The team are exceptionally attentive and clearly have drive and passion in teaching the kids. I receive regular updates and notifications from each session. I particularly like the session updates about whether my daughter has eaten. The Family app is exceptional and easy to follow. Any communications from either the parent or school can be documented. I find the competency milestones a excellent feature as it allows me to know how my daughter is doing. My friend’s kids are at other nurseries and are not fortunate to have this level of updates. My daughter has been at the childcare centre for some time now, and she has become a confident kid who is consistently wanting to go to each session to meet with her friends and educators. She has had personal sickness time and the team are consistently willing to make adjustments and help where possible. I cannot suggest this childcare centre highly enough and am extremely grateful for helping her have the best possible start. Shoebury Childcare centre is outstanding.

They provide a enjoyable, attentive and familiar setting for the kids, and mine have never had any qualms in leaving me to enter the childcare centre each day. I have zero doubts in the team’s capabilities and know they provide a excellent discovering setting for all the kids. Would highly suggest.

My kids absolutely adore it here. Lovely garden areas for outdoor playtime and activities around events such as Diwali, Easter etc are all on offer for the kids. I cannot rate Shoebury Childcare centre high enough, outstanding team, loads of activities and toys for the kids.

She runs in without a backwards glance most days. Excellent outdoor areas for the kids to playtime. Varied lunches throughout the week.
Online chats are available through the childcare centre app, which is excellent, and I consistently get a response back. The childcare centre has also been extremely supportive whenever I have a question about funding or any other general queries. My daughter is very cheerful at this childcare centre.

I cannot suggest it highly enough. The team are incredible. My son doesn’t even say goodbye to us in the morning as he is so excited about going. They keep us updated on the app and provide photos and updates on the kid’s activities. My son has been at Shoebury Childcare centre since she was 9 months and now leaving for school.
When we looked to put our son in a childcare centre, we felt Shoebury Nursey had a great atmosphere and welcoming team.

He enjoys a range of activities and food and finds comfort in the routine. They use an app to keep parents informed and allow you to monitor the kid’s food, sleep and changes throughout the day. Although I adore the app, I sense as though more one to one updates would be beneficial. I have also noticed recently that the snacks provided can be more sugary than I would like, but we are quite strict in that regard. Overall, a excellent childcare centre, filled with attentive team. My son loves Shoebury Childcare centre and has bonded very well with all the team.

They’ve been remarkable with my daughter who struggled initially with being separated from me but now she can’t wait to go each day and has formed remarkable relationships with the team. She has also made excellent development in her speech and being able to interact with other kids since joining back in February. I find all who work at Shoebury Childcare centre to consistently be very compassionate and supportive.

Team are consistently very welcoming and supportive, and I’ve felt very comfortable in all the time he has been there. I will be sad when he has to move on to reception this year, but because of the preschool, I sense he is very ready. My son loves being at the preschool.

She is consistently cheerful and fulfilled by the activities and genuine care provided by all of the team. The team are very inviting and welcoming, excellent communicators, and very flexible and efficient.
They constantly provide stimulating activities and outdoor playtime incorporating phonics and numbers, encourage discovering through messy playtime and build the kids’s imagination through stories, arts and crafts, dance and more.
I’m extremely satisfied with the level of care and assistance that my kid needs to thrive within a childcare centre setting and would highly suggest Shoebury Childcare centre and its outstanding experienced team.
They have shown incredible resilience during unexpected periods of Covid, and are able to quickly adapt in an effective way for all. Remarkable management! My daughter has been attending Shoebury Childcare centre since turning one, and she is now almost three years old.

When she started, she was very much an independent single kid, but now she has learnt the value of sharing and friendships. I adore that she comes home singing childcare centre rhymes.
The team are consistently welcoming and informative on handover, which I find very comforting. My daughter attends the Shoebury Childcare centre and has come on in leaps and bounds.
