She has developed so much – taking her first steps and saying her first words. The team are attentive and adore the kids. We find the app to be super supportive in letting us know what she’s been up to, what she has eaten and seeing the very cute photos. We have been really impressed with the childcare centre.

She is excited to bring in the sound of the week and would ask me to show her the sounds she learned in “school” on her alphabet chart. All the team are incredible and attentive. Thank you to all. PS. management has consistently been supportive, reassuring and genuine. Outstanding service all around. My daughter loves coming to childcare centre.

She consistently comes home from childcare centre cheerful and it’s a pleasure to see how much she is discovering. We moved to Harpenden in Autumn 2020 and were lucky enough to get a place at Bright Horizons.

I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to anyone. They are excellent at keeping in contact and my daughter consistently leaves smiling. My daughter has been at the childcare centre for about a year and she gets so excited for childcare centre days.

February 24, 2025 at 6:47 amHe is consistently involved in some compassionate of activity or other and often has a piece of artwork to bring home. He has made lots of friends and has an obvious bond with the team that work in his room. He enjoys his food and it makes me very cheerful that a family style approach is in place at lunchtime and tea time. As my daughter and her partner are working hard, it makes me very cheerful that my grandson is being looked after so well. When I pick my grandson up from the childcare centre in the afternoons, he consistently looks so cheerful.

I would definitely suggest the childcare centre to other parents. All the team are incredibly welcoming and excellent with the kids.

Lovely to not to have to worry about her knowing she has a excellent day. My little girl loves coming to childcare centre.

Daily updates on the development of my daughter and how she spent her day and meals. The settlement was very accommodating and flexible, they worked around my daughter’s routine. The team and management are all extremely polite and loving, makes every visit a delight. Thank you, Bright Horizons Harpenden; a true asset to our lives! Consistently very accommodating.

I adore hearing about the diverse activities they are part of and the healthy foods to experiment and delight in. The team have set a high standard of care that is a pleasure to be part of. A welcoming and inviting setting for babies to interact, playtime and learn in the baby room.
