We’re extremely cheerful with her development and can’t suggest them enough. The team are all really welcoming, go out of their way to assistance families and are exceptional with the kids. They take part in loads of different activities each day, like art and crafts and enjoyable educational games – the list is endless. The remarkable outdoor space was also a big positive for us because our little girl loves being outdoors. She consistently comes out with a big smile on her face, which is lovely to see. I also like the fact that they can get my little girl to try different foods as she can be fussy. Highly suggest!

Since he started, the team have been so nurturing and really went the extra mile to help him settle in. The childcare centre setting feels like a home from home, and we couldn’t be happier. The team have made our family sense so welcome. The level of updates has been excellent, consistently making us sense informed about everything going on at the childcare centre as well as what our kids are up to. Our kids have already built a strong attachment to their key worker and have made friends with the other kids in their group. They come home having learnt new things every day. I adore how much time they spend outdoors and all of the enjoyable activities they get to do! We are thrilled with Jesters Childcare centre Childcare @ Bicknacre.

Their standards have fallen below what I deem acceptable, especially in relation to the fees being charged. There have been several staffing changes which have meant that at one point my daughter had 5 different ‘key workers’ in just 5 months. Since we joined in August 2020, only 3 team members remain. Moreover, I do not sense the team considered my son’s needs when changing his key worker just 3 months before he is due to start school. The educators work hard and we have been appreciative of their individual efforts. There is a great variety of food offered but this has been inconsistent over time. The car park is a nightmare at drop-off and pick-up times.My journey with the management (both senior and at the setting level) has been poor. I tried to stick with the childcare centre as long as I could because the idea of changing was overwhelming but I wish we had left months ago. There is much better out there. Unfortunately, I have just removed both of my kids from Jesters.

Jesters Childcare centre Childcare @ Bicknacre was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad they were because I couldn’t be happier! The team are inviting, inviting and make you sense at ease when leaving your kid or kids with them for the day. I remember being shown around by the managing director and she said ‘This childcare centre is her third baby and it’s not just a business to her’ which is something as a parent, you want to hear and hearing this made me sense even more confident with leaving my kid in their care. Jesters Childcare centre Childcare @ Bicknacre felt like home away from away for me and my baby absolutely loves going there three days a week. Jesters Childcare centre Childcare @ Bicknacre is a fantastic childcare centre for kids, I could not suggest them enough to other parents who are looking for nurseries for their kids.

She has settled in so quickly and made so much development, and I know that is down to the hard work and amount of care from the team. They were more than cheerful to follow our home routines and give regular contact throughout the day through the app, and at drop off and collection, they consistently update us on how her day has been!
She has never been upset or worried to go in – she even cheers when she realises we are in the car park!
I couldn’t suggest Jesters enough – I sense incredibly lucky to have found such a lovely childcare centre for my daughter! My daughter started at Jesters in October 2022 at 9 months old, and I could not have wished for her to have had a better start!

I was worried about sending my kid to childcare centre because I felt guilty that she wasn’t at home with me, however, taking this step has been one of my best decisions. Firstly the childcare centre is outstanding because there is a lot of outdoor space which is used as often as possible. I didn’t want my daughter being stuck inside all day so this was a real win for me when I viewed the childcare centre. The ladies who work in this childcare centre are incredible. They were sympathetic to me when I felt sad leaving my daughter, giving me updates through the day on how she was doing and overall attentive people, exactly the compassionate you want to leave your kid with. I now drop my daughter off and she happily leaves me and enjoys her day. The improvement in everything she does is astounding. It’s so reassuring to know my kid is secure and cheerful and loves her days at childcare centre. I would suggest this childcare centre to any of my friends/family. Thank you so much Jesters. My daughter started childcare centre at Jesters in Bicknacre about 7 weeks ago.

Both adore their time there and their team in their respective rooms. I have consistently felt very informed about how they are getting on through their app updates and termly development reports and parents evenings, as well as the updates when I collect. I chose Jesters because it was small, and the outdoors was a big part of their philosophy. The kids are consistently getting fully involved in all the activities they have and come back telling all about their days and what they’ve done (well one of them does). I adore all the theme days throughout the year and have never worried about leaving them; they both waltz in self‑assurance as ever after settling showing how comfortable they sense. I currently have two kids in Jesters and can’t suggest it enough.

I was really apprehensive as she was very upset leaving me and had been nicely settled in her previous childcare centre, but the team worked really well to make sure she was settled and adjusted and kept in contact with me, so I knew she was okay once I had left.
The updates on the apps is excellent – and something I never had with my son at his previous childcare centre – so this was a huge plus to me when we moved her here as it is excellent to be able to see what she has been doing all day and what she has eaten.
She absolutely loves coming to childcare centre and seeing her friends, as well as the educators, and they have helped so much with starting to be ready to go to school, and she will be sad to leave in August.
