Outstanding updates for us as deaf parents using the app messages system, updating us of his development, tailored to his specific development needs. Recently, supporting my son’s needs for target development. Referral to Speech and Language Therapist too. Whenever he’s upset, they consistently give him cuddles for comfort which is important for him and his needs. I can honestly say these team are incredible, despite going through tough times last year and kept their level of care up to the highest standards. Policies are consistently being reviewed on a regular basis. Being a critical Keyworker myself, I have every self‑assurance in leaving my son in their care. My son attended this childcare centre just before the second lockdown, naturally, his social development was vastly affected by the first lockdown, however, the childcare centre welcomed him and picked up on his needs.

They do so many activities with the kids, her speaking has come on so much since being at the childcare centre. The team are nothing but compassionate, supportive, very expert and really understanding. My daughter loves coming to childcare centre, we will definitely be sending our second kid here. My daughter started in September and we have been nothing but pleased with the whole journey.

She is 2 and is able to count and say the alphabet! She loves the team and is consistently talking about them at home. The childcare centre team are super welcoming and welcoming and the management are excellent. As a parent I have had no issues with the care my kid receives and any queries I have are consistently accommodated provided there is resource. The weekly activities look like so much enjoyable and you can tell that a lot of thought and effort has gone into planning them. I would suggest this childcare centre to all! My little girl loves attending childcare centre she has learned so much.

She absolutely loves going to childcare centre there. They do daily activities and different themes each month. All of the team are so lovely and attentive, nothing is too big or too small for them. The updates we receive from the childcare centre is above and beyond. The childcare centre uses an app to track little one’s food, sleep, nappies and observations, you can also add your own observations, so everything is in one place and can be accessed at any time. All food is freshly prepared on-site and the menu is distributed weekly so you know exactly what little one is eating. The childcare centre has open space playtime areas for the kids and they regularly go on walks. What more could you ask for! Our daughter started at The House That Jack Built Childcare centre in May 2022 and she has come along leaps and bounds since being there.

She has a excellent time with her friends and learns lots. The kids have a wide variety of toys to playtime with and go for lots of walks. They also have the garden room to playtime in.
There is a great continuity of team, most of the team have been there for years. My daughter has been going to the childcare centre for two years now and has consistently been cheerful there. My daughter loves going to the childcare centre.

Our little one absolutely loves going to the childcare centre every day. The facilities and range of activities provided for the kids are way beyond what we’ve experienced at other nurseries. The development we’ve seen our little one make over the past year has been exceptional and he loves showing us what he has learned every day. The updates between the team and parents is excellent, we consistently know what our little one has done every day and what’s going on generally at the childcare centre. Where we’ve had a couple of issues and raised them with management, they have responded quickly and comprehensively and followed through on what they say they’ll due to address it, meaning we have self‑assurance in them to safely care for our kid. You can tell the team genuinely care for the kids and are ever so patient and compassionate. We highly suggest this childcare centre! We’ve been at this childcare centre for just over a year now and I can honestly say we have had a fantastic journey here!

Both boys get so excited when they know it’s a childcare centre day and this is thanks to an incredible set-up, a structured and enjoyable-filled day, delicious meals and the attention and care the educators provide.
We are informed of everything they do throughout their day through an app and if ever I contact the childcare centre with a specific request, it’s dealt with, with no issues.

The team show care and concern, keeping you updated every step of the way, which is greatly appreciated – especially in those early days! They provide a nurturing setting that has helped my son thrive. High updates on daily development and activities really helps us to continue discovering at home with key skills. The care and attention given to my son by all of the team at The House that Jack Built is remarkable.

The educational and discovering resources provided are exceptional and I know my kid is in the best of hands. We have previously had settling issues with lots of tears, however, since our daughter’s first visit to this childcare centre last week, she has not shed one tear! We are so relieved and at peace knowing that our daughter is cheerful here and we would 110% suggest this childcare centre to everyone! We cannot wait for our younger daughter to start in a few months! This childcare centre does not have a garden, however, an indoor garden room has been created which I find incredible as it’s utilised more with the likes of UK weather and kids are taken for daily walks which in my opinion is more beneficial for kid development. Thank you to everyone for your continued hard work and dedication. Our daughter moved from a different childcare centre to The House That Jack Built Childcare centre, Hemel and we are truly astounded by the hard work of the team behind the refurbishment of this childcare centre; the before and after photos speak for themselves!

She consistently tells me she loves the team. I am cheerful she’s doing well and she is discovering new things every day! Cheerful kid, cheerful parents! I definitely suggest it! My daughter really enjoys going to the childcare centre.

We adore sending our daughter to this childcare centre and she absolutely loves going there too. The team spend so much time planning activities that are enjoyable for the little ones but also aimed at developing their skills. The team are all welcoming and welcoming and go out of their way to make the little ones sense comfortable. We couldn’t ask for any more from this incredible team.

Their welcoming nature, commitment and professionalism are shown in everything they do. From the first thing in the morning when our kid waits patiently on her daily adventures to pick up time, you know she had a excellent day. We have daily updates on what she is doing and we know we can approach any member of team if there is a query. It’s easy to see why this is the best childcare centre because just standing in the queue waiting, every kid comes out full of joy. After a excellent journey with our first kid, we could not think of a better place to send our second kid.
