October 13, 2024 at 8:36 amShe has progressed extremely well since being within the setting and thoroughly enjoys attending. The childcare centre is a lovely setting and has lovely facilities inside and out. Including a lovely grass area outside, also a sheltered part where the kids can playtime ideal for the colder weather. The team are incredible and consistently willing to discuss any concerns or events happening within the childcare centre.
Wooden House keep us updated regularly on their family app with activities and anything we need to know while our kid is in their care which makes you sense very relaxed and comfortable when they are in the setting.
I wanted to put her in a childcare centre to mix and come out of her shell more after the lockdown. This 100% has been the right choice as her personality really does shine through and she is thoroughly cheerful there. My daughter has been at Wooden House since November 2021, she absolutely adores the childcare centre and all the members of team.

All the team are consistently so welcoming and welcoming, consistently making time to have conversations with me and my son. He has gained so much self‑assurance since being at Wooden House. There is consistently a excellent range of activities and the kids seem to spend a great amount of time outside, which is very important to me and my son! Childcare centre is a big step for us parents as well as the kids but Wooden House has made the transition so much easier for us both. I would highly suggest Wooden House! My son has been attending Wooden House since December, he is thoroughly enjoying himself!

Each room has given him everything he needs, and we sense like he’s treated/spoken to like a person rather than a toddler/kid, which is really nice. Our kid has absolutely loved Wooden House from day one, at just over two years old, right up until this year when he goes to school.

He really thrived there and had a exceptional connection with all his educators.
I would definitely suggest Wooden House to anyone thinking about sending their kid there, and I will be sending my daughter when she is old enough. My son spent a year at Wooden House, and he absolutely loved it there.

They are consistently doing the best activities, discovering new things each day. Team are lovely, supportive, welcoming, inviting and very supportive with any issues. They have a excellent outdoor space too, loads of outdoor equipment for all the kids to playtime with.
Highly suggest. Absolutely adore Wooden House Childcare centre, couldn’t ask for a better setting for my little one to be in.

February 23, 2025 at 7:40 amThe team have listened to our individual needs and worked with our family to provide a secure nurturing setting for my son. He totally loves his time in the setting, coming home and talking about what he has done. Also most recently I sense more included in his discovering as the setting has adopted an app which I sense helps me to see what happens even if I’m working. The setting provides a excellent outside area and an all-weather outdoor shelter to playtime in providing fresh air at all times. It has use of the lovely Devon countryside. My son attends this childcare centre four times a week and I sense his needs are met very well.

They consistently have time outdoors, something my kid really needs and have gone above and beyond to listen to my kid and their needs. Thank you I decided Wooden House Childcare centre was my little one’s childcare centre because when I went to view it, all the kids looked and were cheerful.

All the team are remarkable with her and they have made leaving my baby at childcare centre as a first time mum a really smooth and positive journey. My daughter has been attending the childcare centre since she was 8 months old and I can’t fault them.

They have been excellent at engaging him with activities and discovering, especially when they have noticed him struggling with things (like sitting still for more than a second!)
I really suggest Wooden House and have already been telling friends with small kids to go there. A really lovely little childcare centre, my little boy loves it there and loves the team.

May 22, 2025 at 4:21 amHe is so cheerful there. All of the team are so nurturing and supportive and they provide him with so much care, attention and positivity. The team have played a massive part in helping us apply for the referrals we need for our son. without the help of the childcare centre, we wouldn’t have got where we are today without their help, knowledge and assistance. I have consistently found the team give excellent feedback and the admin team are very efficient.
I would highly suggest Wooden House Childcare centre to anyone looking for a childcare centre in the area and I sense very lucky to have found such a fantastic and cheerful setting for my son. We Can’t wait for our daughter to follow on to such a excellent childcare centre. Our son has been attending Wooden House childcare centre for over a year now and from day one we have consistently been made to sense welcome.

June 19, 2025 at 10:05 pmOur family have had a difficult start to our kid’s educational journey. The manager accepted our son as a second setting to increase his educational hours. One particular member of team with her personal connection to my kid has made a huge difference in his journey. Two members of team have given, time, knowledge and assistance to our son, and helped push expert groups supporting him forward towards his EHCP assessment. However, my son looks forward to childcare centre and runs from the car to the childcare centre door. And leaves with a big smile on his face, giving a certain member of the team a high 5. Without these two members of team’s involvement, this journey may have been much slower and more painful. We cannot thank them enough.
