April 5, 2019 at 12:00 amTruly wonderful and loving staff who know how to have fun with the children while also helping them develop. Great mix of activities from crafts to reading to outdoor time and at pick up time you can often locate your child by following their laughter.

The staff have helped and supported him in every step of the way. He is currently in pre-school and loves the range of activities especially the science experiments.

April 5, 2019 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending Treetops Silvertrees for one year now and both I and my husband are so pleased we chose this nursery.
All of the staff have gotten to know our child and us as parents and made us feel welcome.
The staff support our child and we have been impressed at how she has grown and developed in this time. Our daughter is now more confident and her social skills and interaction with others has improved significantly. We cannot thank the staff enough they are all friendly, supportive and are amazing with the children. On arriving at nursery my daughter runs to the staff she loves going there.

April 5, 2019 at 12:00 amWe have tried other nurseries but Silvertrees nursery is very good overall. My child is learning a lot. She eats very well here and starting to speak. She is confident and is playing independently now.
We are glad with her care and growth at nursery.

My son enjoys the activities provided. Since he started nursery, it has helped him develop confidently and is getting him ready to transfer to his new room which I am looking forward too.

April 11, 2021 at 12:00 amThe staff are so friendly and welcoming, they made me feel at ease when dropping my son off, even through the pandemic. My son loves going to nursery and always has a smile for the staff. The parent app is fantastic, we receive photos for home and observations once a week to show how he is developing and what he is getting up to.

May 24, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter loves going to Busy Bees at Derby Silvertrees and this stems from such a positive transition at the beginning. The process is well thought out and it left us feeling really confident at starting our daughter at six months old. The management are so welcoming and have been so helpful with any enquiries. The staff have always provided a caring, reassuring environment and they have created a great bond with my daughter and always made the effort to build a relationship with us as well. The use of the app has been a great way to know how she is doing day to day and also with her development. It has helped us to regularly see what her next steps are and therefore work alongside nursery with these. It has also enabled us to keep the contact which could have been hard to achieve during Covid-19. My daughter is very settled, happy and her transition into the next room has worked really well due to the hard work of the staff, where each child is at the centre of their decisions.

September 24, 2021 at 12:00 amThe environment is very friendly and welcoming the staff are very attentive and over the last 18 months the care has never been faulted throughout the pandemic
The team are very supportive of each individual child’s needs and development and is very encouraging to incorporate home routine into the nursery.
The transition from 1 room to another is seem-less in our experience.
I’d only suggest that now we are coming out of the pandemic more is shared regarding day to day activities, development milestones, what we need to focus on more. We get these reviews quarterly but I’d appreciate more monthly maybe – however don’t want the focus of paperwork to get over the care of my child though!!

Any requests such as a food diary are undertaken with the utmost importance and professionalism. My daughter loves being at nursery and we feel that she is extremely well looked after and cared for.

The staff work so hard and communicate really well with us. They also worked hard with my little one settling in as she struggled but they reassured me so much and she is so happy. Can’t thank the staff enough, she’s come on leap and bounds.

He’s worked his way through all the classes and made good relationships with staff and pupils. The staff and management team have always been flexible and fair with days attended and they create a safe and fun environment for all the children. My son specifically enjoys outdoor play and the playground is perfect for him.

April 28, 2022 at 12:00 amI love this nursery! Especially the staff. Every staff member has a relationship with my child. I mean a personal relationship and they have a personal approach to my child. This is not just a place where my child goes to be there, this is the place she has a lot of fun and joy. The atmosphere here is so good that you don’t feel like you’re taking your child to a place of business.

June 9, 2023 at 12:00 amBusy Bees is a nice homely nursery with a personal touch. The staff are professional, empathetic and give personal attention to the child and parents alike. They are patient with parents every single day and are quite updated about the kid’s day. The infrastructure is great with a big play area, sizeable parking and safe separations from the busy street. Ten out of ten.

June 9, 2023 at 12:00 amMy child absolutely loves coming here. She is 18 months and when entering nursery she runs across the playground and waits by the door to enter. She goes in smiling away with no problems and comes away smiling. The staff at the nursery are very friendly and the relationship between my daughter and them is amazing. Also, the relationship I have myself with them. My child does a range of different activities whilst there and loves being outside in the garden. The app the nursery uses is very useful as I’m kept up to date with what she has done, and eaten etc, also, the pictures and videos that are posted. Overall I would give 10/10 to the nursery and recommend it to others too. I feel I definitely get my value for money.

June 9, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter absolutely loves it here! She has been attending since she was 10 months and is now 3. Her confidence and independence have come on leaps and bounds. She is learning something new every day and I know she will absolutely be ready for school when the time comes. You can really feel the love the staff feel for the children, they have such amazing personal relationships it’s a great feeling not having to worry about her when we are at work. So glad we chose this nursery!

June 21, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has consistently grown ever since being at Busy Bees. From her physical abilities to her social skills and most importantly her intellectual skills, especially her language, as I had my concerns she would never speak properly, but all of the staff have worked extra hard and the improvement within the last 6 months alone is amazing.
All of the staff are really good at the job and care for each individual child and each of their needs.
I especially want to thank the manager and the deputy manager for their hard work as they always go that extra mile for the children, parents and their staff, without them I personally don’t believe the nursery would run as well as it currently is and many other parents share the same views as me as it’s constantly mentioned within the playground when collecting/dropping off children.
If I decide to ever have another child I will definitely be returning them to this nursery.
