Little Jimmy's Pre-school

He now goes in with a huge smile and consistently comes out cheerful. My son has been attending here since April 2023.
He wasn’t settling in very well but team helped and tried a few different strategies until we found one that worked for him.

We are both really sad to be leaving this setting to move on to primary school. The team were consistently very attentive and welcoming. Anyone who gets my son’s key worker as a key worker will be very lucky. My son has had a very enjoyable two years at Little Jimmy’s.

Certainly suggest to anyone looking for somewhere to place their kid. Community-minded and family-focused. Not coming at you with a business mindset like a lot of commercial nurseries.
Whilst they very much take policies and procedures seriously, there is a laidback vibe here that tells you as the parent that all is in hand.
Lots of themed activities and discovering as well as celebration events. Including cultural events as well as British heritage events such as remembrance days and jubilees/coronations.
The summer and Christmas fetes are consistently well-supported and popular, which speaks volumes for how well-connected the parents are.
During the lockdown my son enjoyed the online interaction each week with the stories and songs. Very nice of them to keep in touch and not just close the doors waiting for the Covid-storm to pass.
I have recommended to many families in the area. What an incredible childcare centre.

They are consistently expert, but still inviting and nurturing. They truly care about the kids and assistance their needs.
Both of my kids started shortly after turning two, due to my husband and I working.
They were so supportive of our kids and were there for important milestones such as toilet training.
Both of our kids thrived whilst in their care. They really do sense like part of the family.
All of the team are truly invested in the kids. They have lots of resources, exciting activities set up every session and two lovely outdoor areas.
I honestly cannot give them enough praise for all of their assistance. I am truly sad that my last baby is leaving them, however, they have helped so much with his transition into infant school.
My husband and I will be forever grateful to them all. My daughter attended Little Jimmy’s for almost three years and my son is about to leave them to attend school.

Safety is consistently a priority, and they did not disappoint in this regard. The premises were secured, and the team maintained a strict supervision protocol. It was evident that the kids’s well-being was paramount, giving parents peace of mind.

The first thing that caught my attention was the welcoming and approachable team.

She has severe eczema and food allergies and the team have gone above and beyond to make sure she is Never left out and went through a thorough health plan with us too.
She’s learnt so much, zipping up her own coat, writing and drawing words and pictures that we’ve been so impressed by. We’ve recommended this childcare centre to so many people and we know how much a review can encourage people to have a look around, as this is how we found the childcare centre in the first place. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first year of preschool. We will forever be grateful for how included my daughter has been at Little Jimmy’s.

The team and management are welcoming and approachable and if help is needed then they are there. I’ve never had a negative journey with the setting or team. Both of my daughters enjoyed it. I have had two kids within the Little Jimmy’s setting, one graduating in 2021 and one in 2023, throughout their time at the setting they enjoyed it and built incredible bonds with team and other pupils alongside benefitting from a positive education which helped massively with their social skills.

The team are incredible he’s consistently cheerful when he goes in and when he comes out. The manager and administrator and the team are doing a fantastic job at that childcare centre. So cheerful son equals one cheerful mummy. My son who is 2 years old loves this childcare centre and so do I, he’s come a long way since being there he loves going in every day to see his friends and playtime.

My boy been going to this childcare centre since end of last year and this childcare centre has been incredible, my son has autism and wasn’t getting on so well but since going to this childcare centre he’s getting on just fine discovering new things every day, I am shocked with what he has learned and can’t thank this childcare centre enough to pull him through and assistance not just him but me with his autism, a big shout out to all the incredible team at Little Jimmy’s for making my little boy into such a young man, thank you all we will miss you when he leaves on Friday!
