Love 2 Learn Nursery

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 9 months old. The staff and setting are absolutely amazing. He absolutely thrives from going and loves it there. I highly recommend this nursery. It’s not your standard nursery, either. It’s home-from-home that follows the curiosity approach, which makes it even more special.

After a long search and struggling to find a place that suited my child, I finally found our match. This nursery is a rare gem and my daughter could not be happier there. The staff are friendly, competent and are child focused. Their priority is clearly the child and they can always answer my questions. My child settled in very quickly and I know the nursery is responsible for a large part of that.

This is a really good nursery with great staff and it’s been great for my kid to go there. They make a real effort to do different activities all the time and always play outside they can. The management is really good too. Highly recommended.

I am extremely happy to be part of Love 2 Learn Nursery. My daughter started her journey with Love 2 Learn when she turned 2. She was able to understand her mother tongue, but English was totally new to her. We were worried about how she was going to manage. But the team actually got a list of words from our language and tried to understand what she speaks. They also handled her morning drop-offs skillfully. As soon as I drop her off, she cries and gets upset. But they are extremely good at calming her down. One of my favourite things about Love 2 Learn is its curiosity approach. Their rooms are filled with authentic items. The play area is big so that it can fit all playgroups and they do have a special sand room for children who are not too sleepy during the afternoon. They celebrate all occasions and children are exposed to several interesting activities each day. After moving to preschool she enjoys each and every day. She can now sing rhythms, construct words and plays along.

My daughter has attended Love 2 Learn since she was 11 months old. She is now nearly 4 and I am proud and grateful that she has had her journey through the nursery, from the baby room to toddlers and now preschool. From the moment we had a tour around the nursery pre covid – it was clear that all the staff are kind, considerate and so nurturing. They made me feel at ease straight away and bonded with my daughter so quickly. The way they handled covid times with lockdowns was exemplary, remaining open, keeping us informed of updates and always ensuring safety and great care. Above all their ethos is one that resonates with our family – allowing the child to prosper and really observing and taking care and attention to what is important to the child. They always support, and encourage and really are a home away from home. I never worry about my daughter when she is in nursery because I know the values they uphold are those that we share. Cannot praise this setting enough!

At first, like any parent, I was anxious to leave him, but the staff were amazing at not only making him feel comfortable and safe but making us feel comfortable and reassured. We get regular updates on the app, which are always lovely to look forward to. We love the curiosity approach that Love 2 Learn follows; it was what initially attracted us to the setting. Being a home-from-home nursery helps our son feel at ease and comfortable when spending long days there. Our little one absolutely loves his days at nursery. Even having long periods away due to holidays etc, he has gone back on our return with excitement and clear happiness seeing the practitioners. The team have made every effort to build a good relationship with him and also with us as parents. The setting and approach have allowed our son to flourish, gain confidence and be his unique self in this exciting world. What a beautiful, positive and encouraging setting.

Both our children have had a really positive experience with Love 2 Learn. Despite neither of them being particularly overconfident they quickly settled in and bonded with the staff. Everyone who works there is genuinely caring and dedicated. There is a lovely, homely atmosphere and so many stimulating, creative activities and resources to spark the children’s imaginations. The communication, outdoor space and food are all great too!

My eldest son attended Love 2 Learn from when he was 12 months up until he was 4 years old and ready for school. My youngest still attends and I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. Both children settled in well within 1-2 weeks, especially my youngest during the Pandemic – the staff took extra time, patience and care into ensuring he was happy and comforted in a safe setting. The building has plenty of room with a huge garden for children to explore no matter what the weather! They get a lot of free play to enable them to fully express their interests and expand their curiosities. My kids were always excited to attend every morning (which is very reassuring for a parent) and they loved the meals too. Staff are nurturing and understanding, and they cater to each child’s needs with regular updates using the online learning portal. I love seeing what my little ones have been up to daily! Love 2 Learn was recommended to us in 2020. These were difficult times, but we couldn’t feel more at ease and in love with Love 2 Learn from the first visit! This nursery stood out for its character and home feeling. Everything appeals to children’s imagination and play, but using day-to-day objects. Since the first day, our boy has always been happy and waves goodbye to us when we drop him off. Every time we need an extra day, the staff is always ready to help and accommodate. As we speak another language at home, the staff asked for a list of the main words we speak so they know what he’s sometimes referring to. The focus child initiative is an amazing way to understand our little one progress. Our boy is happy playing and exploring the world, with amazing people he spends a good length of time with! His smile at the end of the day is so reassuring! Love 2 Learn is an extended family and we are forever grateful for making us feel at home!

My daughter has such a great time at Love2Learn. She enjoys doing messy play activities and being outdoors and she loves the sand room upstairs as a change of scenery. The ladies are always ready to give a detailed rundown of her day and when I pick her up she is always full of the things she’s been doing and what she’s been eating. I would recommend Love2Learn in a heartbeat.
