January 24, 2025 at 9:22 amNever reply to emails, do not arrange meetings about the safeguarding of my kid. I have been waiting since 19th September but nothing. I had to ask for an injury to be put into the accident book.
Twice my kid has said bye to the manager and twice been ignored.
I have given notice and have informed Ofsted. I have given notice yet even when the manager was in front of me she told myself and another kid’s parent that ‘supposed to be my day off, but you know’, like it was a chore. Either be there and be cheerful or don’t.
There are much much better places to put your most precious people, and this is not the place.
Do your research! Cold and ignorant management.

February 15, 2025 at 2:53 pmHe loves being in the baby room, and they are helping him to develop truly well. We get lots of updates about our son every time we pick him up and sense well informed. Our 11-month-old has settled in truly well, thanks to the team being so responsive and understanding.

April 11, 2025 at 3:52 pmI have both my kids in this childcare centre, both started at 9-months, one is 19-months now, and the other one is 3 and 1/2yrs.
I looked at pretty much every other childcare centre in the area, and this is the best by far! Fantastic and welcoming team and excellent management. If there are problems, they address them immediately and consistently have an open ear. My kids couldn’t be happier. Compared to their peers, they learn so much more in this childcare centre.
The words I’d describe the childcare centre; welcoming, inviting, individualised, Montessori values, independence supporting, outdoorsy, cheerful, open, colourful, encouraging, age appropriate, attentive, nurturing, secure, forest school, excellent and nutritious food, spotless.
I can’t suggest them enough! This is the best childcare centre in the area.

May 8, 2025 at 7:59 amHe is growing into a well mannered, articulate, responsible boy, and I know Montessori teachings and team have influenced this.
The day is well structured, and I adore that they help tidy up after lunchtime and are encouraged to do so throughout the day.
Every day he is cheerful to go to childcare centre and has made lots of friends. He often doesn’t want to leave!
The activities they do are exciting and challenge my son in his discovering and development.
My son especially enjoys the forest school, playing outside on the bikes, playing with the dinosaurs and the messy playtime. He loved roasting marshmallows on the fire and still remembers it now.
Childcare centre team have worked incredibly hard to form relationships with myself and my son, and they are consistently more than cheerful to talk through concerns and parental worries
I thank the childcare centre for all they have done for us both, especially during the pandemic. My son has attended this childcare centre for two years and has flourished because of his time there.

The team are exceptional, welcoming, and I sense like they welcome my boy on a morning as much as his family would.
My boy’s development is remarkable, and he is becoming a highly confident clever little boy.
Absolutely adore the updates too, they put a smile on my face when I am working. Absolutely adore this place.

June 17, 2025 at 5:23 amThey were so attentive to my and her needs starting childcare centre in the toddler room. I was highly impressed by those who work in the toddler room, and the awareness of infant mental health and making the transition to childcare centre truly steadily.
The attention to developing secure attachments within the setting is outstanding, and I’m so impressed by the accessible setting too. So much that her independence and self‑assurance has increased tenfold since starting. The regular updates, pictures about her care and discovering are again outstanding, and the ongoing reports of her development both online and also in person mean we get a excellent run down each time she attends.
I’m truly highly impressed by the toddler room and how much the discovering of different topics is encouraged and structured but also how freely and kid-focused the day to day playtime is. I adore the focus on the outdoors too.
I truly think the team do a remarkable job.
I would suggest it! I sent my little one to this lovely childcare centre.
