We have a complicated way to pay and instead of the manager saying she can’t do it, she explained how new she is to it and that they’ll discuss how this is best with her team so we don’t lose out! Also, my children didn’t start out well but they have managed to really make the children feel welcomed and valued. Now they love it!

November 23, 2018 at 12:00 amRound House pre-school has been fantastic for my son’s development and learning. His social skills continue to improve and his language progression has been super. The staff are always on hand. They are helpful and supportive of both the parents and children.

May 1, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Round House Pre-school. He potentially has some SEN needs and staff have been incredibly supportive of ensuring these are met, while continuing to encourage him.
Really friendly supportive environment. I would definitely recommend.

June 5, 2019 at 12:00 amEveryone at the Round House is lovely, caring and very good at keeping us informed of our child’s progress. The manager is always happy and smiley and ready to talk if you need a word. Our son has come on leaps and bounds in just over two terms both in learning and development, He has become very outgoing and is happy and comfortable with everyone and preschool from carers to friends. It is top rate and we couldn’t be happier.

My daughter has been at the preschool now for 2 and a half years and she has loved going but in the last year with the new management, she has enjoyed it even more. The new manager and deputy are lovely, they are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. My daughter leaves this term but will be coming away with so many brilliant memories.

The most important part is they make it super fun and enjoyable for them. I would send my son here again and again if I could!

July 12, 2021 at 12:00 amAbsolutely brilliant preschool I cannot fault them. My son has had such a great time with them, since being there his speech has come on brilliantly. They were so patient with him when he started as he was a bit anxious and they are such a great help when it comes to the transition up to reception.
I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

July 15, 2021 at 12:00 amRound House is a fantastic preschool, the setting, equipment and staff make it a lovely place for any preschool children to be at. My daughter has loved it from 2.5 years until 4, always been excited to go and never had any problems. I would highly recommend!

November 4, 2021 at 12:00 amLovely pre school, my daughter absolutely loves it there, the staff are amazing and very friendly, she’s really come out of her shell since going and the staff have really helped her to do that, she has made so many friends and she always comes home smiling and overly happy. I would 100% recommend this pre school.

She is always excited to go, has made friends and the staff are friendly and appear to genuinely care about the children who attend. Always happy to talk and the Family app makes it so straight forward to communicate and liaise with key workers.
Every day brings new and different activities, and play. I love hearing and seeing everything the children are learning.
A great environment and a testament to the staff and the effort they put in for the children every day.

Our child skips to school every morning telling us who is he going to play with, what teacher he is going to learn with. The staff are incredible. So warm and personable. Their professionalism is also a stand out too. We get daily briefings about what is planned and what has happened. With regular photos sent showing us what the children are up to. This is so special during the pandemic as it allows us to feel we are part of the children’s growth and development whilst also seeing the fun they are having. It’s always a joy getting these emails at work. The manager and entire team here are outstanding. I can’t reccomend Roundhouse pre school highly enough.

November 4, 2021 at 12:00 amRound House pre-school is the first setting my son has been to. The staff have helped my son settle well within the environment, overcome his worries and nerves. The staff have listened to any concerns I have had and supported well with this. My son loves pre school and is always happy.
He comes home singing songs he learnt whilst he’s been there and the amount he has developed in speech and confidence in a short amount of time (month and a half) amazes me.

November 9, 2021 at 12:00 amBoth of my daughters have attended the Round House Preschool and I have been so pleased with the care and education that they have received there. There is real thought put into the activities every day to ensure that the children are learning all of the skills that they will need to move on to school as well as having lots of fun. The staff are all very friendly and approachable and my daughter loves her days at preschool.

It has been lovely watching her confidence grow and her developing relationships with her friends/staff. The communication with the school is fabulous, and I find the staff to be very approachable. I love to see the app updates which are done every day! My favourite part of Round House Pre-school is the frequent trips to the local parks. I will be and already have recommended to others.

January 13, 2023 at 12:00 amThe team at roundhouse pre-school have been a great support since March 2021 for my daughter. They provide new themes regularly to help support their teaching through play and keep things interesting and fun. She spends a lot of time making things, arts and crafts, baking, phonics and role play. She brings new books home every day to help with her learning at home. She has formed good relationships with the staff and children and i feel she is supported emotionally which is key.
