Rowan Tree Day Nursery (Welwyn Garden City)

Rowan Tree provided an incredible setting for our daughter to learn and grow into a confident little girl. At home time she was so cheerful and excited to tell us about the activities she had done with her friends and the childcare centre team that day!

The childcare centre team and management were consistently so supportive and approachable from day one. And when we were relocating out of the area, the childcare centre management were really understanding and flexible which made the whole journey stress-free. Even after our daughter’s last day at Rowan Tree, the childcare centre team went above and beyond to help us. We can’t thank the Rowan Tree team enough!

Also, the precautions taken by Rowan Tree throughout the Covid-19 pandemic to keep the team and kids secure made us reassured and confident in sending our daughter to childcare centre. We would not hesitate to suggest Rowan Tree. Our daughter absolutely loved her time at Rowan Tree.

Consistently welcoming and nice to have welcoming chats. They sense like family, and the service provided to my daughter is exceptional. The team spend one-to-one time with her; they are very dedicated to my daughter’s needs, even when she needs comfort after morning drop-offs. My daughter has learned new things and starting to become more independent through the activities. This is definitely the best childcare centre and is home-welcoming and very spotless. I would highly suggest Rowan Tree; the team are exceptional.

My little boy graduated from the preschool room last summer and my little girl now attends the ladybirds room, so I have experienced all the different rooms and team teams. The facilities are exceptional, the kids spend lots of time outdoors and the team really care about their development. My daughter has food allergies and the team have been remarkable in making sure she has excellent meals, special milk and consistently go above and beyond to make her sense included at meal times. Above all, the management and all the room team are remarkable, they are all so supportive, welcoming and I know they genuinely care about the kids. We have been very cheerful with our journey of Rowan Tree Day Childcare centre (Welwyn Garden City) and will be sad to leave when the time comes. I highly suggest Rowan Tree Day Childcare centre (Welwyn Garden City).

Our son has been there since he was 11-months and they have supported him and us as a family all the way through some very challenging times that Covid presented. Everyone we have interacted with has been inviting, expert and truly cares about doing the best they can. Our son is flourishing and we could not have done it without you. We cannot rate Rowan Tree Day Childcare centre highly enough.

The team are lovely and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and you can really sense that in the calming atmosphere the childcare centre has. This made settling in much easier for my son and for me! He settled in really well and it was reassuring that I could call to check on him if I need to, without feeling like I was being a nuisance.
There is a real community sense at Rowan Tree which I believe the kids pick up and sense reassured by. My son gets so many opportunities that some nurseries do not provide, such as photos, a summer fête, and book swaps.
Updates is outstanding, response times are quick, so help is consistently on hand if I have any questions.
Feedback on my son’s day, and his development, has been excellent. I get lots of insight into what he has been doing day to day and also what milestones/discovering objectives there are for the month.
I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest Rowan Tree to anyone looking for a childcare centre. I am so cheerful with Rowan Tree Day Childcare centre and couldn’t fault it.

The team are like one big family, and the attention to detail, what they teach and the enjoyable my son has is just fantastic. It’s a big step to start childcare centre with your first kid, and Rowan has done such a excellent job at initiating the both of us! Would highly suggest and our son absolutely loves it. We absolutely adore Rowan Tree and sense so lucky to have secured a place for our son since January.

I looked at many nurseries but Rowan Tree stood out head and shoulders above the rest. The childcare centre and team are first class and the adore and care they give my little rascals is second to none. My kids adore going to childcare centre and I sense 100% confident that they are secure and extremely well looked after. Updates is outstanding and the team can’t do enough for the kids or the parents. The team are like my kids’s extended family, they all adore each other. Our daughter was instantly at ease and off exploring old computer equipment with a screwdriver which is an activity set up in the preschool. The team were expert, compassionate, clear and the kids were all off enjoying themselves and interacting with the team confidently. We now have both daughters at the childcare centre and as they have aged over the last fifteen months we have had journey of every room within it. I suggest Rowan Tree Day Childcare centre (Welwyn Garden City) without hesitation. Without exception, every member of the team we have met has shown a keen interest in our kids, delighted in their development and supported us through their challenges. Throughout the pandemic we have never had to wonder ‘what next’ or ‘what are they doing about?’ The updates from the childcare centre manager and office team has been exemplary. When our eldest is having a hard time separating from me, the team have been sympathetic, compassionate and full of ideas to help! Rowan Tree Day Childcare centre (Welwyn Garden City) is the best! My son has learned so much in the nine months he has been here and has an outstanding relationship with all the practitioners in the room. My son can put two words together at 17-months, is babbling/talking all the time, is very confident and has the most fantastic relationship with two members of team, one of which is a remarkable apprentice. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough as they have listened to every concern and need we have presented them and the updates between parent and practitioner has been everything we could have asked for. I cannot wait to see how my son progresses in the future and with his move to Ladybirds in September, we are very excited for the new discovering that will take place. My son started the childcare centre when he was 8-months-old.

The team in her room are all incredible with her – welcoming, and attentive and they are consistently engaged, asking how she is at drop off and let us know how she’s got on each day at pick up. The management team are all excellent, running an effective childcare centre and keeping parents regularly updated. I consistently sense confident that my kid is being well cared for and enjoying her time at Rowantree. My kid joined Rowantree in September and settled in really quickly.
