February 15, 2019 at 12:00 amThe staff that work here are all really nice and friendly. They do a fantastic job looking after our son and keep us well informed of what he’s been doing and also any events that are coming up. Great place for childcare and would recommend the nursery to anyone.

April 18, 2019 at 12:00 amI had been concerned about putting my son into nursery as he had not been in a similar environment but was so impressed with the kind, down to earth and friendly staff as well as the facilities and the excellent level of communication. My son settled in very quickly and I see his skills developing by leaps and bounds. Excellent value for money. Excellent in all areas. I am so happy I chose this nursery for my little boy.

I also enjoy when they do events as it gives me a chance to see my children within the nursery environment. Fantastic staff – fantastic nursery!

The staff are trustworthy, down to earth and always have useful and professional support and guidance without being forceful in any way. I particularly appreciate the nursery’s affiliation with a local care home, providing an opportunity for the children and older people to learn and benefit from one another and emphasis on charitable experiences. I have always had confidence in the staff’s abilities to teach and nurture my son and would highly recommend this nursery.

April 26, 2019 at 12:00 amExtremely satisfied with the care and love shown from the staff at Paper Moon. Our son is always very happy to go and always enjoys his days there. The staff are all friendly and approachable, showing warmth, kindness and support to the children. Our son has developed in many areas, especially his confidence.
I particularly appreciate the Tapestry website and value the contributions posted from the staff as well as posting events from home too. Well done everyone.

July 12, 2019 at 12:00 amI was really worried about back to work and leaving my little boy. He was still so small and also had not long been diagnosed with an intolerance to cows milk. However, after the kindness and reassurance from all the staff when I dropped him off on his first day I knew he was in safe hands. When I went to pick him up he was full of smiles and absolutely loved his day so much so that he cried when we were leaving. I really liked the online learning.

February 7, 2020 at 12:00 amMy son had a rocky start to nursery as it was all new, however, I felt all the staff members went above and beyond to make sure he settled in quickly. Since attending nursery his speech has come on amazingly and his confidence has come on leaps and bounds. I cannot say a bad word about this nursery.

February 13, 2020 at 12:00 amA lovely little nursery with amazing staff. Having moved my son here from another local nursery, I can honestly say I wish I knew about this place before. My son loves this place and never wants to leave. The staff are lovely and so genuinely caring! We love the daily diary and seeing tapestry updates is great as you see the daily activities and your child’s participation. Thank you girls – you are amazing.

They are all very kind and considerate esp during the lockdown they adjust my son’s schedule to fit to our needs. Really happy and no complaints. I highly recommend.

My child always comes home happy and contented and it is good to see his progress via the reports left on the parents’ app each day.

May 26, 2021 at 12:00 amAfter a whole life in lockdown, I was really nervous for my little boy to start nursery last year when he was 8 months old. The team at Paper Moon made it so easy and I felt so happy with my choice. It was clear from day one they really cared about my little boy. He has had his moments where he just wanted his mummy and I felt awful about leaving him but they were so good and he was always smiling when I picked him up. Now he is so excited to go every day and is always happily worn out from all the fun he’s had! They have different activities each day and the food sounds amazing and really varied. I am so pleased with my choice of nursery, the team really are great.

He has been at Paper Moon Day Nursery – Doddington Park since he was 8 months old and we have been so pleased with the communication about his development and love seeing the pictures and stories of what he has been up to on the app. The staff have been great at reassuring us when we had worries about his development.

February 16, 2022 at 12:00 amThe whole team have been extremely supportive during my son’s time at the nursery. It was recently difficult for him to move to another room as he isn’t great with change. The whole team were so supportive at drop-off time and made such an effort to get to know him and what he likes so he felt happier being dropped off. He soon settled in. His development is excellent, his speech is great and he can sit and eat with cutlery at a young age because of the nursery. They have taught him a lot and he is enjoying every second. I’m so happy knowing he’s at such a great nursery each day.

March 1, 2022 at 12:00 amMy two oldest children go to Paper Moon. Since being there, both have come along in leaps and bounds. From very little verbalisation with my eldest to excellent verbal and understanding skills. He has an excellent ‘person’ who he dotes on and has really built a strong bond with. His emotional skills are really starting to develop and he is building great relationships. My second oldest is in the ‘Tweenies’ and has become exceptionally chatty and loves his “school”. They both love the extensive outdoor space as well as the indoor activities arranged and set up by the staff. The staff are excellent. Every pickup, at least one of the staff will give a full and comprehensive handover and talk about the items that the children have focussed on that day, including any food that they’ve eaten. An all-round excellent pre-school!

May 22, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son attended this nursery from when he was 9 months old until he was 2 years 9 months and I was absolutely gutted to move him out due to a job change. The staff, management and facilities are absolutely fantastic and I have recommended Paper Moon Day Nursery to all of my friends who have asked about nursery settings. My son always looked forward to his nursery day and seeing “his ladies” and will miss everyone very much! If my circumstances changed again, I wouldn’t hesitate to re-enrol both him and my younger child.
