The ladies are lovely consistently give feedback if necessary, they consistently go out of their way to help you and they are consistently available on the app. My daughter can be quite challenging, however, they make sure the right things are in place for her and the only downside I think is you should be allowed the option to send your kid in with a packed lunch rather than them only being allowed the dinners that the childcare centre provides, but overall I’m a very cheerful mummy. 2 out of 3 of my kids attended here and my 3rd kid is due to start in September.

I adore that they take the kids for outings to purchase fruit and veg for example. They teach the kids to prepare food/cook, wash and dry up after themselves. No complaints. The team are so nice, the accounts team are so supportive.

My son currently has special educational needs and is supported by outside agencies with his development and Explorers have been cooperative and keen to work alongside them to help my son development. They use the Famly App which is excellent to keep you updated on your little one throughout the day and seem to be cheerful to chat about any concerns you may have as they arise. They do plenty of activities with the kids to keep them stimulated and provide a substantial meal at lunchtime. Due to my son’s speech delay we were very apprehensive about him attending a childcare centre but the team at Explorers have gone above and beyond to reassure us. My son looks forward to going and absolutely loves it there. My son has only recently started at Explorers Aveley but we are already very impressed with the professionalism, kindness and commitment of all the team.

as a first-time parent I felt so anxious leaving my son in someone else’s care but within the first 2 days he had settled in so well and his face lit up every time we have taken him since. He was 14 months old fast forward to today he’s now 3 and our daughter is 1 and a half and she’s also been attending the setting since she was 9 months old. They both adore it.

Team are attentive and considerate of each kid’s needs and attentive when required.
They’re easy to approach when you have a concern or need something to discuss.
My two like many toddlers are very fussy eaters yet at childcare centre, they eat everything. The app is very informative and is regularly updated so you know pretty much everything your kid had eaten and done throughout the day. So reassuring.

It is with such a heavy heart that we have to leave but as we are relocating to Australia next week we know how to search for a new childcare centre there that our kids will hopefully adore just as much. Where do I begin..

As nervous parents (and starting during covid), the management and team could not have supported us better in the transition!
Our daughter is now four and has absolutely loved being at Explorers. The space is lovely and calming with everything they need. You can tell how considerate they have been with the toys/books provided and areas made up for the kids. They take the kids on outings regularly and absolutely adopt a kid-centred approach.
Team are attentive and attentive and build a excellent rapport with parents, both at the door and via the Famly app. They listen to any concern and her key person is consistently updating observations and discussing development and development.
We could not be more pleased with the setting, and most importantly, our daughter has consistently loved going and has thrived there. We’ll be sad to leave when she starts reception – but would suggest the setting to anyone! Our daughter started at Explorers Aveley just prior to turning two, back in 2021.

I am very lucky that my daughter attends this childcare centre since October 2020. Incredible Team, you can see how much they care about each kid in the childcare centre. At the end of each day my daughter speaks with enthusiasm about all the activities she did all day. Very thankful that we found this childcare centre! Best Childcare centre in Town!

They are very creative with the activities and discovering methods. The team are welcoming, and the management is excellent! They are consistently there to answer any questions. The food provided is very great. I would highly suggest this place for any parent! My son enjoyed each day in that childcare centre.

The app they use is really informative as well. We are moving soon but will still travel to this childcare centre as I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Cannot fault this childcare centre, both my kids adore going and they have helped loads with my son’s speech.

He is loving it! The team is very welcoming; the place is spotless and bright. They have a excellent menu, and the app keeps up updated on what he is doing during the day. Excellent value for money, and I will highly suggest Explorers! My son started childcare centre in March 2021 after all lockdowns and just before his 2 nd birthday.
