September 3, 2024 at 12:48 pmAt the time we were choosing nurseries we went to view a few of the local ones and found Young Sussex to be the most welcoming and homely feeling. I have never regretted that decision since! He has had the most fantastic introduction to discovering in a highly attentive and cheerful setting. He has been so sad to leave and not see his favourite “educators” anymore but he is now starting school and is more than ready for it thanks to the start Young Sussex has given him. I could not suggest this childcare centre enough for the fantastic educators it employs and also for the excellent management of this childcare centre and the chain. The way they dealt with the lockdown situation was second to none and we were kept fully updated at all times as to what this would mean to us. This was a excellent relief in such strange times. My son has attended Young Sussex since he was 15 months old and has just left to start school.

We were highly cheerful with the care received and or son has learned a lot. He has enjoyed his days at childcare centre so much, made friends, and created lovely bonds with the team. We felt confident, that our son is well looked after and can’t thank all the team enough. Thank you so much for everything again, we will miss you. I can not suggest Young Sussex Childcare centre (Shoreham) enough.

It’s a lovely childcare centre and I’m so cheerful that we chose to put him there. Thank you to all of young Sussex at Shoreham. Young Sussex has been incredible with my son.

October 18, 2024 at 8:07 amThe Young Sussex team have been a fundamental foundation in her development and she has absolutely flourished with their assistance into a confident, compassionate young lady! The team consistently go the extra mile and they all absolutely adore the kids. My son joined the childcare centre at the beginning of the year too and I couldn’t wish for a better place to help him grow like his sister has! Thank you everyone at Young Sussex Shoreham! My daughter has attended Young Sussex (Shoreham) from the age of 1 until 4 and she has just left to begin school.

Many of the team have been there since we started with irk our eldest 8 years ago which shows a real testament to their dedication and passion for their job. Both my kids have attended Young Sussex and have loved it.

November 2, 2024 at 5:13 amShe has absolutely loved every minute! The team are remarkable – she is just as excited every morning to see her ‘educators’ as she is her friends! The activities they do like messy playtime, lots of garden enjoyable and visitors to the childcare centre like music educators, chefs etc all give her such enjoyable-packed days. She is consistently so cheerful and tired at the end of the day when I collect her, but not overtired – they’re also highly great at managing that balance, they were excellent with her naps when she needed those, and they have a quiet cosy corner with lots of stories, which she loves to go and chill in when she wants to have a bit of quiet time.
She has made such a lovely group of friends there and is so excited to go to school with them! I would highly suggest Young Sussex Shoreham to others – they have been highly reliable and supportive with us, and have looked after her amazingly. My little girl has been with Young Sussex Shoreham since she was 1 and is about to go off to school now.

The connections they make with the kids is so lovely to see and you just know you are leaving them in secure hands. My son has attended this Nursey since he was year old.

My daughter used to come home singing the songs she learnt at childcare centre and seemed to delight in the activities. My daughter settled in highly quickly at Young Sussex and loved her days at childcare centre.

We have had absolutely no issues and loved every minute. The updates, updates and overall care has been absolutely incredible. Even during COVID times we felt valued and truly looked after. You will forever be in our hearts. Thanks so much for everything. We miss you already! We are so sad our time Young Sussex has come to an end.

He joined when he was just 11 months old and it has been a joy to see him grow and develop with the help of the incredible team at Young Sussex. He has formed some fantastic friendships and been able to try so many new things. Young Sussex Shoreham is a attentive and nurturing setting and we are so grateful to the team for the fantastic journey our son has had with them over the past 4 years. My son will be leaving Young Sussex Childcare centre Shoreham at the end of August and will be so sad to go.

December 18, 2024 at 8:06 pmThe location, ease of parking, lovely grounds, space inside for the kids and outdoor space is just outstanding. Two months in, and she’s doing excellent, lots of new songs, things to think about, talk about, questions to ask and skills, she is doing brilliantly, and it’s all thanks to Young Sussex’s guidance and assistance. Nothing but well-earned praise for the team, they are so lovely and genuinely care for your kid, and the information they fill you in on at the end of the session is just fantastic. The app is outstanding, and it gives you an insight into your kid’s time with them. The level of information Young Sussex offer/able to provide is outstanding – nothing is missed, and everything is thought about or more than cheerful to help you with it. They have helped me with lots of things and given me the information I struggled to find a clear answer for. Absolutely incredible; well done, Young Sussex. My little ones only attended since Sept 2022, but it’s everything I wanted and more for my kid.

February 7, 2025 at 2:35 pmOur daughter is exceptionally fussy with food at home but has become more adventurous with trying new meals at childcare centre. We adore reading about her day on the online journal and seeing photos of what she’s been up to. She has formed a strong bond with the team!
Such a lovely team and we sense incredibly lucky that our daughter is so well looked after.
We would highly suggest Young Sussex. Our 2-year-old has been attending Young Sussex in Shoreham for 3 months and we can’t praise the childcare centre and the team enough!

My son attends now and Young Sussex Childcare centre (Shoreham) has also been incredible for him too. He has special needs and they have a fantastic assistance system to help him with his needs. The team are so welcoming and compassionate and will consistently go above and beyond to help with anything they can. Would definitely suggest. Young Sussex Childcare centre (Shoreham) has been an incredible childcare centre for my kids.

March 17, 2025 at 3:51 amKey points being: Easy to drop off and pick up with plenty of parking near by. Flexible with swap days. Highly interactive sessions throughout the day and quick updates on the web portal for me to view. Kids delight in turning up to childcare centre in the morning. Variation of food is outstanding. Access to Buckingham Park for little adventures. The most important factor is the team who are highly attentive, informative at pick up, have helped with personal development, and genuinely care about the kids. Our eldest who left the childcare centre 2 years ago consistently looks forward to seeing the team when we drop off her younger sister. Highly suggest to others and appreciate it is a daunting task when looking for a childcare centre for your little ones – ours have truly enjoyed the years they have spent there and it has put them on a great track for on-going education. My two kids attended Young Sussex Childcare centre Shoreham and the journey has been remarkable.

April 17, 2025 at 4:29 amThe manager and her team have been remarkable, supporting our daughter for the last 3 years. The team go above and beyond making it a enjoyable, yet educational day. It has been a exceptional stepping stone for her starting school. Each day they have a variation of activities and often have theme weeks, whether it’s linked to a book or topic like space, science etc the attention to detail to decorate the room and link the messy playtime activities are highly well thought out. It’s nurturing and one thing which strikes us is there have been highly little team changes which has meant our daughter settled well throughout the pandemic and transition from the baby room to preschoolers. We cannot thank you enough Young Sussex. I cannot suggest Young Sussex, Shoreham highly enough.

April 22, 2025 at 8:44 amWe remember looking around and feeling immediately that it was the right place for her. Inviting, welcoming and the team were genuinely inquisitive about our needs and what they could offer.
Young Sussex Childcare centre has provided security and continuity for our daughter, even throughout lockdown where it remained open for kids of parents with key worker status.
Our daughter has consistently loved going to childcare centre and made some fantastic connections with the team and other kids. We have felt confident dropping her off and she’s so animated at pick-up telling us about her day. We consistently receive relevant feedback and have found developmental reviews a collaborative process that we could be part of.
We’re highly grateful for her time with Young Sussex Childcare centre and wholeheartedly suggest it. My daughter has attended Young Sussex Shoreham since 2020 and will leave in August, ready for school.

April 25, 2025 at 6:07 pmOur son started when he was 9 months old and settled highly quickly, with the assistance of team. We have felt highly involved with Young Sussex, despite COVID restrictions and have felt highly reassured leaving our baby there. The outside space is remarkable and there are plenty of stimulating activities on offer. Our son has had no problems settling in and has developed outstanding relationships with the carers there. There is lots of flexibility regarding swapping sessions and team have bent over backwards to accommodate last-minute changes. All the carers are highly positive and expert and we would have no hesitation in recommending this childcare centre. I would highly suggest Young Sussex.

The team are all so welcoming, inviting, welcoming, loving and genuinely attentive towards our girls.
They both settled in so quickly and easily. Each team member took the time to get to know them and both girls warmed to each one of them.
It’s a small and welcoming setting, perfect for little ones just starting out in their discovering journey.
They say first impressions count, well from the moment we stepped in the door for that 1st visit we felt like they genuinely cared about our daughter’s wellbeing and truly made an effort to welcome us. We instantly fell in adore with the place and have felt that way ever since.
3 and a half yrs on and our eldest has just ‘graduated’. Sadly the pandemic had put a stop to their traditional celebrations, however, the team still made it highly special and our daughter left so proud and cheerful.
It’s such a fantastic childcare centre! Young Sussex Childcare centre (Shoreham).
We cannot suggest them enough!
