April 18, 2019 at 12:00 amMy daughter started attending here in October 2018, she absolutely loves it and so do I! so welcoming from the get go! helped to work around my shift patterns. my daughter comes home worn out after her days in nursery. She always has fun with all the other boys, girls and staff! Loads of toys, outdoor fun and lots of messy play! Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff are brilliant with all the children! Missing out so much of your children don’t go here! I wish I could rate higher than the options available! Can’t believe how much my little girl has learnt and how much she’s come out of her shell. So Thank you Town and Country.

May 16, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son really enjoys town & Country Kiddies. He seems to be developing and learning nicely. There is always a nice and warm atmosphere when dropping off and collecting. One main thing that is usually always visible is that the children are all happy. Even the managaress is great with all the children which really is a nice sight and has a personal touch. All the staff are hardworking and approachable.

The staff are always friendly and accommodating and the childrens safety and welfare are obviously paramount. The activities are always suitable and relevant for the childrens ages and ability. Amazing nursery all round.

She has learnt so much in her time ar Town and Country Kiddies, things that I wouldn’t even think of. The staff really do go above and beyond to accommodate both child and parents needs.

I can’t fault the nursery or the staff they are all amazing, caring and friendly.
They understand if you turn up at nursery in a hot mess, if your child has a non-wiped face. They do their best to follow your own routine and they tell you all that your child has done with them.

July 22, 2019 at 12:00 amOverall my son has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Town and Country Nursery. He has gained confidence with other children and learned many skills. I feel his time at nursery has set him up nicely for school. There have been lots of activity days and all the staff are superb. They all treat the children as individuals. I especially like that there are no fake niceties, it is like “home from home” environment. The outside space is fantastic.

July 24, 2019 at 12:00 amOur children were welcomed and quickly settled into Town and Country Nursery. Staff are friendly and happy to assist with any queries. Outdoor space is varied and frequently utilised with trios to the local library and allotments etc.

August 28, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son loves going to the nursery. There are so many fun activities for him to do and a variety of toys to play with. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The days are spent either playing inside, outside on the decking or on the outside play equipment. We are kept updated on his progress and his daily activities.

November 27, 2020 at 12:00 amI can not praise Town & Country Kiddies enough. They go above and beyond to ensure my child is well looked after, safe and comfortable while in their care. Both my children have attended this setting and both equally love going. Not only have staff cared about my child, but they have always care about my wants and wished with regards to my child, i.e sleeping arrangements, food and also extra days as and when needed even on short notice. Thank you.

November 27, 2020 at 12:00 amAll staff are so attentive to my child. Since he started, they have encouraged his development and promoted him in such a positive way.
The facilities available are clean and well maintained and a perfect calm environment for any child. Given a rundown of what my child has done at nursery that day is always helpful too!
Considering the extra strain Covid has given all of the team have acted impeccably – well done!

The staff get to know the children very well, tailoring activities to their interests, and using this to help them learn. He has become so confident and loves to talk about the ladies and his friends at nursery.

The staff have been brilliant at updating us about my child’s day, working with us to help him achieve milestones and providing a fun, activity-packed environment. The app is a really helpful tool, especially during the lockdown, to communicate and provide updates. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves going to nursery, and the staff have helped her develop from being quite shy to coming out of her shell nicely. A few star members of staff are spoken about in our house as though they are family.

My children enjoyed coming to the nursery and always had lots of fun things to tell us about. I would highly recommend this setting, and thank the nursery for all its hard work.

May 25, 2021 at 12:00 amTown and Country Kiddies is a wonderful nursery, and my daughter has been going since 2019. She has flourished since being at this nursery and has made some strong bonds with the staff. I’ve always had a lot of anxiety leaving my daughter, but the nursery gave me updates throughout the day, they welcomed phone calls to check in if I needed to ease my mind and supported me while I got used to my daughter going to nursery. This year I will be sending my second child at only 10-months-old, and I know he will be very well looked after. Can’t thank the nursery enough for everything they do. Highly recommend!

June 1, 2021 at 12:00 amI would 100% recommend this nursery to family and friends. They form a brilliant relationship with the children. My daughter is very cared for and looked after there. She’s always very happy to go, and the ladies working there always keep me up to date on what my daughters been up to in the day and any achievements.

June 12, 2023 at 12:00 amDilatory staff, poor organisation and customer service skills. Just took my son out of this diabolical nursery. I have to be careful what I say due to the review policy. But does that mean I have to lie? Do not, I repeat do not send your kids here. Just an awful place and that’s coming from other parents and former staff. Oh and check your monthly bill because every month they overcharged me.
Utter garbage. Needs shutting down!
