Kindred St Ives Nursery & Pre-school

From the very beginning, the team at Kindred were fantastic. I first enrolled my eldest daughter at Roundabout (now Kindred) in September 2018, she was a very anxious toddler who didn’t like being away from me. They allowed my daughter to grow at her own speed, surrounded by fun, adore and assistance. They nurtured her, and did everything possible to prepare her for school.

My second daughter is now with the team and is benefitting from the excellent care, discovering and freedom Kindred offers every kid.

The introduction of the parent app has been brilliant, I truly adore being able to see my little girl enjoying herself.

I would definitely not hesitate to suggest the team at Kindred, I am truly grateful for the role they have, and still do playtime in my daughters’ development.

It is so reassuring at drop-off time when your kids are actively cheerful at seeing the team, and at pick-up time when they don’t consistently want to leave! Both my kids (2 and a bit-year-old son and 10-month-old daughter) go to Kindred St Ives and they could not be happier. This for me is priceless and a testament to their daily enjoyment.
We have chosen to parent with a structured daily routine and Kindred adopted this very willingly which is a huge relief, I know from friends that this isn’t a given in all nurseries so truly appreciate this.
They go the extra mile in every way. A great example is recently with my son; they brought to our attention some discipline challenges and during a face-to-face meeting sought as much information from us as possible to overcome the issue together.
Every single team member I have interacted with has been kind, genuine and professional. I highly suggest this childcare centre.

My daughter started there when she was just four months old and the developments I saw over the last few months have been incredible and is all due to the team. I cannot say enough about my daughter’s time at Kindred Nursery. The team were consistently so welcoming and each day gave me an informative update of her day. My
daughter was smiling every day when she arrived at childcare centre and was consistently so cheerful to see the team. My daughter just started eating solids and seemed to delight in all the delicious homemade food given to her daily. I saw first hand how every day the team would definitely wipe down and spotless everything so thoroughly. I cannot suggest this childcare centre and team enough and am very sad to be leaving due to our move abroad.

He is looked after truly well and consistently appears to have had a excellent day. My son has been at Kindred St Ives for nearly 9 months and has truly settled in well. The team are very welcoming and give you the level of update/detail required. The childcare centre is managed exceptionally well and the communication is excellent. It was recommended to me by 2 other people and I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending it to others. The attention to detail as well by some of the team is remarkable, remembering my name as well as my son’s and not just calling me mummy!

All of the team were lovely and very approachable even during the covid times when things must have been so difficult for them as they were for us too.
It was such a relief as a working mother to know that I was leaving her somewhere she was so cheerful and I am sure they helped her develop into the well-rounded little girl she is today.
I was consistently secure in the knowledge that my daughter was supported and challenged at the setting with many varied activities. My daughter loved every moment she attended the childcare centre, often she was so eager to get in she had to be called back to say goodbye to me in the mornings! I enjoyed hearing what she had been up to every day when I picked her up and as she got older she was excited to tell me about her experiences too.
If I had to make any criticism it is that in my daughter’s time at the childcare centre it became more corporate after joining the Kindred family, however, it was still a excellent childcare centre and there were also benefits from that change such as the app.

Ives Kindred nurseries is a excellent place for both of my kids. St. My daughter will be soon finishing her 3 years with childcare centre which helped her to grow into the lovely smiling kid she is. She runs to the childcare centre practitioners each morning where she is welcomed with a warm hug and can’t wait to jump between her peers to get immersed in the day’s playtime and activities. My little boy enjoys his time in the childcare centre even though I suspect him eyeing the practitioners with his cheeky looks and smiles. He has plenty of space and encouragement to grow into a fantastic boy. Thank you to the entire team of St. Ives Kindred you have been a huge help and assistance on our growing path.
