Just incredible. My son has been attending the childcare centre since he was 10 months old, he’s now graduating.
I can’t fault the childcare centre or the team they are all incredible, attentive and welcoming.
They understand if you turn up at childcare centre in a hot mess, if your kid has a non-wiped face.

December 19, 2024 at 7:05 pmso welcoming from the get go! helped to work around my shift patterns. my daughter comes home worn out after her days in childcare centre. She consistently has enjoyable with all the other boys, girls and team! Loads of toys, outdoor enjoyable and lots of messy playtime! Nothing is ever too much trouble and the team are exceptional with all the kids! Missing out so much of your kids don’t go here! I wish I could rate higher than the options available! Can’t believe how much my little girl has learnt and how much she’s come out of her shell. So Thank you Town and Country. My daughter started attending here in October 2018, she absolutely loves it and so do I!

January 2, 2025 at 4:27 amThere’s consistently a great variety of activities throughout the day and the team encourages her to count etc. She regularly returns home singing songs learnt there. Great updates with parents. My daughter has loved her time at childcare centre.

A few star members of team are spoken about in our house as though they are family. Team have been supportive and welcoming through every step of our childcare centre journey.

He has become so confident and loves to talk about the ladies and his friends at childcare centre. Such a lovely and welcoming childcare centre.

I’ve consistently had a lot of anxiety leaving my daughter, but the childcare centre gave me updates throughout the day, they welcomed phone calls to check in if I needed to ease my mind and supported me while I got used to my daughter going to childcare centre. This year I will be sending my second kid at only 10-months-old, and I know he will be highly well looked after. Can’t thank the childcare centre enough for everything they do. Highly suggest! Town and Country Kiddies is a fantastic childcare centre, and my daughter has been going since 2019.

February 11, 2025 at 12:32 amTeam are welcoming and cheerful to assist with any queries. Outdoor space is varied and frequently utilised with trios to the local library and allotments etc. Our kids were welcomed and quickly settled into Town and Country Childcare centre.

The facilities available are spotless and well maintained and a perfect calm setting for any kid. Given a rundown of what my kid has done at childcare centre that day is consistently supportive too!
Considering the extra strain Covid has given all of the team have acted impeccably – well done! All team are so attentive to my kid.

March 6, 2025 at 1:59 pmJust took my son out of this diabolical childcare centre. I have to be careful what I say due to the review policy. But does that mean I have to lie? Do not, I repeat do not send your kids here. Just an awful place and that’s coming from other parents and former team. Oh and check your monthly bill because every month they overcharged me.
Utter garbage. Needs shutting down! Dilatory team, poor organisation and customer service skills.

The activities are consistently suitable and relevant for the childrens ages and ability. Incredible childcare centre all round. Town & Country Kiddies are remarkable.

The team truly do go above and beyond to accommodate both kid and parents needs. My daughter started in January 2017 aged 20 months and she loves it.

April 13, 2025 at 3:53 pmHe seems to be developing and discovering nicely. There is consistently a nice and inviting atmosphere when dropping off and collecting. One main thing that is usually consistently visible is that the kids are all cheerful. Even the managaress is excellent with all the kids which truly is a nice sight and has a personal touch. All the team are hardworking and approachable. My son truly enjoys town & Country Kiddies.

May 7, 2025 at 12:06 amThe team are incredible and go above and beyond for the kids. My kids enjoyed coming to the childcare centre and consistently had lots of enjoyable things to tell us about. I would highly suggest this setting, and thank the childcare centre for all its hard work. All three of my kids have attended this setting.

May 20, 2025 at 11:36 pmHe has gained self‑assurance with other kids and learned many skills. I sense his time at childcare centre has set him up nicely for school. There have been lots of activity days and all the team are stellar. They all treat the kids as individuals. I especially like that there are no fake niceties, it is like “home from home” setting. The outside space is remarkable. Overall my son has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Town and Country Childcare centre.

The team have been exceptional at updating us about my kid’s day, working with us to help him achieve milestones and providing a enjoyable, activity-packed setting. The app is a truly supportive tool, especially during the lockdown, to communicate and provide updates. Highly suggest. Remarkable childcare centre!

She’s consistently highly cheerful to go, and the ladies working there consistently keep me up to date on what my daughters been up to in the day and any achievements. I would 100% suggest this childcare centre to family and friends.

Both my kids have attended this setting and both equally adore going. Not only have team cared about my kid, but they have consistently care about my wants and wished with regards to my kid, i.e sleeping arrangements, food and also extra days as and when needed even on short notice. Thank you. I can not praise Town & Country Kiddies enough.

July 6, 2025 at 11:42 pmThere are so many enjoyable activities for him to do and a variety of toys to playtime with. The team are highly welcoming and supportive. The days are spent either playing inside, outside on the decking or on the outside playtime equipment. We are kept updated on his development and his daily activities. My son loves going to the childcare centre.
