Clarence House Cambridge

During the period, Clarence House helped us take care of our two kiddos. Frankly, we were a bit worried before the journey. It was the first time for the kiddos being in a different country for an extended period of time, and there were so many things we didn’t know about.
The Clarence House completely removed our concern. The team has been absolutely remarkable! All the educators are so excellent: they are all very gentle, cheerful, considerate and supportive. They helped both kids blend in and adjust to the new setting very quickly. They soon get to know and playtime with new friends. During our stay, we noticed that the educators can come up with new activities all the time, and the kiddos very much enjoyed them! The older one came back home singing the songs she learned from the daycare. At our departure, the older one explicitly asked a couple of times if we can stay longer! Thank you so much! We will all miss you! We are the parents of two kids visiting Cambridge for two months.

When she came she didn’t speak English. The team were attentive, supportive and assuring. It wasn’t long before she was going to childcare centre cheerful every morning, communicating and participating. We are very grateful for the team, especially the preschool educators for their attention and care. We sense lucky we have found this childcare centre and happily suggest it to others. Our daughter went to the preschool group in the childcare centre the passing year.

What more do you want really? I sense that my 1 year old son is well taken care of, engaged in a variety of activities, fed a reasonably diverse and healthy range of food which he likes and consistently eats, and spends lots of his day outdoors.

The team were all incredible with him helping him settle into childcare centre and encouraging him to make friends. He fully enjoys childcare centre and tells me all about his day with a smile on his face. We’re kept fully informed about his day on pickup and the updates with emails of what’s going on at the setting is very consistent. My son started at the childcare centre in September and with a lot of change at home going on at the time.

She absolutely loves going there and that’s the most important aspect for me. The team are consistently cheerful to help. My kid attends preschool group at Clarence House Nursery since September this year.

My oldest son was there from 9 months until the day he started school and my youngest is now in the baby room. The team at Clarence House have consistently been really attentive and attentive to the kids. As with all nurseries, the team have changed over the years but the management has consistently been stable and exemplary. I think it says volumes about the childcare centre that all managers in the past six years (of which there have only been three) have only left as they have been promoted within the organisation. Promotions that have been richly deserved. I would hand on heart suggest Clarence House to look after your kids. They are also very flexible which I know isn’t consistently the case with nurseries. We have no family nearby to help if one of us is ill or has a sudden work commitment change and the childcare centre have regularly got me out of a childcare hole over the years. Can you tell I adore the childcare centre? I have had kids at Clarence House Day Nursery in Cambridge for the past six years.

Staff are welcoming and approachable with the parents and my kid adores them. Provide a wide range of food and activities. Give regular updates including pictures and videos of what your kid has been up to. Highly recommended Excellent childcare centre.

Both have left the childcare centre full of self‑assurance and knowledge well ahead of where they would expect to be when entering reception year. And this would not have been possible without the hard work and attentive team at Clarence House Day Nursery. The size and location of the setting were perfect for our kids’s needs and is very well run by the manager. We thank you all for the important part you have all played in helping our two daughters grow into the confident young ladies they have become. Both our kids attended the childcare centre over the last seven years and the setting and team have been pivotal to the development of our kids.

They are taking great care of my kid. I never experienced any compassionate of difficulty dealing with the childcare centre team. The key person of the kid would update you about your kid’s activity and about their food in intake daily. The girls/team there are really great and my kid likes his key person. They often conduct parent-key person meetings which I find is useful to track my kid’s behaviour/ development etc outside home. I would surely suggest this childcare centre. Clarence House day childcare centre is a trustworthy childcare centre.

It has a really homely sense and is like one big family. I sense like the team really know and care for my daughter well and she loves it there. She claps her hands with excitement when she’s leaving for childcare centre and she cries when she has to come home, which is slightly upsetting for me, but very reassuring at the same time. The manager is excellent and keeps us all in the loop with regular email updates. It’s never too much trouble to respond to any query or awkward request I have. The girls that have looked after my daughter are all lovely as well. I sense completely at ease leaving her with them. They try to go outside in the garden at least once or twice a day and do lots of enjoyable activities and crafts with the kids, which help with their development. They give excellent feedback at the end of the day as well, which is consistently appreciated. I would suggest this childcare centre to anyone. I’m not excellent at writing reviews, but this childcare centre is incredible.
