The staff are always friendly and greet with a smile. I cannot thank them enough for putting my mind at ease when leaving my two children in their care. My children also love going every day.

April 5, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son seems to really enjoy coming to Busy Bees at Carlton since June 2018. His development, interpersonal skills and confidence have soared. The kids are all taken care of with nice outdoor space all year round. Staff invest time into each child their likes and dislikes and make learning fun. There are so many activities my son is currently doing French classes and tennis (at an extra charge). The parent zone app is ideal to keep us up to date of the child’s progress. Staff are friendly and professional so no drama/conflict apparent and it’s an amazing nursery for all children. Keep up the good work.

February 4, 2020 at 12:00 amI am very grateful to all the staff at Busy Bees at Carlton Park, they have supported my Son who has attended the Nursery for over a year now. The staff have helped and supported in all areas of my son’s development and go beyond; whether it be illness, meds, eating, potty training, speech, learning and social skills, they are supportive and helpful with a lovely kind, considerate and caring manner. My son is continuing to progress and to see how he has changed and progressed since attending is amazing. Thank you to you all, a really really fab gem of a nursery.

October 26, 2020 at 12:00 amOur eldest son has been attending Busy Bees at Carlton Park since he was 9 months old – he’s now nearly 4. Both he and we (as parents) adore the nursery and staff. The level of engagement with all of our children (twins aged 15 months also in attendance) has never been anything but exceptional. They are all very happy to go to nursery in the morning and thoroughly enjoy their time during the day. All of the staff and knowledgable and genuinely care about the development of the children – everyone knows their name even if they’re in different classes. There is a feel of a small nursery environment in this sense. Our children are massive eaters too and enjoy all meals prepared which are wholesome and an extensive variety. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

October 30, 2020 at 12:00 amI highly recommend Busy Bees Carlton Park as my son has been going to this nursery since September 2017. He absolutely enjoys his time there and this has really increased his confidence. The staff are amazing and always go over and beyond for all parent and child needs. I love the updates on the parent app and always look forward to my son’s development summaries and for me, these really show how much time is invested by staff and nursery into development. The menu is always varied and they always have great activities on daily, the garden area is lovely. During our unprecedented times with Covid, I cannot thank the staff enough as to how much they are doing daily to keep everyone and all children safe. Thank you Busy Bees Carlton Park.

November 20, 2020 at 12:00 amLove the nursery. Couldn’t and wouldn’t send her anywhere else, although it has been considered due to fee price. The staff are all fab. I think the setting itself is great and always feels very clean. Would be handy if afternoon times started at 12 or at least 12.30.

January 18, 2021 at 12:00 amI would highly recommend Busy Bees at Carlton Park. My son has been going there for almost 3 and a half years, and my daughter has just started. Deciding which nursery to choose was a huge decision for us and we looked at several. I’m so thankful we decided on Busy Bees at Carlton Park. The girls are warm and friendly and are led by a fantastic management team which is always on hand and available to discuss any questions/queries parents may have. I have also been so impressed with the activities they carry out with the children, and my son has learned so much. The food always smells wonderful in the mornings at drop off and is healthy and nutritious. Once again, I would highly recommend this nursery to all.

March 21, 2021 at 12:00 amI had a great experience with the staff of this nursery, I have a one year and ten months old boy who has spent all his time since he was born only with me, until now and the ladies from the nursery were very calm, gentle and warm with him. In two weeks they have made coming here a miracle, now he is going to the nursery without crying and he is very happy down there. I am very thankful to the manager, who was very patient with him.

This is my second child that I have used Busy Bees at Carlton Park as childcare for. They have helped identify and support me with my child’s speech, development and always kept me up to date with any developments. They have also given me the tools I need to support her at home. I have full trust in the staff with my daughter and they have been absolutely fantastic throughout the pandemic with communication and safety procedures in place. I have full admiration for each and every staff member as it’s has been a tough year for them all but they have remained professional and committed throughout.

May 20, 2021 at 12:00 amI cannot recommend this nursery enough. The staff are amazing, real superheroes without capes! They have done an amazing job keeping the children safe through Covid-19. My twenty one month old boy loves going here, he’s excited every morning to get ready and he reels off the names of all his friends and staff. They have helped massively with his development, teaching him how to eat with cutlery and refuses help. They offer a wide variety of different food which has helped broaden his taste. His speech and language astonishes me every day with what he is learning there, he understands and can tell you what he wants and what’s wrong. The facilities are superb, I looked at three nurseries and this was the best by far! I am looking forward to watching him develop further here as he gets older, as the rooms are very educational and the staff are so patient, kind, welcoming and very approachable! Thank you to all the staff there that are helping develop our little boy!

May 26, 2021 at 12:00 amThe staff at this nursery typically go above and beyond to ensure that children are happy and that provide flexibility and support when required. One of the stand-out characteristics of the staff here is that they are very personable and caring which suggests a particular style is being utilised by the hiring manager when building the team.
My only grumble would be that my child regularly leaves the building with the contents of his nose spread across his face. I’ve noticed it with other children and heard other parents commenting about it too. My suggestion would be a quick wipe of the children’s faces as they are getting their coats on before leaving.
Otherwise, perfect and provided we are still based in Leicester when we have a second/third child, we will definitely bring them to this nursery.

They have helped him with his confidence, speaking skills, listening skills, and even potty training. He absolutely loves going to nursery and playing and learning with his friends. I love Busy Bees’ values and cannot recommend this nursery enough. All the staff there are very friendly and caring and dedicated in educating children.

June 2, 2023 at 12:00 amAmazing staff, professional and dedicated. Seen some lovely relationships develop between our child and key worker staff. Setting is well managed and engaging for children. There is always a really good range of planned activities for the children. Centre Manager and deputy manager are professional yet welcoming and approachable. We will be sad to leave!

June 2, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been at the nursery since she was 11 months old and is due to finish this summer to start school. Her nursery experience has been really positive, she has made lots of friends and learned valuable social skills which I feel has prepared her well for school. The nursery itself is always clean and is full of good-quality toys and books. The staff are great with the children and the child’s key worker always forms a really good connection with the child. If anything I wish we could have more regular photos to see what they are up to throughout the day but I appreciate this may not be easy to do as they’re busy looking after the children. I would always recommend this nursery to other people.

I moved them from another nursery that was on the brink of being closed down and I was really worried that they may not settle in but there was absolutely no need as they are both thriving and love it!

June 9, 2023 at 12:00 amMy child always comes home talking about how much fun he had throughout the day. There’s a variety of activities each day and a big garden to play in. My son has dietary requirements and they have always been able to accommodate his needs.

There is a variety of activities and extracurricular activities such as tennis and French and the environment and resources are lovely. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I am so pleased that I chose this nursery to give him the best start.

All staff members are very friendly and happy to help with any queries/issues.
She also loves the extra offsite lessons which are offered. Just a shame some trips have probably been missed purely because of Covid times.
Would definitely recommend though and would use again in the future.

Our son has been attending Busy Bees at Carlton Park since he was 9 months old, he’s now nearly 4 years old and due to leave for school soon and both he and we will be sad to see him leave. The staff are really amazing and caring, this is demonstrated via feedback from our son and the level of engagement of the staff.
