Exceptional childcare centre – my son runs in each day.

My little one had such an incredible time there. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the adore and care, for all your dedication, patience and for keeping personal belongings in order (toys, clothes), helping with potty training, attentive when she was not feeling well, making every day a enjoyable setting, which was also very important. It was very sad to leave, and we are only leaving because of moving home! I would highly suggest Kids Inc Day Childcare centre to everyone who is looking for a place to grow.

The team were so understanding of how hard this was for our family and so reassuring. Being so young, I was worried – would he eat well, would he take a bottle, would he nap, would they know how to comfort him when he was upset? The answers were yes, yes, yes and yes! He’s been attending for over 6 months now and the team are excellent engaging with him, I get regular updates, including photos, and there’s lots of sensory activities such as introducing him to paints, crafts, drawing as well as water and foam playtime. Does he still get upset? Yes naturally, he’s teething and there’s colds, but the team are excellent at keeping him occupied and giving cuddles when he needs them, and knowing that helps give me comfort. The food seems lovely and provides a excellent variety – and the team seem to have endless patience at meal times. All in all, I would not hesitate to suggest Kids Inc. My son has been coming to Kids Inc in Loughton since he was around 9 months old when I returned to work.

She absolutely loves it here and has settled really well. The team are exceptional, so attentive and have put us totally at ease. Her development has come on amazingly too! Would definitely suggest. Our daughter has been at Kids Inc Day Childcare centre for just over six months.

Although it did take her a couple of weeks to settle, she has been very cheerful ever since. The team have been absolutely fantastic. Consistently cheerful to answer my calls even if I do call them more than once a day to see how she is doing. My little one’s speech has really developed and she loves doing all the enjoyable activities. We have fairly regular photos uploaded onto tapestry which is really lovely for us parents. They have strict covid measures in place which is also excellent.
We are really cheerful with everything. It’s really reassuring to see my little girl run in happily in the mornings and return home with a big smile. We look forward to sending our son there soon too.
Thank you to all the team for their continuous hard work at Kids Inc Loughton. My two year old started childcare centre last summer after having no interaction with anyone due to lockdown.

Every morning we drop him off he is so excited and smiling to see the team and it’s clear that they spend a lot of time interacting with him to make him sense secure and at home.
We get lots of excellent photos on the online system throughout the week so we can see all the enjoyable activities being undertaken and every day our son comes home with a handwritten daily diary which is really personable and tells us all about his day. We have been absolutely delighted with Kids Inc Day Nurser – Loughton and the way they have taken such excellent care of our son.

We have been very impressed with all the team who have looked after her. My daughter really enjoys coming to childcare centre and has settled very well.

When speaking to the team about what I want my son to achieve they are cheerful to help out and the girls are easy to talk to as well. It’s been lovely to watch my son grow in self‑assurance and create some friends on the way.

I did not need to worry – the team in the baby room were so lovely and attentive, and after a few weeks, he went in with open arms. Often when I would look through the window upon picking him up, he would be cuddled up with the girls reading a book or singing songs with a big smile on his face, and I felt so much better. Now he is in the toddler room; he does not even look back when I drop him off! He absolutely loves it, and I know that the team genuinely care about him. The activities they set up are remarkable; he has so much enjoyable. I think the food is so impressive; he eats better than me at work! It’s consistently healthy and a really great variety – his sheet almost consistently says that he has eaten everything they have given him, and I’m not surprised. It would be nice to get more updates throughout the day on the app – that’s the only thing I can add! Would not hesitate to suggest. My son has been coming to Kids Inc in Loughton since he was 10 months old, and of course, I was a nervous wreck at first.

All the team are so cheerful and welcoming and can never do enough for you. Cannot suggest this childcare centre enough. Lovely childcare centre and team. My granddaughter has attended for around a year now and she absolutely loves childcare centre, when I pick her up in the evenings she is consistently cheerful and engaged in lovely activities.
