a nursery to do.
The handover I receive when picking up my child are always full of information. They tell me everything my child has done. One staff member in the bumble room has been over-exceptional with my child, helping her with moving on to school. Teaching her letters, numbers, colours, but always in such a fun and new way of doing things. I have even stolen a couple of his ideas that I now do at home with my child.
The staff are all really friendly and welcoming.
The management are amazing, so supportive and friendly.
The food is so nutritional and tasty, I have cooked a few of the recipes.
As a whole nursery, I would recommend Great Ashby Nursery to anyone in a heartbeat. My child has made some great skills by being there.
