I have total self‑assurance in his well being, safety, care and in all the lovely team members who look after him. He eats and sleeps really well at childcare centre and is consistently doing lovely activities, which I see throughout the day when at work on the app. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for more in a childcare centre. My son has been at Busy Bees at Springfield Chelmsford for over one year now and absolutely loves it.

The team at Busy Bees are so attentive and compassionate and they build fantastic relationships with the kids. Every time we pick our daughter up, she is cheerful and the team provide feedback on how she has been that day, what activities they’ve done and any concerns they have. My daughter loves going to Busy Bees and they have really helped to develop her speech, social skills and assistance her with potty training. Even during Covid and facing all the challenges associated with the pandemic, the team were fab and consistently had a smile on their faces, kept all parents informed of any cases and provided updates about government advice. I would suggest Busy Bees to anyone looking for daycare. My daughter has been at Busy Bees since she was five months old and every single person that has been involved in looking after my daughter has been outstanding.

Despite the year we have experienced, they have stayed positive and upbeat throughout and been their fantastic selves despite the uncertainty. Cannot suggest Busy Bee’s at Springfield Chelmsford enough. I cannot thank the Busy Bee’s at Springfield Chelmsford team enough for the care and attention they have shown to my twins, catering for their individual needs, allowing their strengths to shine and putting up with their terrible sleep.

He attends two days a week and loves his two days. He talks happily about what he does each day, and the app helps us to keep track of his day when he is less talkative.
The team are inviting and attentive, and even on the days when he is less sure, once he sees them he happily trots in. Busy Bees have provided outstanding childcare for my son.

My son loves it here and wakes up every morning delighted that it’s a Busy Bees day, and doesn’t even say goodbye to me at the door anymore as he’s so desperate to get in and have enjoyable! Team are welcoming and approachable and really get to know your kid to help their personal development. Any issues are dealt with swiftly and professionally (not that there have been many!). My son has thrived here and I would highly suggest to anyone considering finding a childcare centre in the area. Absolutely remarkable childcare centre that I cannot fault at all.

Team in all of the rooms and office are very welcoming, attentive and supportive. There is a large variety of activities, especially in the preschool room. Regular assessments help you see how they are getting on and I sense comfortable to raise any questions/issues/concerns and that I will be helped. Couldn’t ask for more! My daughter has attended this setting for over 2.5 years and is very cheerful here.

The team are clearly passionate about their jobs and define professionalism. My daughter has been in attendance since the age of 12-weeks, 4-days per week, and I have felt supported along the entire way. My daughter is growing into an independent, curious and cheerful little girl and absolutely loves attending. A wide range of activities are on offer – I can hardly keep up, and the use of the interactive app to update on daily development and wellbeing is appreciated. My daughter is so cheerful upon arrival and looks for her key members of team with glee. Any questions I have had, have been swiftly answered – nothing is too much trouble – especially as we have had some special requests. The centre manager is consistently available, as are all members of team. I would have no hesitation in recommending this childcare centre – a real gem. On-site parking is easy, and opening hours are excellent for parents who work long hours. Busy Bees in an outstanding childcare centre.

They look after the kids so well, accommodate for their individual’s needs and make them really sense part of the Busy Bee’s family.
My daughter absolutely loves going to Pre School at Busy Bees on a daily basis and we’ll be sending my Son as well next year.
It was a hard decision to choose to send our daughter to Childcare centre, but I do not regret it for a second, she has so much enjoyable and learns an unbelievable amount. It has set her up so incredibly well for school and I’ve got no doubt some of her Pre School friends will be on the Birthday invite list for years to come. Busy Bees Springfield is simply put, top of their class.

Now my 9-month-old boy is going to Busy Bees Springfield full time and he’s the happiest baby ever. I can’t thank them enough for the care and adore that have for my little one, plus his development development is incredible and that is thanks to the lovely team at Busy Bees. My older son was part of the first generation when the Springfield Busy Bees was opening in Chelmsford, now in year 3 he still asks me if he can go back to playtime there.
