Park Lane Nursery

Team are incredible. We also get to see what they do, eaten, changed, suncream given etc throughout the time they are there. Encourage kids to talk with them especially at times when they are encouraging them to use the toilet/potty so the kids freely say they need toilet etc.
Overall I think the care and time given is the best childcare centre for my kids so grateful to have this one here and also close to get to. Our kid loves exploring daily tasks and loves the garden.

The girls are so welcoming and keep us truly well updated on what she’s been doing every day even during this COVID pandemic. My daughter absolutely loves the outdoor area and even asks if she can playtime there at weekends! My daughter has made such rapid development in the few months that she’s been at Park Lane especially with her social skills.

The dedicated baby garden helped him build his self‑assurance with age appropriate toys and activities and now he loves playing with his friends on the climbing frame or telling me about the pumpkins they are growing for Halloween. The cosy sense of the childcare centre made the transition from home easy when he first started and helped him quickly form a close relationship with his key person. The team are highly welcoming and experienced and this has made me sense comfortable leaving my son in their care. I am kept regularly updated via the app of his development and pictures of what they have been doing. The childcare centre runs to a high standard and I cannot praise the team enough. I would highly suggest Park Lane Childcare centre to other parents! My son loves the lovely outdoor playtime area at Park Lane.

The manager and her team are so welcoming and you can tell how much passion they have for looking after the kids. It’s a smaller childcare centre so you definitely sense like your kid is getting more attention. Couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough.

We truly see the difference: our kid is cheerful, enjoying his time for discovering and playing. They do different activities every day. They had a great discovering strategy and a new theme every week. The team are lovely and had great updates skills, they are consistently ready to chat with parents. They use also an App and you can see what’s going on in real time (meals, naps, changing nappies..). You can see as well photos of your kid playing which I found highly nice. Another important thing they follow the development of your kid with the Intent wheel which is highly important for parents. I suggest this childcare centre, and I give them five stars because they truly deserve it. Choosing the Park Lane Childcare centre for our kid after having a bad journey with another one who was there for just 2 months.

Mothers Day event, parent evening, lots of updates on the app. Now that Covid restrictions are over their seem to be more events for parents and also grandparents which lets us sense part of the childcare centre journey. Building consistently looks nice with plants flowers etc. Shows that they truly care about what their doing. The childcare centre does a excellent job of making us sense welcome and part of the community.

The manager and team in the room clearly have so much journey and this shows in how much attention they give my son. The facilities have improved significantly in the past year and I would fully suggest to other parents. I had heard excellent things about Park Lane from friends but was genuinely surprised about how excellent the team are.

The team are so welcoming and welcoming and our kid has gained so much from attending. The rooms have a cosy sense to them and the size of the outside space is surprising for such a small childcare centre. I sense confident that the girls are supporting the development of my daughter and I can talk to them about the next steps and they give advice on what I can do to continue this at home. They use an app that lets me see what they are up to in the day and what they’ve had to eat etc. which is excellent to be able to see. I would suggest the childcare centre to anyone as a lovely, small, welcoming childcare centre for their kid. Myself and my partner had a truly great feeling from day one about Park Lane.

The manager was so wonderfully welcoming and it felt like going home. With a fantastic outside space, that I knew he would think was excellent (he does). My family live far away and they are not able to travel to help me. As soon as I instantly knew my son would adore it as much as I did. After a few days of starting, he was a little tearful, but the team consistently welcome him with a smile and I am cheerful to say he now just goes straight it. He’s even trying new foods and eating them, he still throws them on the floor at home! In his words “no mummy just at childcare centre”, he’s made new friends and given opportunities that I can’t right now. Thank you for all the fantastic things you are teaching my son. You make my life as a working mum easier and you have given my son some normal interactions in his life and helped him learn that people are not just on video calls. As soon as I walked into the childcare centre (after being offered an out of hours show round) I knew it was the place I wanted my son to go to.

She comes home cheerful and is making lovely relationships with the team. I would definitely suggest Park Lane to anyone looking for a childcare centre. The team at the childcare centre have been highly welcoming and my daughter has settled in well.
