September 3, 2024 at 4:40 pmFrom the day my little one started I’ve felt reassured by the incredible relationships he has with team. I’m so thankful for Blackberry House Day Nursery. He’s greeted each morning with huge smiles and energy and is consistently so excited to go in. Our perception is the team genuinely care, are passionate and see this as more than just a job. His development has come on so much and we’re consistently kept up to date in person and on the ParentZone app. I couldn’t have asked for a kinder childcare centre to send him to.

October 2, 2024 at 5:13 amShe just loves childcare centre and this is thanks to the quality and care of the team, the facilities and their way of working. This childcare centre is such a wonderfully equipped and cheerful place that it’s an absolute joy to drop our daughter off and know that she is having an exceptional journey. Since moving our little girl here at 11 months old, she has thrived and has developed so much and I can’t thank them enough. We cannot fault this childcare centre and would definitely suggest it to anyone interested.
It’s not the cheapest, but no doubt you absolutely get what you pay for.

Ever since my daughter joined Peterborough Blackberry House Nursery she has gained so much confidence and improved remarkably in her speech and vocabulary. The setting and the setting is conducive for discovering. Staff consistently provide constructive feedback on the progress of our daughter. This is an excellent daycare childcare centre. It is consistently reflected by the excitement my daughter displays at home and at the childcare centre.

November 20, 2024 at 10:51 pmAfter the start of this pandemic, I was petrified to put her back in when it came to June last year but the team have been nothing short of incredible, extremely supportive and reassuring. Personally, for me, Blackberries have been fantastic and have done an incredible job since my daughter joined when she was 18 months. Each and everyone is doing a fantastic job in providing care for our little ones in such unprecedented times. My daughter is 4 next month and has come on leaps and bounds because of the team at Blackberries, supporting her progression. Thank you all.

November 25, 2024 at 6:16 amI was told to call as many times as I wanted to check he was ok, which I did and I didn’t sense I was being annoying.
Each day at drop off we are welcomed with a “great morning” and a smile. The childcare centre practitioners have generally been very supportive and managed to put my mind at ease when I had any concerns about my kid settling in.
My son’s all round development has greatly improved since starting at Blackberry House Day Nursery. He has made friends and recognises numbers, days of the week and letters.
I pay for my son’s meals whilst at childcare centre and he now eats vegetables! Most of the time.
The only areas I sense could be improved are the waiting times on some days to collect or drop off my son. Although, this may be due to Covid.
Also, I asked for more information on what my son is doing and eating which is reported to me on a piece on paper. I sense this is needs to be on an app as other nurseries do this as is more convenient.

November 29, 2024 at 11:33 pmHe consistently talks about the team and is very cheerful to go in every morning. My son is very cheerful at the childcare centre. He loves the outdoors and gets excited to go exploring every day.
Whenever I have picked him up he consistently comes home cheerful and says he’s enjoyed his day when asked.
I am very cheerful with the progress he has made since he has been at the childcare centre.

I withdrew my daughter after nine full days despite paying for the entire month.
I do not suggest this childcare centre at all, they couldn’t even put my daughter’s nappy on the correct way round.

January 3, 2025 at 5:54 pmShe loves it there and is discovering loads! My daughter has been coming to the childcare centre since she was 9-months-old, and she is now 2! She’s never cried once and is consistently so excited to go. I would definitely like to think the team are doing a fantastic job! They also seem welcoming, and I adore the way they interact with my daughter when I drop her off every morning. My only issue is how fast the team turnover is. There are new faces every month, and it’s so hard to keep up. I have no idea who is who anymore as the team just seems to quit quite quickly. I hope they work on retaining their lovely team because it’s a little concerning.

Our son has been attending Blackberries Peterborough since January 2021. All of the team, past and present, have consistently made time to talk to my husband and I when collecting our son, even during the tough Covid periods.
The team are consistently supportive, informative and welcoming, and we couldn’t ask for better people to help us with teaching our son valuable life skills.
The whole team at Peterborough are fantastic, but we’d like to give a special shout out to two ladies who are consistently so fantastic and supportive of us as first-time parents and fantastic with our son. Our son is so excited to see them on the days that he attends, and we sense that we have a great relationship with them.

January 16, 2025 at 5:23 pmI don’t like the fact that you can’t check in on your kids via an app as you can at every other childcare centre in the area, a little disappointing.
They have a high team turnover which can be unsettling but they are consistently welcoming and supportive. The activities are consistently varied and I adore the fact that the kids have lots of outside playtime.

February 8, 2025 at 6:03 amYou are consistently greeted with a warm welcome and I am consistently thoroughly informed of my daughter’s day. I have been with Blackberry House for coming up to a year nearly, the assistance I receive is excellent sometimes it can be tricky finding the right balance to work and find childcare but I can honestly say hand on heart Blackberry truly do go above and beyond. I can say that it’s a excellent place to work and I would definitely highly suggest Blackberry to anyone looking at nurseries. The time and investment the team make is above and beyond and nothing is ever truly too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Even on the weekends, she’ll tell me how much she loves her educators. They have all worked so so hard even throughout the national pandemic and they do not get enough credit. I take my hat off to all of you and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The communication is excellent and the team consistently supportive with any queries. We definitely can suggest the Blackberry House childcare centre to any parents looking for a family setting.

The team at Blackberries Day Nursery in Peterborough are absolutely incredible, the assistance guidance and discovering they give to the kids is outstanding. He comes out buzzing to talk about his day. He spends so much of his time outside discovering with outdoor playtime. They have a forest school, music room, IT lessons, yoga sessions and so much more. When you pick up your kid the team are very enthusiastic, talkative and explain what they have done in that day. When we went to visit the childcare centre I was taken away with all the different areas that your kid can learn in but to be honest the childcare centre has exceeded all of my expectations I can not thank all of the team at Blackberry House Day Nursery Peterborough enough for being a part of my son’s story. I would definitely like to personally thank the manager and team.

They’ve truly supported my son with his social skills by carrying out observations and targeted interventions, keeping me informed every step of the way. I’m truly grateful for their care and assistance. They’ve been truly accommodating when I needed to increase my son’s hours too.
