The team have been nothing but supportive and consistently go above and beyond to keep us informed and up to date on all the latest developments. Very cheerful parents. Since our son joined in March we have been extremely cheerful with every aspect of the childcare centre.

It’s excellent to see observations uploaded where myself and Dad are able to see what he is getting up to. Everyone is very welcoming and cheerful to help in any way they can and are consistently cheerful to listen, help and share advice. My son has settled into preschool very well and loves coming every day!

She is fantastically well-organised, exceptional at updating the app and her “moments” show how well she knows our son and has bonded with him. It’s exceptional to see our son’s character coming through in her messages. We cannot suggest this childcare centre or the manager highly enough! Thanks. We are so cheerful with our son’s childcare centre.

They keep us well-informed about development and how we can help her move on at home. Our kid is so cheerful, we wouldn’t send her anywhere else! Our second kid is now at Childsplay Day Childcare centre and I could not suggest it highly enough.

Team and management of this childcare centre are very efficient and well‑informed, they look after kids very well. Childsplay Day Childcare centre is a unique, outstanding childcare centre.

She has grown to be very independent, compassionate, polite and confident. Team do lots of fantastic activities both inside and outside which she loves. She consistently talks about her key workers and enjoys their company along with her friends. Team are very responsive of any concerns/feedback and attempt to work on it. They also encourage celebrating various festivals and encourage parents to share with them. Overall, we, as a family, adore the childcare centre/daycare. Childsplay Day Childcare centre is like a second home to my little one.

Exceptional safeguarding and fingerprint system at the childcare centre and have consistently felt our kid is secure. Extra help for anything we’ve needed or are concerned about. Team are absolutely exceptional and calmed us with the settling-in process while we were anxious about our daughter being a Covid baby. All in all, absolutely incredible and would suggest to anyone looking for a hands-on childcare centre to send their kid to! We have had a fantastic journey so far with the childcare centre and team at Childsplay Day Childcare centre.
