Busy Bees Belper Gibfield Lane

After our usual nursery refused to reopen, Treetops Belper welcomed my children with open arms. Staff are incredible at supporting children and helping them to feel at home whilst not at home. My children love going to nursery and I wish they had started sooner. I would recommend this nursery to all.

A massive thank you to all at Treetops Belper, Gibfield Lane. My son started here in April 2020 due to my childminder closing due to Covid-19. We are both key workers so had to work. An outstanding nursery, my little boy absolutely loves going and has such a lovely day. All staff here are fantastic.
Well done for keeping open, one of the very few! I hope you get the acknowledgement you deserve by keeping parents at work during the pandemic.

Very happy with this nursery. My oldest used to go here and my youngest still goes and is now in the crocs group. Over the 4 years, I have used the nursery all the staff have been brilliant! They are kind and supportive to my children and are clearly involved in helping them develop and not just there for child care. The nursery has always been flexible with us when we’ve wanted to change days. They take every opportunity to go outside and explore! They also try really hard to encourage my picky eater!

From the start of my daughter’s journey at Treetops, the staff have been so welcoming and reassuring of my daughters first days. I’ve felt confident every time I dropped her off that her safety was in good hands. The staff called me every day to tell me how she was doing and what she had been up to. The handover after each session is very useful and calming. Couldn’t recommend enough and after a few weeks at Treetops my daughter is already coming on leaps and bounds, the best decision we’ve made. Thank you so much to all.

All the staff are always so helpful and make us feel completely at ease. Nothing is ever too much to ask and the communication between nursery and parents is always rapid and enlightening. I feel the nursery has a very personal and family feel to it and couldn’t be happier my daughter has spent her time from baby throughout here.

My son has only been attending this nursery for a couple of weeks, having moved from another one and already I’m really impressed. He’s two and a half so he’s in the hippos room and he’s settling in nicely. It was really good that I got to attend an orientation session with him so I felt like I had a good idea of the environment I was putting him in. The staff are lovely, the key worker makes the effort to speak to me and to build a relationship with my child. I feel its more structured than his previous nursery, which is positive, as they do lots of different activities throughout the day. They also do the colour and shape of the month and story of the month, as well as themed days, which is a really nice idea. I really feel reassured that my son is happy and well looked after there and is also learning and developing to his full potential. The building is well set out, clean and modern. Overall we are both really happy!

Due to personal health, my child starting nursery was a huge step to take. The staff at Treetops (Belper), Gibfield Lane, have been amazing and so supportive, from looking around to my child starting with them. Staff are so friendly and put lots of effort into ensuring that my child’s needs are met and ensuring her time with them is full of fun.
The nursery itself is clean, welcoming and well set out. Lots to keep my child engaged and she loved the themed day! Guidance around current Covid regulations in nursery is encouraging also.

My eldest daughter attended here, and my youngest is currently attending. I have always felt so happy and relaxed leaving them there. They get to know the children, know their characters and really care for them. They are supportive to families and flexible and adaptable. I used the nursery during covid lockdowns as I am a key worker, and felt they did amazingly to keep the children safe. Communication with me as a parent is great, the App is fab to see photos of my little one having fun and enjoying it. It’s a lovely place, and would – and have recommended it!

My son has been coming since he was 9 months old. He loves attending nursery and although he only goes once or twice weekly, he thoroughly enjoys it and all of the staff are great and always greet us with a smile!

My son seems to have settled really well in this latest room, especially with his key worker and the other staff in the room. He always seems to have been doing different activities, and learning new things and his confidence has come on leaps and bounds. Really nice to have regular updates throughout the day.
