October 21, 2020 at 12:00 amI have had two children in attendance to Children 1st @ Plumtree over the last four years and I would not consider sending them anywhere else. The facilities for each room are unbeatable locally, and the dedication of the staff is second to none. The processes they have in place, the communication, the food and the care are exemplary and I truly believe have contributed massively to giving my children the best start in life, and prepared my eldest for school.

October 28, 2020 at 12:00 amWe have two children of different ages in this nursery and I can say that it is an excellently run place that looks after the children brilliantly whilst giving them plenty of entertainment and stimulation. They both come back thrilled at the end of the day. Staff are helpful, empathetic and friendly and everything runs smoothly and safely. Would strongly recommend.

November 2, 2020 at 12:00 amWe couldn’t be happier that our daughters (3.5 years old and 1 year old) go to Children 1st @ Plumtree. Our oldest daughter has been going since she was 1 and our second daughter has just started. Our daughters are exposed to an excellent, safe, learning environment and also have a lot of fun whilst there. Their carers are exceptional: they are friendly and we can see that they genuinely care for our daughters.
The Nursery’s handling of Covid-19 and the way it communicated with parents is also remarkable.
We would definitely recommend Children 1st @ Plumtree (and have done so to many of our friends with children).

November 9, 2020 at 12:00 amMy little boy started here over a month ago when he was 10 months old. He has adapted so well and absolutely loves his teachers and is smiling whenever I drop him off and pick him up. Communication between nursery and parents is great.

January 26, 2021 at 12:00 amMy little girl has been at Children’s 1st since she was 11 months old and now at nearly 2 and a half I cannot thank them enough. She has come on leaps and bounds and absolutely loves all the staff, along with activities and food. During COVID they have been absolutely amazing and we feel very lucky. Thank you.

September 24, 2021 at 12:00 amThis is the best nursery that we have ever had our children in by such a long way. We have moved around over the last few years and as such have used three different nurseries before, all of which were good and we were happy with, but Children 1st @ Plumtree Day Nursery is just in another league. Communication with parents is excellent, the facilities and environment for the children to play and learn in are fantastic and every single member of staff seems to genuinely care about each child. Management are responsive, understanding and knowledgeable.

February 11, 2022 at 12:00 amBoth of our children have attended Children 1st from when they were around the age of 1-year-old. Our eldest is now at school and our youngest is in Early Years. We have always been extremely happy with the standard of care and attention our children have been given. The staff are always friendly and I feel the children are able to build relationships with the staff that makes it so they are happy and confident in their care. Our children have always been happy to go into nursery to see staff and their friends and I feel both have grown so much in confidence as a result of attending Children 1st. We have always been extremely impressed with the facilities, both indoor and out and whilst we could move our youngest to a pre-school, we feel that the environment at Children 1st can not be beaten! The children get to take part in a wide range of activities, try out different sports like didi Rugby and have fun with dress-up days!

The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The overall experience has been brilliant, with extra activities included each term.
He’s had such a wonderful experience there and I know he’s going to miss it when he starts school in September.

February 11, 2022 at 12:00 amOur son has been at this nursery since he was 1 and he is now 4 and in his last year there. The nursery staff have always been great and kept us regularly updated about how he is getting on. He loves his current early years teacher and all the staff in the room, and they have really helped him come out of his shell. He comes home full of stories of the day. The staff have managed the pandemic well with lots of communication throughout. I would highly recommend Children 1st @ Plumtree Day Nursery to anyone.

February 11, 2022 at 12:00 amI can’t thank Children 1st @ Plumtree Day Nursery enough for how they helped with settling my child into their nursery. They have also gone above and beyond to cater to his needs, provide the best learning experience for him and make his mornings there as enjoyable as they can be. I know that this is 100% the case from his excitement of going to nursery and sometimes not wanting to come home either! Staff are all lovely and make you feel welcomed and valued as a parent.

My daughter has been at this nursery since being 1. She’s been there for a year now! She loves nursery which is the biggest thing for me, she’s settled well and will go to any of the staff members, they are all lovely.
The different rooms for the children are great and they do lots of fun learning activities for them.
Cant recommended the nursery enough! Thanks all for looking after my daughter so well.

His days are full of fun, excitement and exploration. We couldn’t wish for a better early years experience for him.

February 23, 2022 at 12:00 amWe love Children 1st Plumtree. Our daughter has been there since she was 10 months old, and she’s currently in Early Years, before starting school in September. She has loved every room and bonded very well with each key worker. The staff are very communicative, supportive, honest and proud. She has really come on from an education perspective too and remembers and improves on lots of topics. I would highly recommend this nursery and will be excited for our second daughter’s chapter to start later this year.

February 23, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter has been going to Children 1st @ Plumtree Day Nursery from the age of 1 and we have been really pleased with the service we have received as a family from the staff here, as well as the individual care and attention our daughter has received in each ‘class’ as she’s grown up through the nursery. The level of emphasis that is put into education and child development is very impressive and I’m sure is above and beyond what is necessary from an early years provider. We are very confident that our daughter attending Children 1st will put her at an advantage when starting education. The facilities are fantastic too – on our first tour of the nursery we knew this would be a place children would love coming to. Another really impressive aspect of the nursery is the regular communications and interaction parents receive through the apps.

August 24, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son with multiple food allergies has been attending this nursery since he was 1 year old and I have to say I could not have chosen a better nursery! The staff and management are approachable, caring, compassionate and communicate effectively. My son has been included and kept safe whilst at nursery and has always been catered for by the brilliant cook. I cannot thank the staff enough! He really enjoys eating at nursery and has a variety of meals, starters and puddings. The team here have taught him so many important life skills and educated him about the wider world. The nursery environment is fun and stimulating and the playgrounds and facilities are very exciting! I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our daughter started when she was 6 months old and as a first-time mother, I was anxious as to how she would settle. The staff were so incredibly kind and attentive and my daughter formed strong bonds with her carers very quickly. We have never looked back. Thank you so much for everything that you do!
