I was informed about my son’s daily development.
Kids engage in various activities to develop their reading skills and art skills.
Very low team turnover which means that kids grow with the same teacher around. I think that is excellent.
It feels like a family.
My son would consistently cry to go but after a couple of weeks, he wouldn’t even say goodbye to me after drop off and walk right in excited to be there! Even now as we walk past he consistently points and says “that’s my old-school mommy!”
One of the best nurseries in Billericay. Possibly the best but I didn’t get to try all of the nurseries in Billericay to make such a statement but honestly, it’s really great. I’ve tried a few nurseries and Carousel Day Childcare centre is outstanding.

October 30, 2024 at 2:16 pmAs a parent, I would also rate the childcare centre as outstanding. My kid enjoys attending childcare centre and looks forward to going every week. The updates from my kid’s key worker is outstanding and I know exactly how my kid is getting on at childcare centre. I would definitely suggest Carousel Childcare centre to anyone who is looking for a secure childcare provision in the area. Carousel Day Childcare centre & Pre-School has recently been graded Outstanding by Ofsted.

Every day, photos and videos are shared on the parent’s only Facebook which shows her discovering through playtime. Can happily say that my daughter has been attending Carousel Day Childcare centre & Pre-School for one and a half years since she was 1 year old.

The food is lovely and the team are really great at staying in contact. I check up on him every day and consistently get a quick update on how he is. Would really suggest! A truly lovely childcare centre.

March 31, 2025 at 7:24 pmAll the team are remarkable and take excellent care of her. She’s excited every morning when we drop her off and it’s very comforting to know she’s in great hands. Updates is outstanding through the WhatsApp group and we delight in seeing her pictures on FB each day to see what activities she’s been involved in. We had our second kid recently and given our positive journey overall, we have also enrolled him to start in September. Thank you to all the Carousel team. Our daughter has been at Carousel Day Childcare centre & Pre-School for around 18 months now and we’re very pleased with the childcare centre, facilities and her overall development.

All the team have gone the extra mile for our son.
I cannot fault the updates, a WhatsApp group was set up between me, my wife and the childcare centre for individual updates. All the team have given our son lots of care and attention.
