They have exceptional and imaginative activities for the kids that are educational and enjoyable. My son loves his childcare centre and it’s all down to the fantastic and attentive team. Thank you. Busy Bees Childcare centre in Welwyn Garden City have been absolutely remarkable with the care of my son.

Before this she had barely been with anyone apart from me and her dad due to Covid. I was really nervous about returning to work and her starting childcare centre.
It’s now December 2020 and I am so thrilled with how well she has settled. The team there show so much care and attention. We get daily updates on the ParentZone app. She is generally so much more confident around strangers and her sleeping and eating have improved.
The team also have a rigorous approach to Covid, taking temperatures on entry and only allowing one family into the lobby at once.
Thank you so much to everyone at Busy Bees, you are all total superstars and such an important part of our lives. Our daughter started at Busy Bees in October 2020, when she was 11 months.

I get daily updates on what she eats as well as pictures of what she’s done that day which I adore. An absolutely remarkable childcare centre, with compassionate team and full of excellent activities for my daughter to get involved in, as well as help her develop and learn. My daughter has settled into the childcare centre so quickly and not surprisingly as the team are so lovely.

It’s incredible how the office team recognise and remember all the parents and kids’s names, which I have observed at pickups. It’s that personal touch that made me sense welcome from the start. The settling in sessions offered has made a difference, for both my kid and me. They have given me a excellent start and the key worker is so attentive and really knows my kid well. I am so cheerful with this provision and definitely suggest it. The team have been really supportive at offering extra advice regarding childcare funding options and answering my questions about their centre processes.

Kids have a varied and exciting time at Busy Bees Welwyn Garden City which really helps them develop, with enjoyable themed weeks often around Calendar events, we have seen our son really develop well over the years that he has been there. We also adore the well thought out meal plans which are all nutritionally balanced for their needs. Excellent childcare centre with really attentive team.

Our daughter continues to grow so much from attending. She’s so confident socially and loves discovering new things. It feels like her language acquisition gets better every day! You can really see the difference between her and her friends who don’t go to childcare centre – she shares, is empathetic and even is great at tidying up! We adore all the activities she gets to take part in and she clearly loves her carers.
The food she eats is healthy and varied (and she eats a lot more adventurously than at home!)
The team are also excellent at communicating with parents – the app is fantastic and we get to have a excellent summary of the day when we pick our daughter up. Would 100% suggest to anyone. We couldn’t be happier with sending our daughter to Busy Bees Welwyn Garden City Day Childcare centre.

We have been delighted by the adore and assistance they have given him, and us as parents. The team are remarkable and has helped our son grow and develop so much. He happily walks into the childcare centre every day and comes out with a smile on his face. The activities are great and our son seems to delight in them. The app updates are a bonus and certainly, when he started they were a real reassurance. We’d highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone. They keep us well informed, involved and listen to the parent’s really well. We use reusable nappies and they didn’t bat an eyelid, they were cheerful to use them and we’ve not had any problems with them. They are also really understanding at times when you need to be that Mum and phone them for reassurance about your kid, such as when they’re settling into a new room or have been poorly. My little girl is really cheerful there and the carers have formed excellent little bonds with her. They also managed to get her to sleep on the very first day when she’d refused to do anything but contact nap for me. They are compassionate and responsive about sleep in particular. Really cheerful with our choice and compassionate of jealous of the lunch menu! An absolutely lovely childcare centre that is really kid-focused.

We found that the managers and the team have been very welcoming and welcoming, and are willing to help address any concerns which you may have. Throughout the pandemic and beyond we have been kept informed of any changes which are happening at the childcare centre, which has helped us as parents sense at ease. This may be the temperature checks at drop off, regularly Covid-19 testing and informing of any cases they may have within the centre, which has been excellent for a worried family. Over the last few years due to the pandemic, parents are no longer allowed into the rooms to drop off or collect, however all meals and activities are updated on the app. If you need to speak with a key worker then they are available via email or phone which is very supportive. Range of activities are planned and they have lots of enjoyable. This is one of the pricier nurseries but would definitely suggest it to others. Both of my kids attended this childcare centre, although one has now left and I couldn’t be happier with it.

At the weekends he looks quite annoyed when he has to stay home with us! He is consistently so cheerful going in and barely looks back to say bye. My son has been going to Busy Bees since June 2021 and absolutely loves it there.
