Kindred Mayflower Nursery & Pre-school

My nearly four year old daughter has loved each day of the childcare centre since she started last August. She loves the team and the hugs she gets from them. She loves the huge outdoor playtime area and is encouraged to make friends. The best thing about the childcare centre is the consistently smiling, inviting and compassionate team. They look after the kids’s well being and are excellent in observing and communicating how the kid’s day was. I highly suggest this childcare centre if you are looking for a space. Incredible childcare centre and very welcoming welcoming team.

I sense cheerful knowing my kid has a lovely day down to the warmness of the team.
The team will personally tell you what your kid has done that day, and when they mention things my kid has said or done that day or their little quirks or funny things they say, it’s reassuring that they really know my kid!
My son also loves all the home-cooked food and snacks and is consistently asking for seconds!

The new manager at Mayflower has really upped Kindred’s game and taken the childcare centre from excellent to remarkable. My son can be a very emotional little boy but has settled in so well and literally runs into his classroom every morning that he attends. Excellent menu, they cater to allergies and intolerances well (our son is intolerant to dairy), and the kids are well-fed and encouraged to try new things each week.
As a first-time mum, I was so apprehensive about the childcare centre but Kindred has given me so much peace of mind and I truly sense like the team gives the utmost care to all the littles. My son learned to walk, talk, count and sing all in the last year and I believe that the team at Kindred have been the motivation behind that. Special mention to five particular members of team (though all team have been excellent!) my son adores them! Highly suggest it, incredible ladies! Incredible childcare centre!

We chose this childcare centre after finding our initial childcare centre choice unsatisfactory during the settling period. The team here were so reassuring and compassionate and helped our son sense relaxed and secure from day 1 – they kept us up to date with pictures and a daily schedule on the parent app (excellent for peace of mind). Everyone made the effort to learn his name, even the office team, it’s a lovely welcoming community here. The facilities are excellent – big, spotless rooms with loads of toys, lovey garden spaces (the babies get taken outdoors frequently), delicious healthy homecooked food, a separate baby sleep room and a rota of enjoyable activities – all alongside remarkable care and excellent updates. We all adore Kindred. Our son joined the baby room in January 2023 when he was 11 months old.

The team are excellent with the kids and has become like a second family. The managers are excellent and will also help with the kids and my son loves that. The lady in my son’s room is remarkable she goes above and beyond to make sure the kids have a enjoyable-packed day and both of my kids adore her. Both of my kids have attended this childcare centre and one is still there.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the team for making him sense so welcome and he runs in for a cuddle every day! Four members of team particularly are incredible. Thank You everyone. Kindred Mayflower is a excellent childcare centre, my son has been there for five months and loves it.

Attentive, excellent food and activities. Couldn’t be happier with the choice. We pick our daughter up with a smile on her face every day. An incredible childcare centre with fantastic team that offers a secure space for development.

I’m a bit of a worrier, so it has been a big relief that she is getting on so well and the team go out of their way to make you both sense comfortable. Very pleased with my decision for my daughter to go to this childcare centre. I couldn’t be more pleased with how welcoming all of the team have been and how my little girl is getting on at the childcare centre.

All the team work so hard and ensure that my daughter is well looked after. She absolutely loves coming to childcare centre everyday. My daughter has built lovely connections with her room educators and friends. They do lots of different activities daily and updates and photos are consistently sent home. Kindred Mayflower is a lovely childcare centre.

It does sense more recently that there are a few team shortages, but hopefully, this is a temporary blip. I’d like to see a return to the individual discovering journeys that were published almost daily at one point. Reading how my kid is progressing each day is really important to me. The team work incredibly hard and my kid is very cheerful in this setting.
