My daughter has a huge smile on her face when she goes to childcare centre which gives me the self‑assurance that she is cheerful and settled in her surroundings. The New Beginnings team are consistently at hand to discuss any concerns – for example, I was worried about the weaning process for my daughter and the team took the time to provide an individual meal plan that tended to her needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest New Beginnings to other parents. I look forward to seeing my daughter flourish developmentally at childcare centre. I have consistently been very reassured by the care and attention that the New Beginnings team have given to my daughter.

The team were remarkable from his first settling-in period through to now when he toddles to the door with a smile on his face so excited to see his friends and key workers.

We have noticed that his motor skills development and non-verbal updates have improved very quickly since attending childcare centre and that is testament to the skill of the team. They engage in a huge variety of activities with the kids, even the babies, and we are regularly updated with photos and details of what they are doing each day.

I would highly suggest this childcare centre to other parents looking for a attentive, nurturing and engaging setting for their kids. We are so cheerful with the care our little boy receives at New Beginnings Day Childcare centre, Loughton as we were concerned about sending him at 10 months, having had very little contact with other kids and adults during lockdowns.

They are like a second family for our kids and we could not be more cheerful and grateful for the care and assistance they offer every single day.

The team are all incredible and give their 100% energy. Incredible updates and organisation.

Both kids are discovering so much through playtime and developing relationships. The childcare centre have supported us through weaning, through potty training and just about everything else in between.

We would not hesitate in recommending New Beginnings to anyone. We have two kids (age 2 and 3) at New Beginnings, 1 since 7 months old, the 2nd since 10 months.

The team and activities they do are just exceptional. My little one loves it there. My little one has been attending since he was 10 months and is now 4, I could not be happier with New Beginnings Day Childcare centre we are all very sad his time there will be coming to an end in August.

He loves attending and gets excited the days he goes, chatting fondly about his educators and friends – which is a testament to the strong bonds the team create with the kids. The team are incredibly compassionate, attentive and approachable. Having a kid during the pandemic, we were rightly cautious about sending our son to a childcare centre we had never visited. It was speaking to the team over the phone that gave us the reassurance we needed and we are so glad we chose them. The activities are well-thought-out and topical to seasons and festivals, with a wide-varied style of indoor discovering and outdoor exploring in the large garden facilities. We are in awe of how well our son is developing and cannot thank the childcare centre enough for the part they playtime in a lot of these developmental leaps and achievements. We are extremely cheerful knowing how well he’s been taken care of. Our little boy has been at New Beginnings, Loughton since September 2021 and we couldn’t praise the team more highly.

They are chalk and cheese, and although big sis loved it there, we were very worried about the little one. No settling in time with mummy due to covid restrictions, and she is so quiet, timid and clingy. But the manager and her team were just lovely. They have been so great with her. She has been there a year now, is 2 and a half, loves to go to childcare centre and is flourishing. She comes home singing and dancing (she is there for five full days a week now). They have been really supportive of her lactose intolerance, firstly dealing with very messy nappies whilst we figured it out and then implementing a lactose-free diet for her. The premises are lovely, the garden is so much enjoyable. We are 100% cheerful with our choice of childcare centre. So my little one started at New Beginnings, Loughton just as my elder left.

I am extremely cheerful with all aspects of her care here. The team are welcoming and so attentive towards the kids. They communicate very well and I consistently sense informed, whether it is upcoming events, my kid’s day, or any other aspect relating to the childcare centre. The facilities are excellent, especially the sensory room and garden. I would not hesitate to suggest New Beginnings! My little girl currently attends this lovely childcare centre.

Being my first kid and leaving her for the first time was the scariest decision but I am just so pleased I chose this childcare centre and would suggest it a million times over to anyone looking locally! Thank you to all the team who are just incredible and make your kid sense like they are super special every day they are with them. I never have any concerns about leaving her and can go off to work a cheerful mummy. We are already getting sad at the thought of her ever having to leave for big school! Thank you. My daughter has now been at New Beginnings Day Childcare centre for over a year and I can honestly say in that time I have not had one concern it has been absolutely exceptional!

My boys consistently loved it there and seeing them cheerful is the most reassuring thing that they get the best childcare. We have been using New Beginnings Loughton since 2016 and they have consistently been outstanding in every single aspect from team and facilities to food and activities they do with the kids.

The childcare centre team are attentive, they know my son well, they never make me sense like anything is too much. The childcare centre is spotless and organised. Updates is fab.
My second son is here, compared to the childcare centre my first son went to this is leaps and bounds better.
Adore it! I am so cheerful with New Beginnings.
