May 29, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son loves coming here. He is so excited every morning when we arrive. His progress has been fantastic and he is gaining more confidence. The parent’s room is a lovely touch and can make all the difference on a hectic morning. The staff are always so friendly polite and happy. It was definitely the right decision to send my son here and I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

May 29, 2019 at 12:00 amWe have only been at the nursery since February 2019 where our twins started in the Starfish room.
We were offered a stay and play before we began our settling in sessions and straight away they made us feel at ease about leaving our precious girls.
Leaving the girls at first was really hard but we trusted the girls would update us and keep us informed on the girls’ progress and they kept their word.
We are due to be moving up to the next room next month and have every faith the transition will go smoothly and we have already been given the girls keyworkers who have already spoken to us.
We are very happy at the nursery and would recommend it to anyone.

The range of food looks great and care is taken to ensure that a range of activities are on offer every day. Everyone has worked hard to form a bond with our daughter and she is smiley, eating well, napping well and seems very settled. We feel reassured that she is receiving not only fantastic care but that she is really enjoying her days at nursery.

She has thrived at the nursery from her social skills to her varied diet and most recently potty training. All the staff are incredibly friendly with the children and parents. I never have a concern taking my daughter into nursery. I have recently had another baby and the support from the manager has been amazing; so helpful and supportive, which in the early days is so important. A big thank you from me to all the staff.

March 19, 2021 at 12:00 amOur daughter is very happy at Busy Bees. She talks about the staff and her keyworker and is excited to go to the nursery. She never looks back when we drop her in the mornings. Her confidence has grown since day one and her communication skills have flourished. We would definitely recommend it.

He enjoys going in for his three days and always leaves happy and chatting about his day on the way home. They take time to get to know your child, really care about what they achieve and inform you of any concerns they have had during the day. Highly recommend the nursery and both our children have loved their time here.

May 26, 2022 at 12:00 amBoth our children attend the Letchworth Busy Bees Nursery and love it there. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the children. The management staff is involved and very approachable. Both my children are happy to go to nursery in the mornings. They have both built strong, meaningful relationships with their key workers as well as with the other staff members they see regularly. My eldest always comes home singing a new song, telling me about some facts he has learnt on the day, or what he played, with his friends. My youngest is taking part in a wide range of activities that I wouldn’t be able to provide at home and discovers new interests. Finally, the nursery staff and management team have always listened to us and tried to accommodate our needs when possible. We would thoroughly recommend this nursery.

August 19, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter attends Busy Bees Letchworth and she is very happy! The staff are enthusiastic, kind, friendly and very caring. She has built wonderful relationships with her key worker and the other staff who understand her needs and genuinely care about her well being and growth. Our daughter loves to tell us about the things she has done at nursery during the day and the children always seem to be engaging in a new fun activity! Management takes a very active role, are always there to greet you and are happy to help with any queries you may have. I would highly recommend this nursery!

June 27, 2023 at 12:00 amOur son has attended Busy Bees in Letchworth since he was 9 months old and has recently turned 4. He is extremely happy there. The centre director and the team are all very lovely and friendly. Our son has always got on well with each of his care workers throughout the years. Now in preschool there, they have prepared him well for school. He will be sad to leave when he graduates this summer. Our youngest son will start there in October this year.

The standards of care and learning through play are excellent.
The nursery is always clean and the toys/resources are in good condition. Great variety of activities and crafts.
Food options are good, with an excellent awareness/understanding of allergies in children.

June 27, 2023 at 12:00 amThe Busy Bees, Letchworth team provide excellent care and stimulation for my little one. She is very happy and so are we. She does lots of activities throughout the day to grow and learn and enjoys interacting with the other children and staff.

She eats and naps well there. Management staff are great – really involved and know our child well. We’ve had no problems whatsoever, and are really happy with our choice of nursery.

June 27, 2023 at 12:00 amBoth of my children attend Busy Bees and absolutely love it. They have made great connections with their key workers and other staff members. The staff in the rooms know the children really well and plan a range of fantastic activities every day. The meals are nutritious and enjoyed by both of my children. As well as really enjoying his time there, my son has made great progress with his literacy and numeracy. We are always greeted warmly by senior staff as well as the room staff. Staff at all levels are helpful. I would highly recommend this nursery and I’m so pleased my children are there.

The management is fantastic and all staff we’ve come across are so kind, caring and interested in the children and their wellbeing and happiness. My son loves going to nursery here and has built lovely bonds with both key workers he’s had to date. He learns a lot at nursery and happily tells us at home about his days there. I can’t say enough positive things really. Our experience of this nursery has been wonderful.

July 13, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter loves Busy Bees, Letchworth, she is always happy to be there with a big smile on her face. We can see from the photos and regular updates that she enjoys the variety of activities, different textures to explore and playing outside. She has developed so much and we appreciate the personal approach. Her key person knows her really well, the other staff in the room are friendly and caring, it is a very positive environment overall. The manager, is pleasant, approachable and really hands-on. The food menu is great too! We are really happy with our choice.

July 13, 2023 at 12:00 amBusy Bees in Letchworth is a great nursery. My oldest son attended it all the way from a baby until school and now my youngest is going to the nursery as well.
The staff really care for the children and I love hearing the personal stories at pick-up time to what they have been up to.
The activities are very creative and the children learn while playing.
I love that every room is connected to the outside and that the children can spend a lot of time there.
The manager is very approachable and usually available.
The opening hours and close location to the station are very convenient.
I would really recommend this nursery, but really the staff are who make this such a lovely, caring place.

July 18, 2023 at 12:00 amMy little boy started at Busy Bees, Letchworth in January this year and we are absolutely thrilled with the nursery and all the wonderful staff. They keep us updated all day with the activities and he often comes home with lots of art and craft work. The staff are incredible. The centre director and senior early years educator are just wonderful and so welcoming and a particular shout out to the ladies in his class. I know they really care about my son and they celebrate all his milestones with us. I cannot recommend this nursery enough! Just a wonderful and truly caring nursery.
